I had a request for the driver to deliver to the back of my lot which was a bit tricky to maneuver and I expected he may say no. Top notch service all around.

Emmy W: Super helpful staff! We bought some landscaping bricks and mulch and the employee helped us the whole way (grabbed a cart, helped load brick, told us when they would get more).The brick is just what we needed, and I'm already planning to go back when we need more.
Josh Spotz: I called Randy's to get some pricing on some products. They told me that they could not give me the contractor price over the phone since I did not have an account, understandable. I drove 20 minutes to their location to fill out the paperwork and had all the necessary documentation to prove that I in fact own and operate a landscaping business. They refused to let me open a contractor account because I did not have a "BUISNESS CARD" Randy's you need to get with the times. First off business cards are obsolete, no one uses them anymore, furthermore anyone can have a business card with my company name on it. So why is this your policy. I went 10 minutes down the road to Kat Wholesales and started an account without a business card. You have lost my business and you will continue to loose other peoples business with ridiculous policies like this.
Will J: Good selection, everything was fine. Until it was loaded. Don't expect the lady driving the skid steer to care. She either doesn't know how or doesn't care. I am not sure which. Response: The vehicle was ready. I made a spot just for it. I could have put it there. Quit blaming customer's.
A Ronan: From a pallet of stones delivered to handpicking from their bins the staff never fails to be very helpful and courteous. They'll even help load your vehicle. Prices are really reasonable and the selection is very nice. This is my absolute go to for all hardscape needs.

Jeff B: Randy's is the only place I buy bulk mulch. It's so convenient to drive around back and have it loaded in my truck bed. I've made more than a dozen trips over the years for mulch or dirt, and I would bet on their busiest day I didn't wait more than a minute for the Bobcat to show up and load my order.They also have a good selection of plants and landscaping materials, and we have bought some plants and shrubs there in the past, too. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and work to take care of you.

We were working with another local nursery business to add large boulders to our backyard landscape, but there didn't seem to be a lot of effort, or interest, in finding a solution to getting the rocks we wanted in place. After weeks of that, we turned to Randy's-- and 9 short days later the deal is done, and the boulders are here (and they're awesome). We are so pleased with Randy's good selection, their very competitive prices (on both product AND delivery/placement service), and superior customer service.

The mulch is highest quality I've found in the surrounding areas and homeowners on the streets I have worked on have even came to me to find where I get the mulch from. Brenda Bigelow: Employees are all pretty friendly. I visit here, 1-2 times a month, they go out of their way to see if you need anything and are good about striking up a conversation. Store is pretty well stocked and clean. I have used the online purchasing, and picked up in store and also had the curbside pick up both went smooth and quick.

Brandon Shumaker: I'm doing this review because I feel like Multiple employees were called to the front door immediately like some organized move assuming someone was gonna steal and run out with stuff. I'm the type of shopper that comes in and out for a handful of things and always fast..maybe I scared someone? Because the vibes I got were negative and the old lady cashier acted like she didn't want to talk to me I had to tell her I have a membership! and she was still very nasty. Next time I will be more alert and listen in but I never concern myself but the vibes impacted me enough to write all this even though they probably could've been watching a real thief it still made me very uncomfortable!On top of all that fearing the safety of the stock boys that would be ordered by management to act as security if such incident was to actually happen should be reprimanded.
