Normally when we have purchased a vehicle, we've spend HOURS going back and forth and having our credit hit so many times. We have been here for barely 2 hrs, papers signed, transferring plates as we speak and walking out with a vehicle within the price range we wanted(well pretty close, we did some dealing for maybe 20mins😁) I'm so VERY happy with our Salesman, Kenneth Anonye!!! Hands down the BEST one I've had! Explained every single detail on the vehicle that I would have never figured out (it's a 2023 with 6miles on it). If your looking for someone honest that has a great personality whether your wanting to buy or just thinking about it, definitely give him a call up there!!!

Sarah McDonald: Here is my experience: I filled out info on the website and quickly got a call from someone, please note this person does not actually work at Jeremy Franklin (yet they don’t tell you that). I showed up with an appt surprised to find that out. The in-house sales rep was very kind, picked out the perfect car for me and worked really hard to get me in a dream car. However, just be aware the payments and down payment are much higher than expected. Management also allows them to sell a car with parts that barely pass inspection. I am thankful for the employees but the “higher ups” seem to be a little on the shady side. Thank you to Kenneth and the service manager/techs for your hard work!

Randy Boude: I listened to the commercial a thousand times and so I called to make sure that what they said was true. The man on the phone took down everything including what I wanted, what I could spend, and my entire situation. He assured me that I would definitely be able to buy a nice vehicle based on that information. When I got there I filled out some paperwork and waited only to find out that the man on the phone was from a call center and none of it was true. One dime down? 400 a week from your job qualifies you? Nope! It was a complete waste of time and gas. I took the day off of work to do it so I lost that pay as well. Another unsatisfied customer! : (

Joseph McLaughlin: We bought a Mirage here 2 years ago. It was one of those one at thos price deals. Of course when we got there we could not getthe one we wanted it was now going to another later that day. Still we bought the car thinking 35 to 40 mpg would be nice. Then we ran over some tire tread on the highway while visiting family.It did not look bad and we used tape to hold the bumper on until a shop could look at it. It took 9 months to get the parts and there was 5000 dollars of damage. Yes from a small piece of tire tread the entire front end was destroyed. All supports and bracing shattered. After it was repaired we sold it immediately.Since our purchase I have unsubsidized from emails twice and replied STOP to the text messages twice. Northtowne Mitsubishi continues to call, text and email about their little car. Today Josh from sales texted. Again I replied stop. He then began acting like a child with petty jokes and harassment. When I asked if I needed to come up he immediately began ranting about fighting. I tried to call the managers phone and I was disconnected twice in less than 30 seconds.This is the least professional sales staff ever. I would not recommend the cars nor the dealership. Their prices do not justify the small discount you might receive.I am waiting for a return call from the General manager. I doubt there will be any correction but at least I tried.

Collin Ringle: We Bought a new Outlander from here everything went alright to start out with but we are not able to get the mitsubishi connect it wasnt working when delivered to us and the dealership wont do anything to help us with it I figured they would be more concerned over an issue that wasnt working when delivered. They keep referring me to take it so somewhere else instead of taking care of the issue. I guess we will contact our next closest dealership and get it figured out. It seems like they only care about the sale and not to worried about you after it.
Lisa Banda: Giving Five Stars for Josh Danner who was very knowledgeable and patient and to Colton who gave us a great Trade in. Being new to the Mitsubishi Family was a great choice. I would recommend going to see Josh if you are interested in having a great Experience.The only thing I would steer clear of is Keith in Finance. Look we all have bad days, and I get it, but the experience with him was not a good one for the most part. I didn't know from moment to moment if he was going to remind us, again, that we were late. We had an appointment at 9:30, and we notified the dealer we were running late, and we knew we would have to wait longer, But we didn't need to hear about it not once, but 4 times from finance. And at one point he inadvertently placed his finger inside a box for us to sign, and when I started to sign, he acted agitated and snatched the paperwork away and was making disgruntled sounds as he found a replacement for the paperwork. I was so ready to leave because of the negative feeling.I won't go down on stars, because of one 30-45 minutes of dealing with a disgruntled person, I left 5 because I love the selection and who I dealt with the most with my total experience.

Lawrence White: Dropped off a vehicle just for a recall & speakers was stolen. No broken windows (inside job.) What makes it worse I asked about security before even leaving the vehicle & the service employee promised nothing would happen or get taken. If I was forewarned about security I would’ve taken my vehicle elsewhere. Customer service on the service was so poor as well that I do not recommend you to trust anyone to leave anything loose in your vehicle under the “eyes” of any member in the service department. Service department doesn’t even deserve 1star.
