Patio Enclosures: what do users think?
Carmelita Montoya: Positive:Professionalism,Punctuality,Quality,Responsiveness,ValuePatio Enclosure crew headed by Joe,Karen,Larson,Brandon, and Jim did a superb job. Love my recently built-in sunroom. Nathan, the consultant, estimated my project with a reasonable prize. Kudos to all the crew who were involved in my overall project. Highly recommend Patio Enclosure. Way to go crew!!!
Marceline Whistler: Positive:ProfessionalismNathan came by consulted with my husband and myself. He has great salesman ship. Professional courteous honest. Value is worth it but we had to pass.

W01488 MGR4: Patio enclosure did a fantastic job. Bruce and Elizabeth did a great job planning and making sure everything was right.
Aaron B: It was a 5 star experience from the sales stage with Bruce Watson! Bruce was super friendly, knowledgeable, not pushy and responsive even after the sale and the install was complete. Nothing stopped installer Ben from doing his job. He was out installing during the coldest days of the year with blowing snow! The Operations Administrator Elizabeth Chaplin's customer service and communication was 5 star as well. Always keeping us informed during the whole process. She responds quickly to any questions. The 3 season room is top notch quality and is our favorite room in the house! Actually sitting in it now typing this. I think the doggos like it even more though.I should mention we are in the St. Louis area.
Cathy Bonde: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,ValueBruce Watson is amazing! He walked me through the entire process, explained the steps and timeframe.Looking forward to the install and finished room! Thanks Bruce
Thomas Suarez: Positive:Professionalism,Punctuality,Quality,Responsiveness,Value
mrrrartha villarreal: We had a consultation appointment today. Nathan Bowman was the Company Representative who attended our appointment. Our impression was very positive. Nathan was prompt, professional, personable and knowledgeable. He was thorough and answered all our questions. We were not rushed through the appointment. The Company was quick to respond to our request for a consultation and Nathan represented them well. Thank you.
John & Danielle Myers: Our experience with KC Patio Enclosures took place during Aug '21- July '22. Deposit in Aug. Started patio in Jan ' 22 (we were charged 95% of costs at this time) and the local company abandoned an unfinished patio by the end of the month. We spent Feb-June dealing with unresponsive supervisors and untrained crews. We tried to escalate our case to the headquarters in Texas & reached out for help with a local lawyer.Headquarters sent Mr. Duncan to "solve" our case. He came to our house, put his hand up to our faces and said he would only "address one" of us during the meeting. He scoffed at the legal threats in saying his "corporate lawyers could stall our project for years" and that we should have read the contract before signing it. He never apologized for his company and gave us a 3-5 week verbal promise of completion. When he did not hold true to his word, we posted a negative online review. He called my husband within hours and demanded it be removed (in which we did). He "punished" us by extending the completion date. Eventually the KC office hired a new local supervisor, Joe. Mr. Duncan and Joe came to our house to assess the same situation MANY supervisors / crews had witnessed prior. We called Mr. Duncan later in the day to express our frustration in his inability to keep his word on the two completion dates he had given us. He raised his voice, began screaming about running his company "the way he wants to run it" and that we have no idea "how to run his company" and that he will no longer be addressing me (the female of the home) and will only speak to my husband moving forward because "men understand these things" and slammed/hung up the phone on me. The stress went from frustration to shock/sadness/fear of more retaliation and kicking myself that we had paid this company 55K for incomplete work, crews that had no leadership/knowledge, and now a chauvinist leader that emotionally/verbally abused me.Karen, the local KC employee that helped us from Feb - July, spoke with the new supervisor, Joe, about the problems with our patio. Joe made our patio his first priority and indirectly apologized for Mr. Duncan, by saying i wouldn’t have to deal with him again. He physically came to our house and worked with the crew to completion. With Joe and Karen at the KC Patio Enclosure office, I'm sure things will improve!Buyer beware, without Karen & Joe (KC only) at the helm you may end up with Texas representative Mr. Duncan. But even the local KC office has to answer to the corporate office - so just beware of the corporate mindset when you sign that contract! The product itself could be really nice! Ours had lots of things that needed fixed, but once Joe was done it is nice to have! However there are a lot of windows to clean in this peaceful area.
Wes Oakley: Final project is nice....some bumps along the way. I would consider them huge when it came to initial results, the time delays, the "not know what they were doing" work crews." The drawn out finishing of my sunroom was frustrating and thought it may not get done. But to my rescue came a couple of people who did whatever they could to resolve any issues and there were a bunch as far as I was concerned....got the structure about 1/2 way and had to tear down and start over...thanks to Joe Wylie. He was great to work with and the front office represented by Karen was more than willing to see things through to the completion of project. My suggestion is to have a crew with at least knowledge and experience to make things right from the start...and the language barrier was a challenge at times.I could have pressed each one of those at the top, but that would not be fair to Joe and Karen.....they did the job and helped get us through to the completion of project.WO
Lavonda Jackson: Unfortunately after almost a month of many unanswered phone calls, voice messages being left and an e-mail being sent to the KC area lead supervisor, I am beyond frustrated with this company. I have an existing patio enclosure and I have been trying to schedule to get the doors and windows serviced. After no response from Patio Enclosures, I tried to call two other local companies & they said they can’t do it because they didn’t install it and it is the responsibility of the company who did. The other day I finally spoke to a person who said his name is Mike & he would call me back but he lied—it’s been a whole week with no return phone call. When I decided to give Patio Enclosures my business it was because they were a trusted household name/business that I felt I could rely on for future service/care —unfortunately the one time I’ve needed them—silence is all they have consistently offered me. Do business elsewhere.
Harold Osburn: Communication is non-existent. Salesman oversells ability of company to produce with inconsistent and untrained staff.Website and contract states completion in 12-14 weeks. Our project took over 10 months with our constant calling.Poor management at every level.
Laura Kilpatrick: Positive:Professionalism,Punctuality,Quality,ResponsivenessGreat sales rep, Chad Herfel, who spent numerous hours with me going over the project. Very thorough and polite.
Shannon Pflumm: We started out very excited about this project and then became disappointed with a strong lack of communication from our sales person and local representative assigned to our project at first. Once the sales man received the order he never once responded to our concerns about zero communication and a serious delay in getting the project started and eventually completed. It finally took us calling corporate for someone to be concerned and try to help us resolve and get the project completed. The first round of installers were sub par but the crew that came to finish up and fix what the first guys did were excellent and very knowledgeable.
