Roze: I don't normally do reviews but yesterday's experience was so bad it deserves a review !! A 15 minute oil change turned into an 1 hour 15min oil change . How does that happen?well you had one employee working 2 lanes, obviously understaffed to the point that you should have shut down or called in employees,even the employees were claiming that you didn't schedule enough people and were aware of the problem, I tried to have patience because you were short staffed but when you're sitting in the booth for a oil change for an hour you quickly lose patience and you quickly lose customers.This used to be my regular place I have no plans to go back.

Meme Lord: I hadn't slept at all in the past two days. Exhaustion clouded my mind like sea fog, making decisions and priorities difficult to navigate. I needed an oil change - of this I was certain because 1) my oil light was on and 2) because I was a hundred miles over the sticker from my LAST oil change. Although I'm pretty poor, I knew that prolonging an oil change was asking for trouble - kinda like playing with an Ouija board with a virgin (prime sacrifice material).I was on the way to my bestest friend's house to play disc golf and cry. He was currently in a job interview to move across the states and leave me with my thoughts and a quickly developing dependency on alcohol. As I was driving there, I passed the Jiffy Lube on Route 291 and saw that 1) there wasn't a car in the oil change bay and 2) the sign said "fast oil changes!" I was convinced.I parked and stumbled into the foyer. The guy behind the counter was so knowledgeable and down to earth. He thoroughly explained the oil options for my car and put my troubled mind at ease. As the oil-changer guys worked my car over and reminded it who was boss, I sat in the air conditioned lobby, vaped, and worked on my rap song. They were done in a Jiffy (XD)The dude was so courteous as he gave me the bill and I must admit, I was awed and a tad jealous of his impressive collection of tattoos. I myself am a blank canvass due to my mother installing a crippling fear of the permant-ness and "what society would think!" Well, Susan, for one, my beautiful Filipino girl friend has multiple tattoos and this handy oil man has PLENTY and he helped me get Shamley (my silver Toyota Corolla) get an oil smoothie, so to HELL with what society thinks of tattoos!They even free water and coffee in the lobby. This place is the QT of oil change places. It doesn’t even seem real after struggling to get your oil changed at one of the big box oil change places.

My girlfriend and I took our 2012 Honda oddessy to this place to find out what part is leaking oil and they tried yelling us it could br 4 different things and we need to replace all of them to be safe. We'll I took my van to the best mechanic I know since they luckily had an opening and turns out it's only 1 problem. The place I went to ain't charging much for the repairs compared to this express place wanting almost 3 grand. Their "specialist" Shawn obviously don't know jack squat. It’s so hard to get an oil change here I don’t know why I tried. I showed up 35 minutes before close on a Thursday. They said they couldn’t get me in because they were already closing down. But I could come back at 8 AM during the week.So I showed up at 8:15 the following Tuesday. Waited about 10 minutes until somebody came out to tell me that the morning shift people didn’t show up to work. But I could try back after nine and maybe somebody would be there.The best way I can describe this place is that it seems like a few people who have no idea how to change oil stole some uniforms and took over the place and they’re trying to see how long they can pretend to run an oil change store before people find out.

Michael Tristanio: I had an oil change a couple days ago on my 2008 Ford Expedition and the engine started making noises immediately afterwards. Noises that it never made before. I had it towed to my regular mechanic the next day to have it looked at. I was told by my mechanic that the oil was like water thin and it was two quarts over full. Needless to say, I had him change the oil and filter again. Not only did the Midas oil change cost me around $50, but I had to pay a tow bill and spent another $60 for a second oil and filter change two days later. So far my engine is not making the noises since the oil was changed the second time. I'm not at all satisfied with the service I got from Midas and I won't likely ever use them again. If they ruined my engine, they will be paying for the replacement.Service:Oil change
Adryan Debey: Made appointment to have alignment done on my truck and when I got there they said my truck (2015 gmc sierra 2500hd crew cab ) is to big to fit on they're lift and my truck only has a leveling kit on it . So if you have a truck like mine, don't waste your time . This place is more for small trucks or cars .

Robert Milton: I went to this midas location to have some front end suspension work done before I could get an alignment done. I had gone to a different mechanic shop the week before to get an alignment and the did a diagnostic check and told me that I would have to have the ball joints and the strut assemblies replaced before they could align it. They charged me a 50.00 fee for the diagnostic check. I told midas what they had done and gave them a print out of what they found. Midas did a check of there own and found it needed a ball joint, both strut assemblies, bushings, and an extremely important part that was broken and crucial to the alignment being done correctly, and the diagnostic check with midas was free of charge. All the employees were extremely polite, professional and showed me everything that was in need of replacing. Jarek Phillips: One of my employees had his car towed here for a crank, no start condition.He was told the motor no good, low compression in all 4 cylinders.I told him we'd bring it to my shop, not an auto repair shop mind you, and take a look at it. I'm definitely no mechanic, but I have a general idea how vehichles function. Well, two hours and a new coil pack later and the car started up and is running just fine.Obviously not happy about the experience at Midas.

Ivan Gonzalez: I used to bring my vehicles in for servicing here constantly. At first service was great, but then little by little i kept having issues with the repairs, for starters, they sold me a tire that would keep going flat after I took it back to have them fix it. So i took it somewhere else , boom, fixed never had an issue again. Second time i took my Hyundai in for a Inspection, oil change, tie rod changes. And well the rods placed on the right side were left side rods, which caused the tire to grind against them any time i turned my steering wheel. I brought it back and they said it's an alignment issue(that they can't fix) and just added air to a tire. Still would grind...I took it elsewhere they fixed it never had the issue since. So i went back and asked for my service invoice and i was advised by the current manager, possibly owner, that they only keep 90 day invoices nothing past 90 days but would have corporate send me the invoice.. it's been two weeks and I'm still waiting on that invoice. They also updated their service agreements to where you can't take them to civil court if the job goes wrong, something I didn't sign 😉 Take your business elsewhere, this are not good business practices especially for customer retention and service guarantee. See you in civil court buddy, hope you have the invoice then. L

To which I had to pay in cash because the credit card system stopped working at this business. I offered to pay with cash app as it's advertised everywhere inside that it's an option. But the owner( I guess) said no, because he doesn't know how to operate cash app???? Lol. Please. I left to come back and discover that two other women mysteriously also needed their tie rods replaced. We all also ended up having issues with our alignment and ended up having to come back the next day. To which I was told the alignment will not be exactly where I wanted it to be because they don't have the machines for that at this establishment. I ended up spending around 600. To which I had to pay in cash because the credit card system stopped working at this business. I offered to pay with cash app as it's advertised everywhere inside that it's an option. But the owner( I guess) said no, because he doesn't know how to operate cash app???? Lol. Please. They don't charge an arm or a leg to run diagnostics, I had them test my suspension as well as my brakes at no cost, which was REALLY nice. Most places charge a ridiculous amount to run any sort of diagnostic testing. They offer their opinion but dont push additional parts unless safety is in question.Very happy with how quickly Josh was able to diagnose and replace my brakes as well as a fresh oil change.
