Melinda Pabst: Our order has been wrong both time we have ordered from them (both was through the drive through). Order the chicken alfredo, recieve alfredo with no chicken. The bacon chicken ranch salad comes with chicken, tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, bacon and ranch packets. Received lettuce with chicken on top, didn't even get the ranch packets. I then had to drive the 20 minutes back just to get refunded because they needed to verify the food was made wrong.

Sharon Gossey: I was getting lunch and went thru the drive thru. Waited and waited nobody taking orders. Staff on side of building smoking. Pulled up to window and ordered the 6.99 lunch special. I drove home and no breadsticks, salad was brown , spaghetti was fine. I will not be going back.

Allyson Harris: Chloe and Ana were absolutely amazing! They shared so many good suggestions with us, and they made sure we were getting the best deal possible. They were very attentive and we were filled to the brim with breadsticks :) all of the food was steaming hot, fresh, and delicious! Everyone was incredibly upbeat and kind, and the atmosphere overall was very welcoming. I highly recommend eating at this Fazoli’s! 10/10!
Nathalie Medel: Ana and Chloe were so awesome! The last time we came to Fazoli’s was 9 years ago so it’s been awhile. They were both very helpful with suggestions and really helped us have an awesome experience. I think the whole team was great too at making sure there were hot and fresh breadsticks. Would definitely recommend!
Katherine Venyard: The girl in the drive thru who took my money was rude. The girl handing me my food was rude. Customer service sucks. And $8 for this? A small? Smh. What a rip off!
