01po01po: We asked for a full autopsy for our daughter that was shot in the head and found naked. They didn’t do a full autopsy, only pictures and No RAPE KIT! Are you kidding me? Very rude ~ no compassion whatsoever. When you lose a child you are devastated you need at least a friendly staff. I asked for an appointment with their investigator and Coroner while I was there. They told me I had to call and make an appointment. They would never return our call.

Heidi Settles: Your facility handled my son's body and did not follow the states procedures for personal property. I called and left several voicemails, spoke with 4 different people (one of which was the facility directors assistant) and never received a return phone call from anyone.The next time you loose someone's personal property BUCK UP and apologize. I understand things get lost but I don't understand lack of compassion and failure to admit fault. You lost my son's wallet. Thanks for the phone call and enjoy your review. Please do a better job next time you encounter this situation. The public puts it's trust in you to do the right thing.

Today was his first visit here. Upon completion of his appointment he asked that I please post a review stating that this was the very best visit he’s ever had. The atmosphere was very calming, he wasn’t stuck in a crowded waiting room for hours and his examiner was very friendly and knowledgeable.He definitely plans on returning next year!
