Abby Vie: The staff is very kind and informative at this location, however, I can't give them a higher rating due to their excessive wait times. My eyes are usually dilated quickly, then I have to sit in the waiting room after for a minimum of 45-50 minutes. Once I'm taken back, the wait time starts again. It happens every visit. If you want a quick visit with the same level of professionalism, go to the Odessa branch.

John O Tierney: This place is the biggest JOKE! My appt was at 10 am and after waiting 45 minutes to be seen I asked if maybe they were overbooked and the receptionist said no you're next. Well after another 15 minutes of waiting I was still not called to see anyone so I asked to cancel and the receptionist instead of canceling at my request called someone out to talk with me and try to keep my business. I politely said no please cancel and do not charge. If you use this establishment plan on at least an hour to 2 hour wait to be seen. I think this place has become bigger than their britches and are just moneymongers.

Leesa Taylor: I came her to bring a friend to her eye appointment. I needed to use the restroom. The ladies pointed me in the right direction and the restroom was....AMAZINGLY clean!! Not that I'm the bathroom police but I couldn't help mentioning to you how nice it smelled and how clean everything was!A happy👃here!Lucy even asked us and other customers if we would care for a beverage while we waited? Now THAT'S service!!Great job, Silverstein Staff!!

Tracy Wiley: Worst experience ever, they make you wait forever, you see a tech, go back to the waiting room and wait before seeing the dr, then they make you come back because they don't do everything all at once. 1st visit lasted 3 hours only to be given 2 more appointments.

Gwen Burns: I have been seeing Dr. Silverstein for the past five years for my cataracts and glaucoma. I could not be happier with the care I have received from Dr. Silverstein and his excellent team. They are always caring, professional and take the time to answer all my questions. Recently, I have had LenSx Femtosecond laser-assisted cataract surgery and astigmatism correction. I also received iStent injections for my glaucoma. I was simply astounded by experiencing no pain from these procedures. I have worn glasses and contacts for over 50 years, but now I am delighted to see so well without them. I see a bright future ahead and wish the same for you!

Their appraisal was honest and I left assured that I was in good hands.A year after my surgeries, I am assured that my vision is perfect even though I have to use a magnifying glass to read. I have had two different prescriptions made for computer glasses and neither has helped. If I had it to do over again, I would not have the surgery, a least not here. I spent a lot of money to still have trouble seeing.

A few days later got a personal phone call and answered any questions and remind me I would transportion because my eyes would be dialated Dialated.Day of visit, everyone very friendly, everything was explained before it happened.The Doctor was also the kindest and I am excited to start his plan.
