From the initial phone inquiry, to paying for my service, I was treated like a long time valued customer and a friend, despite it being my 1st time there.The mechanic, Wes, called to update me on the work requested, and suggested other work which was needed. Being the actual mechanic, he was able to walk me through everything done. You don't get that level of service and personal communication at any dealership.Give yourself plenty of time to stay and chat because the owners, and the mechanics will hang out, answer any questions and swap stories. No rush, they're interested in building relationships with customers. Its no wonder they've been at that location so long. They've figured out how to make lifelong customers.

Brought in a scooter that needed a clutch cable, a battery installed and a new exhaust (all of which I supplied) and left TEN MONTHS LATER with my bike in pieces… AND THEY CHARGED ME $350!!! Absolute horror story of an ordeal. Literally admitted that they had an apprentice work on it that didn’t know what he was doing, very unprofessional, no communication. Would give them zero stars if that were an option. The picture of the scooter looking nice and put together is the BEFORE picture from the day I dropped it off with them. The picture of the scooter in pieces is how I got it back ten months later. Mark was rude and belligerent. Read the other negative reviews… they say the same thing about his attitude and his replies to reviews are even combative. I’m reporting them to the BBB too.

dnj dnj: I would not recommend this place to anyone. I was told to come get it in 3 weeks. They didn’t have it ready for 9 weeks and when I went to get it. It still wasn’t ready. They charged me 400 and some change over what they quoted me. They rigged my bike up to start and it doesn’t run right anymore. They also said they had to replace several parts on it that I had just had put on it the day before I dropped it off that were brand new parts. Called several times while they had my bike and they wouldn’t even give me a progress on my bike. I read a lot of reviews before I wrote this and I find it hard to believe the amount of people with a good experience. They must of just had a tire put on. After getting my bike back finally. I had to put it into another shop and pay to have everything they rigged up fixed the right way. I asked for the parts they took off so I could have them and of course they didn’t have them but they put old rusty parts that they said were new on my bike. This place is a joke. But if the repairs are as good as their initial customer service, I will be giving them five stars for that too. My bike has some very obscure-sized parts, and they worked with me for a whole week to be sure they have the right parts. Thank you and kudos to Blue Star so far!! 😀👍
