cathy morrison: I would like to tell how wonderful the girl named Sarah was. So sweet and so personable and so helpful because a couple of us had problems with our vouchers for our fingerprinting. While I waited in the waiting room I visited with another lady who was waiting and we could hear Sarah working with others and we both talked about how sweet she was and bubbly and very personable which made us feel much better. I overheard one girl if she walked out with someone else say that was a nice lady. And then when I went back they were absolutely right she was so helpful so wonderful so kind so professional I just appreciate good people like that you don't find them very often and she did figure out that we all had problems with our vouchers because of something we did on the registration but it wasn't our fault. So I have forewarned everyone how wonderful she is and they are looking forward to seeing her.

Shea Bonds: This is probably the best lab I've ever been to. Everyone is so pleasant. The atmosphere is relaxed with a 'no worries' vibe. Kalei, Sarah, and Mark are all so friendly! There were a lot of laughs shared and absolutely no stress. HIGHLY recommend if you need tests done of any kind.

Carmen Pollet: If you have a choice dont go there. It was difficult to find as there are not any signs on the outside of the building causing me to be late. They still had a previous appointment waiting so they could not do my fingerprinting. I am a night shift worker that got up 3 hours early for this appointment and they acted like rescheduling shouldnt be a big deal. It was a big deal for me. Ill be going somewhere else.

Renay Andrews: This place is the best place if you ever need to get a drug test done. Me and my co driver went and did CDL drug screens on Friday. They had us in and out of there in less than 20 minutes. Samantha was awesome handling the screening and collection process. So nice and helpful, she deserves a raise as good as she was. I absolutely love going here for drug screen because they are quick and no sitting around sick people at a clinic and waiting hours. If you need a Quest drug screen done this is the place no matter where your employer is trying to send you tell them you are going here instead. You won't be disappointed.

His attitude matched hers while processing my fingerprints he changed his demeanor towards end. I only was at this location because an employer required me to go there next time I will go to one I’ve gone when I was self pay on NW Vivian Road way better attitudes professional. I will never come to this location again! After me I heard a guy checking in other people he sounded nicer his tone was much better. Your company don’t need to hire people to represent ur company who act like they hate they job!

John Knust: Staff was really friendly. They close at 4:30pm but stop doing drug screens at 3:30pm. I found this out the hard way.
Kim Lowe: I've been putting off getting Lab work done that was ordered by a Chiropractic doctor over a month ago. I've had so many bad experiences with phlebotomists at hospitals, Labcorp/Quests, IV Nutrition that couldn't hit the broad side of a barn, much less the vein in my arm. I also know from experience that many labs are so overburdened, understaffed and many are so unexperienced too. Thankfully, the 2 ladies working at the Lee's Summit Labcorp knew exactly what they were doing.RaLinda noticed right away that the Labcorp Requisition form I brought in along with the box of lab vials mailed to me for Access Medical Labs, were incorrect vials for the blood work ordered. She explained to me what was wrong and showed me the correct vials that should be used for my specific lab work. She also explained that it needed to be corrected within the same day since I was already "checked in" or my doctor would have to submit a new requisition. Regardless of the circumstances, I just felt so blessed to have someone care enough to explain the problem and inform me of what needed to be done to get it right.I reached out to my doctor's office, but had to wait for a call back. I found out that I didn't need the Access Medical Lab vials or anything in that box and could just go with the Labcorp Requisition form alone. Thank goodness :)When I returned later that day, I asked RaLinda to use a small needle too, because my arms are so small. She did just as I asked. She was very experienced and it didn't hurt at all. No bruising, no blown out vein!My faith has been completely restored in this Labcorp and I will definitely come here again without hesitation in the future. Very professional staff. Thank you so much!
Honey Bunny: Staff was friendly and helpful. I did not have an appointment but my doctor had sent over orders digitally. I used the check in system in the lobby. That was probably the longest part of the entire process. I was in and out in less than ten minutes.

Katie Atcheson: I needed many vials drawn and went to Quest first. They couldn’t figure out all of my doctors orders. The ones they attempted didn’t go well. They stuck me 3 times and still failed to get enough to complete the incomplete orders. Jodi at Labcorp stuck me one time, I felt nothing and she collected enough for all of the required tests. As someone who dreads bloodwork I was giddy when she was done. They’re busy, but if you make an appointment, you’ll be in good hands!
RHEC816 Love: Made an appointment called to ask a question left message left my number I believe was 5 days ahead and they couldn't call me to answer my questions so I didn't even bother showing up or canceling my appointment yall couldn't call me so why bother canceling my appointment.
Brooke Smith: Very confused by all of the harsh negative reviews. Both of the female staff members were nothing but sweet and friendly! They got me in early and I was already done and gone before my appointment time arrived. Very friendly, professional, and respectful staff! Highly recommend!
Emerie Gan: Today I went to this location and a lady was cussing yelling and throwing a tantrum at the two woman working. Causing a major scene making everyone feel uncomfortable. She brought in 3 kids to do her drug test and even when they tried multiple times to explain the rules to her, she wasn't taking no for an answer. People are so disrespectful and the staff deserves better than being verbally abused at work. Upper management should clearly post rules in bold print on wall so they are crystal clear.
Mine O.: Do NOT GO HERE!! Very rude people. Believe the reviews!! They have attitudes for no reason at all. They treat people with such disdain, if you all are not happy with your jobs and don’t like working with people, please find another job. This place needs to be cleaned out and replaced with new people who enjoy working with people. I have done labs for many years and NEVER have experienced horrible treatment. Corporate needs to get involved ASAP!!!

