Courtnie Burgess: The store is big and spacious with a variety of products offered. The only problem I found inis the supply of the products offered. There were not many sizes to choose from when it came to most clothing items and the shelves were pretty bare throughout the store. Another issue was organization. Multiple items found in places they did not belong. Products strung throughout the store. Found multiple shoes without the match in random places. The staff was friendly. I do plan on going back to give them another try

Lance King: Extremely friendly staff, but they can be a little pushy. However, I’ve never been disappointed in anything I bought there. All their products are good quality and are sized to fit larger people.

Danielle Johansen: I don't really shop at Dillards unless I'm buying gifts for older family members or in need of business attire- prices are just too high for my taste and it's not really my style. I did run in here to get a new bottle of foundation for my Grandma after she dropped and broke hers. The woman at the Lancome counter was fantastic. I didn't know the shade but had the broken bottle, she took out a dab of the old makeup and matched it against every shade she had until we found the right one! She was very nice and helpful to me and knew what she was doing.
Arleta Davis: Shopping at Dillard's is depressing. The prices are for the well off...no bargains there unless a purse on SALE is 200 dollars..gee whiz do they know that one apple cost a dollar? But good merchandise if you can afford the price.
elevaTOURS (dieselducy): This is an awesome vintage department store. I came in here to film the elevator. They have an awesome 1974 Montgomery elevator that is glass. Only reason this is 3 star instead of 5 is because an employee gave me very dirty looks for simply appreciating their vintage elevator. She also followed us around the store as if we were shop lifters or something after we rode the elevator. Apart from. That. The store is clean and very well stocked as well. Also clean toilets as well.

bayleigh nelson: Awful staffing (only one woman, the rest were fine) working near the hey dudes shoe department. My boyfriend and I checked out with our paid for merchandise. I called him over to look at another item I was considering purchasing when this staff member approached us with an officer and accused us of stealing “a plastic bag”. I think this woman was on drugs or heavy medication she was mumbling and incoherent. When she realized she had made her mistake , she was unapologetic and rushed us out of the store. Needless to say this woman was uneducated and knows not what a “thief” is, due to the fact that we paid for our items. We will never shop or spend money at this store again( most likely will return the items bought as well). Try not to look too suspicious existing or they will call the police. I will pray for the future shoppers of Dillards to not get caught in the cross fire of this woman’s stupidity 🙏🏽

Another lady came over with a kids bag and told him it stayed there and she started an argument with him in front of us and is being terrible and I quote in front of me she says I'll write you up of you move it so hateful. Regardless of who's right that was something I feel needed done in a office in private. That man was so embarrassed and kept looking our way. It was very unprofessional. If you treat employees like that you can't have my money. Ross get your employees trained in management!!!

Emily Hanes: I went today (Monday afternoon around 245pm) and the store was an absolute mess. There was product EVERYWHERE. Like piles and piles I had to step over. Things were just shoved on shelves and there was zero organization. It felt like I was walking through a hoarders house. It was so overwhelming I couldn’t even shop. So we just left.. please work on inventory and keeping store organized.

My hearing impaired wife was in the store a few weeks ago and even though she repeatedly asked to make sure he was not running her credit for a Kohl’s card which I already had one. He told her he was renewing an old account she had and was not impacting or running he credit. LIAR!He was overheard telling an employee he was training that open a card on everyone so that they get their bonuses -And that no one ever complains. The inquiry an new account lowered my wife’s 805 credit scoreTo 785 which the inquiry and new account will impact for 2 years minimum.I am pursuing legal action against Kohls and their employee Collin for fraudulent credit activities.BUYER BEWARE IF YOUR CASHIER IS A HEAVY SET, MALE WITH GLASSES AND GOATEE LATE 20’s and is named COLLIN ask for a new cashier and under no circumstances let him run you for a card.
