Joe Cerra: Great experience
Key Refresher: Someone driving a truck with this guy's name on it intentionally and aggressively tried to run my vehicle off the road at the I-70 & Lee's Summit Rd interchange. I did absolutely nothing to incite or provoke this behavior - which nearly caused an accident with a third vehicle.A search of property tax records revealed that this company owns only a single 2013 GM pickup like the one involved - and I suspect the driver was Mr. Cerra himself.Whether the driver was in fact Mr. Cerra, or an employee of what appears to be a very small company -- the individual's conduct on the road seems reflective of a complete disregard for the safety of others. Not an admirable quality for a construction contractor -- and perhaps something to think about before doing business with this company.
