ron boone: I have dealt with this guy before so I knew what to expect as far as the attitude and the way I would be treated and I was begrudgingly okay with that showed up with a chain said I wanted a new chain and a sprocket to go on a predator motor 3/4 in I'm not sure if you properly I need the chain or not he laid it across the gear and said oh it touches four teeth I guess that makes it good and then told me that if the part was wrong and it wasn't the right chain that he would not take a brand new part back even for exchange for the correct part I was very clear with him I wanted the correct part he couldn't promise me it was correct and wouldn't exchange it or refund my money if it wasn't pretty good place to get Chinese parts I did walk out with my chain and buy what I needed online with very little to no attitude from the vendor

WR: The gentleman at the service counter was amazing. Inspection done with no appointment…turned out my KLR had a bad front turn signal switch. He could have easily told me to get lost, but took the time to replace the switch on the spot, and charged me an absurdly fair price. I can’t recall the last time I did business somewhere that someone totally went out of their way like this. I will definitely return to spend some money here. Thank you!
Travis Mustain: One star is too high for my experience. Took my bike to them in July of 2021. They acted like they didn't want to mess with it, even though I had talked to them about it on the phone, and scheduled an appointment to drop it off. The bike was originally bought from them, and its a Husqvarna, so I wanted to take it to a Husky dealer. I brought it in because it wouldn't start. They first called me and told me that the bike wasn't running because there was no air filter. I told them, that wasn't the problem, I had forgotten to leave the new air filter with the bike. I mentioned that it could be the ECU. They called me back 15 minutes later, and said it was the ECU. They obviously never checked it, because it ended up being a fuse and an o-ring on the fuel petcock. I am not someone that goes out and writes bad reviews, I understand things happen. The negligence shown by the service manager was unbelievable. I drove 3 hours to drop the bike off, and they didn't even take the time to look at it, but still charged me $185.

Carter Lyda: I shipped the cylinder for my 1990 Honda XR200R to Donnells Motorcycles to be bored out to fit a larger piston. Upon arrival and inspection they informed me that I had an incorrect sized piston. I ordered a new one directly to them and they took care of the rest. Never once did I call and not get an answer and the help that I needed. I’m awaiting the arrival of the cylinder as it was just shipped today but if the quality of work is anywhere close to their customer service and time management skills, I expect to be pleased! These guys really know how to run a business with good prices, good customer service and a timely schedule. Thanks again guys, I hope to work with you again soon!

Finance guys were spectacular (shouts out to the Nehi Peach soda guy) - overall a wonderful experience and I'll be referring friends and family to this dealer in the future.

Doris Chappel: The switch I received was defective. I tested with a ohm meter prior to installing. All circuits worked in the on position. After installing I pressed down to see if the park position worked. I could feel something giving and then it snapped. When I tried to get a replacement or my money back they refused. They say I did something to it which I did not. Do not buy from these people if you plan on installing the part. If you do and have a problem they will refuse to replace it.

Gino Marino: Horrible customer service. Ordered two sets of bulbs. Realized that I ordered the wrong bulbs. Reached out to seller through Amazon to change to correct bulbs. Got a response saying they had the bulbs I needed. Asked if I could switch to the bulbs I wanted. Never got a response. That was on February 7th. It is now the 15th and still no response. To top it off, the sale is not eligible for a refund. Reckon I'm out $25. Went to auto parts store and got what I needed. Poor establishment.
