Chuck Driskell: Sanjeev "Sunny" (Franchise Owner) steals your money!Don't ship anything 2nd day air, Saturday delivery or Next Day Air vs Ground from this store location. This Store charges for the extra service and just pockets the difference when the delivery doesn't happen. Complete money making scam by this franchise owner. Public beware of Sunny, his UPS store in Blue Springs (Store #4375) and his scamming money business practices.

Cynthia Gassen: Sadly I have to add to the long list of bad reviews. I used to be able to get my print jobs done quickly and they would allow me to email the files and I could pick them up right away. Now I have to wait for Jeanette to be there, and when she’s not, they magically lose my email. So I started going to Office Depot. It’s so sad! UPS needs to revoke this ownership.

Dhurba is exceptionally attentive to guests and truly takes time to interact with his customers to make it a positive experience. This is always my UPS store of choice!

Duba assured and waited for me, shipped my letter for just 12$ for next day delivery and treated me the best. I thank driver for waiting me and duba as well. Went to return an Amazon package and was struggling to get the item back in the original box due to it arriving shrink wrapped before it was opened and found to be defective. When I went to this location to return the item, I was told I would need to purchase a box for $15 in order to ship it back unless I could get the item back in the original box. I tried to condense the item back to the original form while they stood there watching. I asked for a piece of tape to be able to hold the item together and get it back in the box. I was told there was tape for sale behind me. Rude customer service and complete scammers. Looking at these reviews, I'm amazed they still have a partnership with Amazon. I'd give this location 0 stars if I could.

I just decided to let her know that she was rude and impatient, that this was not the first time, or second or third even. She proceeds to tell me to leave her store, mind you there were no curse words...just simply stating the truth. I asked if it’s an ups store she told me is not an ups store and which online when you are looking for an ups store this particular store pulls up. It’s holidays and I order gifts and one was send to this location for me to pick it up physically. Once I receive the alert that Peggy had received my package promptly I called the store to make sure my item had arrived she was super unclear about my item arriving to the store didn’t give me assurance since she was mentioned as the receiver of my package. I was sure that it was at the store and I arrived to the store at 4:30 pm and she looked at the label and tells me that it was picked up at 12:33 pm which now I have an unhappy receiver and she was really rude at that. And now my package is lost 😡 and please this the worst location for ups and she doesn’t assume her responsibility on given the wrong person my delivery. If you could give negative 5 I would. It doesn’t deserve a star in my book. How could you not check the ID. Peggy scream at me to get out the store when I ask if there is any cámara and if she checked the person’s ID for the name and the address or anything and she couldn’t respond to my request know those information. I am very disappointed on how I was treated as hard working person just wanting to give a joyful holidays to my loved one this is very disappointing to know that people in charge of a place how careless she can be with other people’s things when she is paid to do a simple task to make sure they received their package. She seem like she’s not happy working for UPS so what is she doing at that job.
Amazon Doll: I went here to return some items and the older lady at the front told me she couldn’t make me a new shipping label…. It was very frustrating considering I knew they could. She was just being lazy and not want to do her job. I called the lee summit store and told them about what was going on and the manager told me they are able to print new shipping labels. I thought she was being racist at first but after reading the reviews that’s just how she is with everyone and it’s sad ups isn’t doing anything about her rude customer service. No one should be treated the way she treats people.

