Francesca Sabatini: Update: After leaving this review, they got back to me the next day and resolved the issue. Thank you to Chuck for getting this sorted you, Quench is lucky to have you!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I don’t normally leave bad reviews as I try to handle the issue privately and not damage a company’s reputation because I understand that mistakes happen. I see other positive reviews on here so maybe this is an isolated issue. I know they are going through a merger/acquisition right now so I’m sure things have been a little chaotic. However, that does not excuse completely ignoring customers with broken machines! Our machine has been broken for about 3 weeks now. I have spent hours on hold over the course of 5 or so phone calls. The customer reps I have spoken to have been very kind but pretty much told me all they could do was “escalate the priority of my case”. I was told multiple times I would be receiving a call in the next few days to schedule someone to repair the machine. I have NEVER received a call back. I have essentially begged them to come fix our machine as we have an entire office of people who do not have access to clean water at the moment due to our machine being broken. I asked to just cancel the service and come get their outdated and broken machine last week since I was so fed up with being ignored. I was told I would receive an email with details on how to cancel the service, never received an email. At this point I just want to hire a new company. Today the customer service rep said they escalated my case to the “highest priority”… again. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told I would receive a call from a supervisor by the end of the day, never did. After not being followed up with, I called again a few hours ago (during normal business hours), waited on hold for 40 minutes, and then was sent to voicemail!!! Nothing against the customer service reps AT ALL, I know there is not much they can do from their end. This review is a last ditch effort to try and get someone to help me out. This is honestly the worst experience I have ever had with a company.

Was told we had service scheduled, nobody showed, was supposed to get a call back and never did. Horrible company, and can't wait to switch.

Shauna Hayes-Zerban: The service technician/installer, Mr. Quinn was above and beyond polite and helpful in many ways with the system that was placed at my mothers home. Which is why I (her daughter) is leaving the review because, my mother is in the mid stages of Parkinson's disease and its very difficult for her to write more or less open a bottle of fresh water. So, having a Quench system in her home has been a lifesaver. Allowing herself and our family to rest just a little bit more of her care and knowing she's has the fresh water that she'll need. I like to thank the company Quench for their business of the system that was placed in my mothers home as well as for sending Mr. Quinn to my mother's home because, he has made life for the Zerban's just that much fresher.

She scheduled Rex to come out and look at our water softener and he gave us all kinds of helpful information. This is our first time owning a house with one so we weren’t sure what to do. We thought it was broken but turns out we just weren’t managing it correctly. He answered all of our questions and then some and solved our issues right away. Would definitely recommend this company.

If you click on "Say u have an item that arrives mon, click on "item" and go to shipping info, it will give you a different date of arrival. That's why I give only 4 stars. If they could do something about that confusion, then i would give them 5 stars.

I realize it is with synchrony bank and this not being vented at you but indirectly the bank you are dealing with is very disappointing. I have had my credit card in good standing never missed a payment even paid off in past and to receive a letter my credit line was being reduced. I paid my card off today and closed account. Diggy Nine: 1st time there had to go and check it out. They let us take a free tour to check out everything that was within the store. You can't purchase anything without a membership card. But they definitely give Sam's club a run for their money.

Leta: Love! Love! Love Great American Cookies! Cookies are always fresh and soft. I don't buy anywhere else. The staff are always friendly.
Stefanie Ruiz: I went in knowing I was going to spend around $100. I had a meeting to go to and wanted to pick up some cookies. I asked for 3 dozens. The lady looked very annoyed and had a nasty look on her face. Asked me with an attitude you want 3 dozens? I kindly said yes to which she immediately looked like she didn’t like my response or her job. She then gave me a nasty stare and said you know that is going to be $60/$70? I told her yes and she still had an attitude and ugly look and proceeded to ask what kind I wanted. After I noticed how bothered she looked to help me I said never-mind. You lost my business after today and I LOVE your cookies!!
Joifulady 1: The cookies are amazing, as they've been from the beginning. My issue is the staff. Met one young lady who was VERY nice...wish I could remember her name. But the guy(Mgr) and the girl with the piercings leave a little to be desired in the way of interaction with the public. Very cut and dry...almost as if it's a bother to ask a question or take an order. Maybe they were having an off day.

I was 6 months pregnant at the time so I immediately ordered one for my baby shower even though we already had cake and have ordered one at least annually ever since. They have gotten me thru many of my kid’s birthdays; cake was always on time, as requested, and fresh!That said .. Man Great American, you guys really need to switch locations and move out of Independence Center. If you can make any business moves, that would be the thing I would focus on. My kid’s birthday is coming up again, but I don’t even wanna have to go there to pick it up with the crime that happens at that mall all the time now. Your cookie cakes are usually great but they aren’t worth getting shot/robbed for. If you all moved to an area that was not on the News fairly often, I think a lot more people would go there and the reviews would be better.

David Betz: This is a great example of a store that might go away if we all stop shopping there. They have a fee when you order over $5 (forcing you to break up transactions) and they don't accept secure credit card transactions, only swipe. There's no excuse for that in 2022.

I have to say the last few times we have went it seems to be going downhill. it was so so dirty all the tables were dirty and sticky like they haven't been cleaned in days, the trash cans were so full of trash and overflowing, boxes all over the place.
Jessica Myers: Beware! We went in for an afternoon ice cream treat…ice cream we received was extremely freezer burnt and you could tell it was old. Also we could tell it had melted some and was refrozen. Really disappointed.

Diana Gonzalez: This place has gone so downhill since COVID. Now it’s always dirty and they take forever. Guy at the counter had gloves on but that didn’t matter because he ran his hands through his hair WITH the gloves and then proceeded to serve someone ice-cream lol
Sheree Ayala: The ice cream was delicious outside of the old marshmallows. The tables looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in days. ALL chairs and tables had old ice cream all over them. The bathrooms were also left unkept.
matthew smith: Just finished there waited a long time for melted ice cream. They had left the ice cream sitting on a counter without refrigeration at all. Then they did not mix in the ingredients on my ice cream properly.
Indian Outlaw: Drove 15+ min to this location only to be turned away 30 min before closing. Location said they were open until 11 (saturday). Doors were locked, lights were on and staff was still inside.
