Michelle White: Thank you to Derrick at the service department. I appreciate the loaner car that you provided me and as well as picking my Maseriti up from my home. Derrick did a full inspection of my car. His team provided me great service. He was an absolute, honest person. He provided the link to see what service was needed for my car. He gave me a call as well to discuss my options. He went over the prices and explain everything to me thoroughly being super patient with me. I really appreciate everything that you and the guys have done for me at the Maserati dealership. Thank you for the great service respectfully Ms. White. You deserve 20 stars but unfortunately there’s only five stars today. I look forward to seeing you all in the spring to get these tires replaced all the way around this car. Heidi Amundson: If I could give zero stars for this dealership, I would.Over 6 weeks ago I made an appointment for a test drive of a new Maserati Ghibli. I arrived on time and was told the salesman I had the appointment with was not available. After waiting patiently for over 30 minutes they found another salesman for the test drive. Although he was polite he was obviously in a hurry and did not spend any time with me after the test drive.I communicated with him via email about a new vehicle I was interested in that was in the current inventory. I was told it was out with a costumer as a loaner and I would be contacted when it was returned. I was never contacted.Maserati of Kansas City suggested that I order a new 2023 Maserati online. I asked how I would go about doing that and hoped that I would be invited back to the dealership to be walked through this process. I never heard back from them, again.When I went to Maserati of Kansas City for the test drive I had just left the gym and was wearing workout clothes, no makeup and a ponytail. I cant help but wonder if I did not "look the part" of their usual clientele. What they did not know and never bothered following up on is that I am/was a cash buyer.Luckily, I looked online for the exact features I wanted in my new car. I found the PERFECT new Maserati. Keep in mind that I had communicated with Maserati of Kansas city that I wanted red leather interior. They told me that there was nothing "on the ground" in the USA with my desired color. LIES!I drove to Maserati of Omaha with a cashiers check and left with the car I wanted in within 45 minutes! Maserati of Omaha treated me with respect and made it happen!Do not waste your time or money at Maserati of Kansas City.

Noor Alqaisi: I have been a loyal customer of Aristocrat Motor Co., Inc. since 2017, and while my initial experiences were exceptional, I regret to say that their service quality has significantly declined over the years. My recent encounters have left me frustrated and dissatisfied, prompting me to share my experience.In the past, Aristocrat Motor Co., Inc. provided me with top-notch service that instilled confidence in their expertise and professionalism. However, during my last couple of visits, things took a turn for the worse.The most distressing incident occurred after I paid nearly $2000 for a full maintenance and inspection, which explicitly included a check of the coolant system. Sadly, just three weeks later, my car unexpectedly broke down on the side of the highway due to a defective coolant hose. This resulted in my vehicle overheating, causing damage to the spark plugs and potentially other engine components. It is deeply frustrating that such a critical component was not properly inspected or fixed during the maintenance check.What adds to the disappointment is that, despite the obvious negligence on their part, I was still charged for replacing the coolant hose. This double charge for a part that should have been addressed during the maintenance check left me feeling disheartened and questioning the integrity of the service provided by Aristocrat Motor Co., Inc.As a long-term customer, I had hoped for consistent and reliable service. Unfortunately, this recent experience has made me question whether I can trust Aristocrat Motor Co., Inc. with my vehicle's maintenance and repairs moving forward. brb services: RangeRover-Cant recommend this location for service . Ive tried for two days to talk to a service adviser only to be hung up on, transferred multiple times only to be left on hold . When they do pickup after 5 minutes the receptionist only transfers it once again without waiting to hear your complete sentence.
Trish H.: Would literally recommend anyone else service is terrible. I rescheduled and oil change for 8:45 AM. Get there at 8:20 AM. Wait to be helped till 9 AM and then M told it will be two hours for an oil change and that a do not get a vehicle while mine is being serviced like they told me I would when I made the appointment. But what really upsets me is that I scheduled the appointment for an oil change after just buying the Mercedes in November telling me that I need $1100 worth of maintenance done. The whole experience was pretty unprofessional and shocking.

Walter Ray: I want to start off saying that the sales people here were very nice, and the man who greeted me at the arrive door was as well. Now on to the 1 star review. The Jaguar service side, I made an online appointment and when I get there the service advisor tells me my 2005 Jag might be to old to be worked on….are you serious you are a Jaguar service shop, and then The amount this place wants to Charge for simple repairs is inanse. They wanted to charge me 450$ to install 2 hood props, the props are 40$ for both sides. So where is the other 410$ cost? It takes 5 minutes to install I did it myself already. Then they want to charge 130$ for wipe blade change? They also didn’t carry jagurbtrans fluid, Are you serious? Then 2500$ for the 2 control arms….I just got both control arms for 160$. So they want to charge 2300$ for a hour job? This is insane to me, what a joke. Won’t be back, already found a shop that laughed when I told them the prices and estimates.

He really cares about all the customer . I've never met a person as friendly and accommodating like him. I'm impressed and satisfied with the way he treated me. I highly recommend him.
Derek Cozadd: Excellent customer service, communication, and attention to detail from top to bottom. Took my Porsche in for an oil change and check engine light. Joe Sauceda and his team diagnosed the problem and had it fixed promptly as well as taking care of a few recall issues while they were at it. They quoted me one price for the repair but it wasn’t as entailed as initially thought, so I was delighted when the bill was half the original estimate. That is honesty and integrity. The very best part was my car being returned in better condition than when I dropped it off; washed and shined up. Thanks again!
Dee Morley: This is my first Mercedes-Benz and I couldn't be happier with my new car and the exemplary assistance from Julie Langton (Aristocrat Motors). I had never "built a car" before but she walked me through the entire process to get exactly what I wanted. When it arrived Julie was there to be sure everything was as I ordered. Then Jesse Little (Mercedes-Benz of KC) spent so much time explaining all the new features that came with a Mercedes. Everyone has been so kind, followed up to be sure things were going well and making me feel like a VIP.
Connor Heintz: I recently bought a 2016 c300 from the Land Rover jaguar department. Upon arrival I was greeted by the front desk lady who took care with great hospitality before I purchased my car. The salesman JC helped me greatly through the process as it’s the first time in the dealership. The car has done me well and they have taken care of the services to make it run great.
