Would highly recommend them again and again!UPDATETotal incompetence!Finally, after 2 weeks of last half-payment ($7K) these guys delivered and set up the headstone. The stone was made correctly and looked great... However after they got their $$ it was like they did NOT care.1) The problem is these guys placed it on the wrong grave (see pic)! Yes that is right! How many years in business and a Rooky mistake like this?2)They didn't bother to confirm with onsite staff at the funeral home/gravesite; they didn't bother to see the temporary marker at the correct grave site.3) Instead, Nathan preferred to blame the mother of the deceased.. like that is always the best solution! :(DO YOURSELF and your loved one a favor and avoid headache/heartache. Go with a reputable monument firm instead.

James Hedrick: Absolutely the worst. I have heard every excuse imaginable from, our engraver is broken to our boom truck broke. In the beginning they lost receipt of my down payment. They have been telling me for a month now that they are working on it and will have it done in a week. For the last week I've been told it was going to be installed only to come up with a different excuse every time I call. I would not recommend this company!!!

I recommend if your getting a stone for your loved ones go somewhere else. Horrible place to do business with. And you put my brothers tombstone on backwards how the hell can you do a horrible job like this. What a disappointment of place .

They were great at first when getting our business......and here we are a year and a half later and they do not return any calls or emails. They STILL have not installed my dad's photo in his headstone. They lied to me in August and said it would be installed at the end of the week. We paid in full right when we were informed the headstone had arrived to their place of business (late July). The headstone arrived 4 months later than they told us it would arrive, and they never once called to give us an update. My family had to call and email for updates constantly because they never returned calls either. They are the absolute worst. Don't waste your time and money, they do a terrible job. Your loved ones deserve better.

Cheryl Anderson: We had our headstone purchased and installed by Pence Enterprise in August 2020. I lost my husband in May after a 2 year battle with cancer. Now I can’t get any assistance from them to have his date of death plaque ordered and installed on the monument. Won’t return emails or calls, I am ready to phone “call for action” to see if they can assist me. Terrible customer service!Edit: it has now been eight months and still no plaque installed. I paid fir it the last week of June after finally getting to speak with someone who would assist me. Today would have been my husbands birthday, every holiday and milestone that passes and still this isn’t resolved hurts that much more. His brother and sister think I am neglecting this task and 8 have to keep telling everyone I paid for it but can’t get the incompetent Pence Enterprises to get it installed.

Z: Went to store 09-19-17 to get prices for brother's burial. I walked in with my mother and on if my deceased brother's sons. The older man who owned the store was rude abd inconsiderate of the fact we just lost our loved one. My brother happened to be obese. The older owner made comments like "I heard we had a big one in." "How much did he weigh?!" My nephew commented on him being rude and stepped out of the store.The owner shifted his attention to other customers and we were left to speak to the younger owner, who apoligized for the other owner's behavior. Not what you want to experience in time of sorrow.

Andrea Mallory: I'm very dissatisfied with this company. I ordered my daughter's headstone on August 24th. They still have yet to start on it. The man said after Thanksgiving is when they will have it done. Their receipt says 6-8 weeks. I have been more than patient but this is just heartbreaking. No one has called to say there would be a delay. If I hadn't of called I would still be in the dark. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
