Julie: We will definitely not be renewing. We were in a minor accident and our vehicle was labeled a total loss. Besides the fact that they have been extremely difficult to get a hold of and don't honor their policy/verbal agreements (said they would cover a rental car for 30 days/$900, then only offered one for three weeks, then informed us on a Thursday that they were only covering it until Monday for a total of a week and a half), they had our vehicle towed from the collision center on a Friday afternoon to an unknown location without allowing us to get our personal belongings. This wouldn't be as big of a deal if we had signed our title over to them and they owned the vehicle (still not customer service oriented but at least legal) but we still own the vehicle. I'm sure its hard for any auto insurance agency to get positive reviews but this company is on another level of bad/shady. I would HIGHLY recommend you don't do business with them.

Zach Varney: Worst experience I've had with an insurance company. My claims agent Deb went on vacation and for 3 weeks I couldn't get a hold of anyone. Like a few of the reviews said, they blamed it on a computer issue and never once apologized. Even tried to blame me for missing a call from her literal minutes ago for communication issues. She was obviously annoyed any time I spoke to her and had an attitude like this was all my fault. Even up to the end it was pulling teeth to try and get the itemized claim from her. You would have thought I asked her to part the sea when I told her to email it to me to look over. We will not be renewing. Single worst experience I've had with an insurance company.

Greg Wheeler: I paid full year up front. First 6 mo. 2 audits first they dropped the price to a couple hundred and then another for 93.46 . No claims in the last 10 years what great way to take advantage of small a business fighting to stay open in this mess of a world we live in..thank twice before signing.
joel edwards: Adjuster came took photos sent estimate that day. Waited two weeks no word, shop heard nothing, called left messages, two days later they blamed a “computer glitch “ said check was in the mail. No apologies, or sorry for inconvenience. Now it is two more weeks and no check and their response is we have no control over the mail what do you want me to do. I am not sure if the check was even sent. Everything is someone else’s fault and no effort is ever made to make it right