SavedXgrace: Very rude. I will never go back to the Lee's Summit location. I know several others that have had the same bad experience as I. I was told to leave and they would not do my labs. I had tried to sign in at the "self check-in". That did not work properly. So, I stood in line to wait. A receptionist rudely told me to "Sit Down! We will call you when we are ready!" I responded, "Do you know who I am?" (because of the check in not working). She said, "Well, did you sign in?" I said, "I tried but it's saying This Line Closed, It's not working." She responded, "No, that's not what's wrong!" and walked off. I waited as she returned later and took a man that came in after me. She sent him away even after he told her he couldn't get his orders put in online. He said "It's not working, but I have my order here." She said she could not help him and he could return when the orders were put in online. WOW! This company and its employees do not care. When I was called my debit card was declined. It was for an old bill supposedly from blood work done in my doctors office. I never received a bill and was told they would not do my labs until I paid $70. I then gave them my credit card. I was trying to explain about the self check-in not working and asking if my address had been updated. This second receptionist told me I needed to calm down or I would have to leave. Puzzled I said "Are you serious, I just want to know what the bill was from and if my address was corrected?" She ignored me and asked me if my doctor had sent the orders in. I replied "No." She asked me if I had my orders with me. I said no, you should have them. She got irritated and said, "I just asked you that!" I said no, you asked if my doctor sent them. My doctor didn't a company did." She was really irritated them and said "you know what I meant!" I responded that I didn't know what she meant and that I was just answering the question correctly. I got worse from there. I asked if I could just get my labs done so I could leave and they refused to help me. I have never experienced anything like this. Its seems that people are become less and less helpful and more difficult. I have no idea how this was supposed to work, but these ladies should not be representing a company. Terrible people. Lazy and rude. Sad, sad sad.

Jared Silverman: Quick easy booking and check-in, clean, easy to find and plenty of parking. But...This was the BEST blood draw experience I've ever had! I typically hate blood draws, but I barely felt this one and the practitioner talked with me the whole time. If I ever need screening again, I am 100% going back here!

tina white: I cannot say enough good things about LabCorp at Centerpoint, and specifically, Evani Ross. I am a very hard stick for blood draws and, due to that, probably a very difficult patient also! Avani has been very patient with me and works very hard to make me comfortable during what has always been an uncomfortable process. She is also very talented and can successfully complete lab work on me when multiple other technicians have failed (no exaggeration, I have been stuck as many as 5 times by others)! With the current facility closing soon, I will be SEARCHING for Evani when I need lab work!
Kathy Ritchie: Evani is the only one that can stick me once to draw blood. So said this location is closing. I will follow her to Gladstone location
Brooke Bentley: Evina was AMAZING!!!! I am a very hard stick (or so I've been told) and last week I was stuck multiple times in my hand (no fault of anyone) and today I got in after not too long of a wait and she got me first stick in my arm. Noone has EVER done that and to say I'm impressed is an understatement, she is absolutely wonderful. On top of it she has an adorable voice and personality. Thanks!!
Krystle Trou: Very fast and friendly service . I was seen right away and in and out in no time . Evani did my lab work and she asked which arm I prefer . I advised even the I’m right handed my right arm seems easiest because people always have trouble with my left arm . She said “Well I can promise you there won’t be any issues today .” Sure enough she was right . I’ve never had anyone draw labs so fast and effortlessly. Nicole Kershner: EVANI is the Absolute BEST!! Evani works at Labcorp, which is located on the 3rd floor, inside Centerpoint Hospital on 39th Street in Independence, MO. She is, by far, the Best Phlebotomist I have ever had. I never feel a thing... she is quick, efficient, and professional,.. as well as friendly and caring. She is very confident in her ability, and always makes me feel comfortable and at ease. EVANI IS AMAZING! Thankyou! I recommend Labcorp to everyone.
LaTasha Pettis: The lab Corp at Centerpoint is Amazing! Everywhere we would take my mother, they could never draw her blood with poking multiple times or blowing veins. Evani is the best! She is so gentle, sweet and gets my mom taken care of in one poke. I highly recommend her!

David Jones: Hours posted incorrectly on web site shows opening at 730 but doesn't open till I. Quest nest suite over opens at 730. Quest much more customer friendly but insurance mandates labcorp.
