Dorian Aguilar: I took my 2011 mini Cooper to this dealer last January cause after an oil filter change I spray brake cleaner to clean the oil that you usually spilled after this job , car won’t start so I towed my mini to them and the diagnostic was that I need a new engine $12,000 bill, I paid almost $500 for the diagnostic and towed my mini back home, I almost sell my car to the pick and pull thinking it was DONE, I asked a friend that work on car not even professional mechanic and asked me what I did before that car stop working , he checked the oil filter and the cap was BROKEN.. $20 later my mini is driving like a champ I put 1000 miles since then and still going strong, I went back to see if they have a policy for refund for been so wrong and charging me $500 and they said the manager was not available and he was gonna call me , is almost June and still waiting for the call…

I'd expect nothing less from the premier BMW/MINI dealership in the Midwest. I came in to a full shop with an emergency flat repair (run flat advantage) and they not only moved me to the front of the line(at lunch) they comped me an oil change for my troubles.I've owned 50+ cars and many purchased through a dealership and I have never seen service like this until now.Keep up the good work Baron.
Deborah Walker: Service desk and mechanic were very helpful and efficient.Oil change and necessary item were handled. One item was found that is something that is a common problem with mini coopers. Engineering needs to work on these common problems. This car only has 28,000 miles and should not have issues.
