Craig Hibbard: The bus is prompt. I spend less on bus fare than gas. There is no traffic to deal with. Nobody messes with the cars.
Bernard Hibbard: It's the only place to go from the Independence buses, (a little iffy) to the Kansas City bus system

Garnae Arrington: This area services Independence busses and the KCATA 24 bus that run M-Sat during the day. The 16 bus runs early morning and late afternoon and is an express which stops at the Metro Transit Center.
Rita Rainey: Its okay but the bus system in Independence has an issue with the buses being on time in the evening to meet up with each other. The drivers are quick to excuse their lack of timeliness on the traffic
