tim fields: Need a very large auger shaft made to get a machine back to operating and making money. They built a perfect shaft in a very timely manner and saved my company from having a large amount of down time.

CAM T: As others have stated, this shop was very easy to deal with on my project. I had an item that needed to be machined out of a piece of aluminum and they did a fantastic job with the verbal specs that I had given them. They also were very quick to get to my project and prompt on meeting the time frame they quoted me. Kudos to Doug and his staff for the ease, timing, and quality of the finished project. Will definitely use them (and refer to others) again for any other items I need machined.

Danny Morris: Great place to get parts done fast and well. Anything from 1 piece to 1,000 this place will take on almost any job! I had the amazing opportunity to work for them a little under a year and a half, and they took me on knowing I had little experience, in the end I definitely needed more years under my belt because the people there are absolute pros, but I learned a lot with my time there! I’d highly recommend anyone that has some years in the field of machining and a good grasp on setting up to apply, they take great care of their employees and it really has that family feel to it. The other machinists are helpful and want everyone here to succeed because, of course, the tide raises all ships. The owners put a lot of trust in the machinists and value our opinions on how jobs are run. Which also makes it a very demanding shop to work for, even some machinists with decades of experience can't hack it. If you are up for the challenge, I highly recommend this shop.

Timothy Bean: Went to Wil-Clair with a simple request for fabrication. Was told they could definitely accommodate. Had to draw out exactly what was wanted and purchased exact parts for what was needed prior to leaving. Quote was resonable. Returned to pick up finished product and they didnt even use the parts i purchased. Finished parts do not match, alignment is off by 1/4", parts do not match what was requested, do not operate when placed, requested quick release, got threaded bolt to hild instead, tried to double quoted price, parts not finished as I requested they be painted. All are bare metal. Used threaded pipe cap as finished part to be exposed to weather. If they werent capable of providing a quality finished product, they should have turned down the job. Have to stadt completely over with a new fab shop.
