PaperHearts: Wish I could give this place a better review. The staff is friendly, however they never answer the phone at the office. Anytime I had something wrong with my place I had to continuously try to contact them for weeks. The neighbors on the side where I lived is what really drove me out of this place. I had to call the police about 10 times within a year and a half of living there. The neighbors are very obnoxious and will keep you awake at night. We told staff about it countless times and they continued to ignore everyone's complaints. At one point they were even stealing from other peoples lawns. The trailers looks nice, but they are made very cheaply and things break at the touch of your finger. If you guys enjoy listening to teens scream and yell outside, rev up motorcycles all night long, staff that doesn't really care, drunk people coming up to your house and barging in to sit in your living room, then this is the place for you.

(Shay) is doing and Performing Extremely Well, (Shay) Needs to be the Manager of Midwest Manufacturered Homes Company/Properties.She is very Response to the residents Needs on the Property & She Tell the Truth & Doesn't Lie about stuff!Truth is the best Resolve & Answer for all involved…….Furthermore! Please! Tear Down the Eye Sore of Unit:109 *Vacant* it is Abandoned & Attracting Wildlife Animals and Cats…Plus! there are (2) Large Raccoons that are Running around and Terrorizing the Property behind Units: 106,107,108, & 109, These Raccoons Need to be Trapped and Removed from the Property!!!!! ( Denise) of Management was made Aware of the Raccoon issues and Never did anything at All…… Please! Help Our Community! We Need Assistance Immediately!!!! Thanks very Much!!!!

the life of puppets: I live HERE. DON'T DO IT... The yards have been destroyed and not fixed my water has been frozen 4 times and they won't put it under ground where it goes. The Mud omg The mud is awful.i get "o we will fix it "and NOTHING. The last straw really was when they cut my internet line, neither the company that's doing it nor the mgr seem to care ... even when they were told 'hey you cut my line" they LITERALLY JUST KEpT GOING.AND just like that. Boom everyones internet is out.

Sumar Kelley: The man here berates and verbally abuses older women. He takes advantage of their age and treats them horribly. It's disgusting. Not sure what lot rent us for because they let trailers fall off the jack and refuses to fix them unless they pay an astronomical fee. Would not recommend living here

Clark Erdahl: Quiet and quaint mobile home park my buddy stays in. Trailers are in impressive condition and very affordable, and management are well meaning people who would rather work with aomeone rather than evict them at the first chance. Neighbors all keep fairly enough to themselves.
