Robert Johnson: Mo greeted me at the dealership and was very professional and pleasant offering his services but not overly aggressive. So it was a good experience from the moment I walked in the door. His conversation was casual and respectful, interested in knowing what brought me to Infiniti but didn’t try to steer me in any particular direction. Then the discussion turned to how he could help me find the car I wanted. Again, no push just helpful thoughts and suggestions. He offered to show entire inventory available that he thought would meet my expectations. After a short search and viewing the various options and color choices we selected the car. When I said I wanted to think about all the details and would prefer to think about the decision over night, Mo did not try to speed up my decision because I believe he wanted to make the sale but respected and trusted that I would follow through. Which I did and returned the next day for test drive, negotiated cost and signed the deal. Perhaps one of the most pleasant experiences I have had buying a car and I certainly recommend Mo to anyone interested in looking for or purchasing an automobile!

He was always quick getting back to me and was very flexible with his availability when we were setting up a test drive appointment...he even came in on his day off!I truly appreciate that Mike listened to what I was looking for and kept me focused and on track to find the car that met my needs for right now. (I love cars and had shopped at other dealerships where other representatives let me get sidetracked looking at "tomorrow's vehicle"...the fun one that I really want but doesn't match what I need right now) Mike is an amazing sales rep because he listened to what I was looking for when I first made contact with him and kept me focused on those specific goals and needs. Paul Adderley (Kryten121): The server advisor was mostly fine, except his knowledge of how tire pressure monitors work was not right (or he was intentionally misrepresenting something to get me to shut up) and then instead of speaking to me after my initial call he transferred me to the service manager without warning.tbh, with my experience buying the car, the pro pack was added and it was made to seem like I had no choice on it and now a service not being completed when asked for, its starting to seem like Reiselman will do anything for money except what's right by the customer.

Jessica Sanchez: If I could give this place no stars I would but this is the worst place to take your car to be fixed. We took our car more than 3 times for different issues. The first we went in was because the vehicle was accelerating and leaving us. Nissan fixed and our warranty covered cost but two days later engine light came on and took it back for them to find more issues with the car. We also had them change the spark plugs to the car and were charged for the service but came to find out they didn’t even replace them as we found them covered in grease. Engine light is on and and we don’t know what’s wrong with vehicle I called the services department management the second time and left a voicemail and he hasn’t even bothered to call me back. I don’t know where this mechanics get their license because I know for a fact they didn’t do anything right. They fix something and end up messing up something else. 😩😡

Mike showed me EVERY feature on the vehicle I ended up buying. The buying process wasn't stressful AT ALL. They gave me a fair price on my trade in and a great price on my new car. Phelipe Freitas: Be careful when buying a car that is not brand new, and make sure to read the paperwork before signing it. After picking the car I was going to buy I signed a pile of papers they gave me without a clear presentation of the values being charged. Then, I was forwarded to someone in finance, an annoying guy who wouldn't let me finish the purchase without first accepting a platinum warranty that he said covered everything that could happen to the car. After getting home and reading the contracts, I realized I had been charged $2000 for a polyshield I didn't order and $3500 for the warranty. I read the platinum warranty contract and it didn't cover half of what they promised, and with so many conditions to be used, it makes it almost impossible to use it. The car also had a small piece of the front grill broken and a part in the trunk missing. I got in touch with them to fix these parts, but they said that it was not possible. I bought the trunk part for $10 from them and left the front grill broken anyway. As for the warranty, I called, sent emails, and went to the dealership in person, but they always made excuses and tricked me. I had two months to cancel the warranty at no cost, and during these two months, they kept making excuses and not canceling the warranty.

Chris Olguin: Very unsatisfied . Told me I needed to repair things that didn’t need to be repaired. They kept my car for over a month and didn’t do any mechanical work. I’m glad they didn’t. Saved me from having to change a good IPDM . I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone .
WHO ME: This was my first visit to Reiselman Nissan. I had been to a different dealership the same day, so Reiselman Nissan was the second dealer that day. I was met by Blake King, who would become my salesman. He was very laid back and easy to talk to. He showed me several vehicles so I could narrow down to the 2023 Rogue Platinum I wanted. At no point did Blake try to pressure me to make a deal/purchase. After settling on the vehicle I wanted, he had my trade evaluated and it was a very fair offer. However, it wasn't the amount that I had in mind. I then told him what I wanted for my car and he immediately got it approved by the General Manager. That whole process only took about 15 minutes. In my 62 years of buying/leasing vehicles (I'm 78), I can honestly say that this was absolutely the smoothest and best dealership experience I've ever had! I highly recommend Reiselman Nissan.

However the fact that there was a woman with her non-service dog and its treats playing (yes, leashed) in the waiting room and I am highly allergic to dogs has me re-considering any of my service and purchases here. This is the 4th car I've bought at State Line (despite you telling me your records don't show that, which is also concerning, even with a last name change). I tried to make sure I didn't miss a sign indicating State Line is pet friendly like one of the Florida Nissan dealerships.

Mother Dear: I have always had great service at Nissan but this service they called me and told me my battery was junk. They tested it twice. They offered to replace my battery for 255.00. I informed I just bought it 30 days ago. I arrive to pick up my car and there is a piece of paper on the windshield stating car needed to be jump started. Luckily I had jumper cables and my husband's truck to jump start. I do not understand why they wouldn't have tried to charge the battery. I asked if there was anyway they might have left the accessories button on when they checked my mileage the night before. Anyway my husband charged my battery and I have not had a problem since. Very disappointing.

Carlye Guffey: My husband and I recently purchased a used 2017 Kia Sorento. This is just a car for him to drive back and forth to work. My husband test drove it (it was fine)and purchased it. He was told they would fix one of the rims because the paint was peeling. As soon has he left and was able to drive over the speed of 45 mph it had a terrible shake. They told him to bring it back in and they would look at it and fix it. We went and paid to get the tires balanced ourselves somwhere closer since this was what they thought was wrong and it still didnt fix it so he took it back to be looked at and the mechanic said "the sunroof is just shaking". Obviously something else was wrong. They did another check to balance the tires and it still has the bad shake. After this they tried to charge us for looking at it when we were already told they would fix it... it's still not fixed and still shakes terribly. On top of that they still haven't contacted us to schedule a time to fix the rim. As soon as we got the vehicle home we saw that it was due for an oil change. And now 4 days ago the car completely died and needed a new battery. Today we get a package in the mail of a dozen cookies and a tumbler "Thanking us for your Purchase" . It's pathetic that they think cookies and a tumbler can make up for the $300 battery we had to buy, the tires that need replaced, the rim that still needs fixed, and the oil change we have to pay for which in total will cost more than $2,000.... thanks for the (maybe) $5 worth of cookies though... It makes everything completely even when we spent $20,000 on a vehicle that should have been mechanically sound if they actually checked their used cars.... I would recommend to NEVER to buy a used vehicle from this dealership. They dont do basic vehicle maintenance for used cars. If you do buy a used car be prepared to spend thousands of dollars on top the purchase price.

However, Cody at Metro Motors was quick to reach out and offer to look at and do what he can to resolve any issues. Not only was everything fixed quickly but also for free which based on our contract did not have to be done! The whole buying process was quick and easy with no added sales pressure. I would definetly recommend buying a car from here!