Debra Raynal: We normally use the UPS in our area but since we were near The Plaza we stopped there. Big mistake! The customer service rep was extremely rude. I asked him if he could tape the bottom of a box, would take one or two pieces of tape. He says, did you not see the tape gun near the the front door. I said yes, but would you mind putting a piece on there for me. He says, normally we charge for this. They charge for two pieces of tape? I understand if they were busy but no one in there but me. He was very rude about it. Will not go back.
Patrick Rooney: I handed over a stack of items to be postmarked. And I was fobbed off that he would do it later.... Apparently not.
Troy Tils: Was just inside this store. Was in need of assistance with printing off a label from marketplace on Facebook. Asked me if I needed any help I told him yes. Proceeded to tell him of my predicament as he stood there and ignored me he then went on to help another customer and continue to ignore my situation or to give me any further assistance with my problem. Another associate then came up and asked me if he could help and I told him to my predicament also. He was a bit more attention at least but lack the training and knowledge to assist me in my situation either UPS is going to go in with Facebook to do pre-paid shipping labels well then I would think that their people would be trained to do such. Nothing like going in and and being completely overlooked and completely ignored.
Azure Guidry: I called to confirm that a notary was available and I was told yes and to come in. Once I was there the notary/owner was working with another customer. I waited about 10 minutes and then he got up and told me it was going to be another 20 minutes, told his staff to stop telling people to come in for notary services and walked out the store. He exhibited poor behavior and bad customer service.
Rae Scheufler: I drop off packages here frequently. Typically it is one individual supporting multiple customers at the same time to minimize the wait time which I appreciate. They're generally pretty friendly too.

Anna Hoang: Do not trust this place for your packages!!! I had a very expensive package that I requested to be held at this location that I thought I could trust. Even paid extra to have it held at this location, for the package to be “lost”.Whenever I went to this location to pick up my package they stated that the package wasn’t there for me and the representatives at the store wanted to gaslight me and say are you sure that you’re at the right location??When I showed him the screenshot that shows that the package was delivered and ready for pick up at the store location they stated oh sometimes it says delivered when it’s not ready. Even though it showed it was confirmed delivered yesterday. They provided me a “toll free” number that’s invalid.I even got confirmation from UPS with the tracking information and from the sender who sent the package that the package was delivered. And it was delivered the other day, I don’t understand how the package could not be there. Even customer service from UPS stated that the package was delivered YESTERDAY. Now I have to file a claim for a package that’s missing. Never trusting UPS ever again, and don’t expect the employees to be helpful either. I’ve never had problems here until now.

Chris See: Hit and miss. When the younger people are manning the counter it’s a lot of rudeness and not being helpful if you need assistance, like with packing and or taping. I went in and the people from the Waldo store were there and it was a ENTIRELY DIFFERENT experience. So I drive to the Waldo store now to drop packages off and get questions answered.

A couple of days later I went back with the label on package and the guy says you can’t ship in this package you can buy one for $ 1.99. Alex Holsman: GET A DROP OFF RECEIPT OR DON’T COME.Packages 'go missing' from this location.I dropped off a package at this store on May 17th and it was never once scanned. It never even received a preliminary drop-off scan. I handed the package directly to a clerk around 10:30am that morning and it disappeared off the face of the earth. It never received one, single tracking update.Someone at this store, presumably the manager, Chris, or the owner, his brother, Eric, are stealing packages. Either that or they know about it and would rather stonewall you instead of helping. Read the reviews - I am not the only person who has had this happen at this particular store. There is even a review from someone claiming to be a former employee saying they steal packages as well.After waiting patiently for the tracking information to update, I visited the store on May 19th to inquire. Chris told me he would call his brother, Eric, the owner, who was in the store that morning to ‘look into it.' After a few hours, I visited the store that evening and spoke with Chris again. I told him that all I needed was proof of drop off. Because he was ‘unable’ to provide a drop-off receipt, I suggested he look at the security camera footage and show me a still image of me dropping the package off. Again, I explained that all I wanted was proof of drop-off. A still image from security footage would have worked. But he was unwilling. Why would he be unwilling to provide me with an image of me dropping the package off? Unless there was something to hide?Where could my package possibly have gone? If I hand it directly to a clerk and it never once receives a scan, what could have happened to it?On the small chance packages are not being stolen here - they are most certainly negligent in their duties to properly scan and account for packages. Do not test your luck by visiting this location.Beware: Eric and Chris own at least this and the Brookside location (store 4784). Don’t visit them. Do not hand your packages to their negligent or sticky fingers.Save yourself hundreds of dollars and a headache by going elsewhere - The stores in Mission, Prairie Village, and Downtown KC all have different ownership.Written about UPS Store 4249, on the plaza.
