Rushed through it didn’t clean up underneath the nails or file after the top coat or put lotion on my hands. They added nail tips when I told them I wanted them cut down bc one nail was shorter. They came over while I was getting a pedi to work on my nails and I said what I wanted but was distracted before she started adding tips not clipping the rest of my nails. Plus the colors I picked were light pastel with a little sparkle and got Barbie pink/ on the fuchsia side. My mom is a leukemia patient & although she's in "remission" that's not really cured in terms of blood cancers. She's still on daily oral chemo & is still medically fragile. This place takes such good care of her. They are so gentle and kind. She loves them. Today I called to inquire about a gift card because it's her birthday this month & she is getting her first ever pedicure at 72! Von was so patient and answered so many questions. They're so reasonably priced I was shocked! I stopped getting acrylics done 15 years ago because another shop gave me nail fungus. I've been nervous ever since but I'm ready to go back to having pretty nails. I was floored by the prices! We were sat for around 30 minutes before a guy came and started working on my nails and then another 30 before someone came to work on my friends nails, so I had to sit for a while until my friend was done. Nails were nice. Didn't last too long but to be fair I was doing a lot of swimming and soaking a week after getting them done.

And as he was filing my nails, he asked me “does it hurt” and I said yes, and he just laughed it off and kept going. They did not file or drill the inside of my nails like every other nail salon does for whatever reason and they did not buff off or file away any of the access nail gel that was left over from the inside of my nails. Let me just start out by saying I used to come here all the time and while the service was always a little hit or miss, the work was pretty decent. After this last visit though, I won’t be back.I have been to several nail salons with friends before. We always go on weekdays so it’s not busy, and they usually get us all in pretty fast. Today, 3 of us walked in. 1 set of french tips, 1 full set, and I wanted acrylic coating and dip.When we arrived there was no one in line. There was one person who was not busy, and a few employees were almost finished. After about 30 minutes, they finally started on my nails. I tried to explain what I was wanting. They clipped my nails real quick and put dip on them. It took 10 minutes and they were finished, completely skipping the acrylic coating I wanted. I thought they looked a little off, but I sat with my friends who were still waiting. There were multiple walk ins after us, and they had my friends waiting still, while they helped the other customers. Finally they took another one of us.As we were waiting for her nails to get done,, we grew frustrated as we watched them continue to take more walkins in front of my other friend. I still hadn’t paid.Two hours and 15 minutes had passed before they came over and told us they had forgotten about us, and finally called over my other friend. Both of their nails also came out lumpy and uneven. While I was waiting, I noticed my nails were uneven. I walked up to the counter to try and pay and complain, but they told me to sit back down and wait until all 3 of us were done. We were starving because we were planning to go to a restaurant after our nails, and I am also a nursing mother so I was planning to be home to feed my baby. We were at the nail salon for over 3 hours. We didn’t even get to go out to eat because we were there for so long.When I complained, the manager lied to us and claimed that everyone they took in front of us had appointments; this was a complete lie because we heard the conversations, and they straight up told us they forgot about us. The manager also kept patting my back and touching me when I was trying to explain my concerns which made me uncomfortable. She also proceeded to sit down and talk trash on us to other customers when we were still standing there paying,I paid $40 for my nails to be chunky, uneven, not what I asked for, and not even filed or shaped. There was polish on the side of my nails, and I got DIP. They rushed our nails and made us wait for hours, taking other walk ins in front of us. The service is awful and I will not be returning. For the work they did, I easily could have done it myself: Very disappointed. Save yourself some money and do not go here.Service:Acrylic nails

arinthia love: I have been coming to this nail salon for 5+ years and after this experience, I will never come back. The lady that is in the second chair they had on the white Fila shirt was really rude. She rushed my nails I kept telling her over and over again but I was not happy with the service and I didn’t like the way she shaped my nails I had asked for square nails, she kept rounding the sides, and the nails were uneven I didn’t like the way she applied the acrylic I have certain light and dark spots in the acrylic and every time I told her I didn’t like something all she said was OK, she didn’t care about my reasoning or even bothered to change it. I came in for a full set with white French tip. Two of my nails have already broken and it’s only been one week on top of that. My left nails is longer than my right nails, even though she told me that she measured them correctly , even when I was standing at the register, I told him I wasn’t happy with my nails they didn’t care I got to my car. I called them and I told themthat I’m very unhappy with my nails. She told me to come back the next day, she didn’t have any appointments until the afternoon that Sunday , but I could not go because I have other priorities so I was stuck with my nails and paint all over my skin because of their poor service. I really wish the original owner never sold his company to these people they don’t care about making the customer happy they only care about money . Jillian Turner: I got my Bridal nails done here 2 days ago, I love them. I only have one down side. I asked if she could do the design before she even started my nails, because if she couldn't I was gonna change it. But she said she could so I was happy we got to the design and she was trying to paint it on with nail polish when it was a 3D acrylic art rose design. I told her to just take it off and that the black was fine and it was no big deal and she tried her best to find something that would work and she did find these glue on 3D roses so we used those and she wasn't really placing them right bc after she'd cure it, it would fall right off. So I had her glue it again and I moved it to where it was actually laying on my nail instead of only hanging on by two lil corners of the 3D piece. So if you're wanting like super cute aesthetic nails, go to a nail tech instead. This place is better with regular nails and designs. Eryka Honeyball: I came in with a full set that needed removed. I told him from the beginning I wanted a longer length than what I had and he originally convinced me to go with a different style than I’m used to. First 🚩even though I made comments along the way about how I wanted them shaped they still came out horribly. I wanted coffin, they are square. They aren’t filed straight, there are air bubbles, color is streaked, thumbs are shorter than the other nails. None of the nails match lengths. The thickness is uneven and he left chucks of acrylic underneath. I was there for right at 2 hours and when I showed him and said I wasn’t satisfied at all I was told the only thing he could do was take them off and start again. At this point I had already paid and told him that I actually was going to have to go to another nail shop to get them done because I had someplace to be and asked if I could have a partial refund for waisted time and they declined. I’m not one to make bad reviews but honestly this was the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. I will never be back to this shop.

Taylor Johnson: I called and asked how much a pedicure is. She said $30. I walked in and told her I wanted it to be French tip and she said $35, which was fine. Then she said as I was sitting it would be another $10 for the pink polish with the French tip LMAO (reg polish not gel) so it was $35 for just plain nails and the tips painted white. This place is cheap with their product, no wonder only 2 customers were there. Can’t make up prices and expect to get people coming back.

Adrienne Blakely: The ladies were friendly and conversation was easy. I think the lighting is off there because when I got into the natural light there where several noticeable streaks in my polish. I’ve had cleaner manicures. The technique felt rushed and it shows. Their sanitary measures were flawed. Same brush for everyone sitting in a aseptic. No single use items. Edited to add that three days later 2 nails are already lifting and GEL is already chipping. I don’t do any thing crazy with my hands. $70 with tip is what I paid for a manicure that lasted 3 days.Service:Acrylic nails

Marci Anzalone: At first was I pleased because it was a relaxed atmosphere and a couple of the staff were funny and friendly. The manicure was ok, it seemed rushed and not a lot of attention to detail. The reason for the one star is because of their dishonest dealings with us. I was taking my daughter in to get a manicure for prom and I was just going to get mine done for fun with her. I told them we only wanted the $12 manicure. The lady pushed hard for us to do the extra $18 gel that would make the manicure last 2 to 3 weeks. After a lot of pushing, I finally gave in and told her that my daughter could get the gel, but I DID NOT want the gel. Half way through my manicure she spoke Vietnamese to the guy doing my nails and I heard her say the word "gel". I had a gut feeling that she was telling him to put gel on my nails anyway. I thought he was just putting on a normal top coat but in the end my original suspicions were correct. When I went to pay, expecting $42, I was charged $60. I was very frustrated and feel like they may as well have just stolen $18 out of my purse. For that reason alone, I will never go back. But also, this $18 upgrade that was forced upon me that was supposed to last 2 to 3 weeks had already started to chip after only a week.

Sarah Curtis: I don't get my nails done professionally very often. I was not impressed at all. My pedicure was only half done and the paint job was horrible. The skin around the nails was painted and it took me 30 minutes to clean them when I got home. Not to mention the gobs of lotion left on my legs and wax left all over my feet. Got a full set done too. There is still glue on my fingertips, there is file cuts next to my nails, and they are shaped lopsided. So much for a birthday treat to myself. Will not recommend or go there again.

I went in for a simple gel manicure on my own nails, showed the lady the design I wanted and she said no problem, when in fact she couldn’t do what I wanted. She proceeded to give me the worlds most lazy manicure, I could have done at home. The worst part in my opinion is that she used dirty cuticle clippers. After using them on me all she did was dip them in the water from my manicure and put them back in the same box she pulled them out of. She told me the price would be 35 then when I paid she added two more dollars, for what I don’t know, giving herself a tip I guess.Service:Manicure

Ingrid Keizer: My daughter got what was probably the most beautiful acrylic nails I’ve seen her get BUT.. I’m pretty basic; manicure no polish and a pedicure. The woman who did my manicure was really rough and the woman who did my pedicure was not exactly gentle. I have cuts on my fingers from the manicure. I don’t know if I’d return based on that. Most offensive however, was that when I paid, the woman very clearly said $160 and then my daughter and I meticulously figured a tip. As we walked out we looked at each other and said, “ how was it 160?” so we went back in and asked for a breakdown and she pulled out $60 cash and said, “I said 116”. Uhm she made no attempt to correct that when we were walking out of the door. Later we asked one another if we might have misunderstood, given the language differences but, I had an Asian mom and I’ve taught English as a 2nd language. It was really sense that there was some bamboozling at hand.l. I don’t like to give negative reviews but I won’t return.
