Tameka Robinson: MDVIP provider. Dr. Purcell was a great recommendation by a friend. Their partnership with MDVIP started in January 2021. Lots of benefits and detailed testing included with the fee. I like that appointments aren't pressured for time because of consecutive appointments.
Jason: Been trying to get a hold of someone here for several days, to find out about a medication. Nobody ever answers and nobody has called back
Maree Harper: My nurse practitioner Steffany is the best ever!!!! But the office policy of which I wasn’t aware of is crazy. I owed a small balance and they charged a $25 late fee like a credit card company with interest rates!!! Omg I only owed $40 and they charging me like it’s finance charges. I’ve never heard of such foolishness!!!
Missy Lucito: Dr Purcell, Dr Smith and Stephanie are amazing. They have longer appts to really get to know you and discuss any problems you are having. I would highly recommend any of them.

The nurse practitioner that saw me was very nice, and seemed to really listen to me. I tend to lean more to alternative medicine, and I didn't feel judged or shamed for doing so. I'm very please with Mid America Internal Medicine.

Leslie Vargas: This office is fantastic. The providers there are very caring and spend ever minute they can with their patients. It's sad that one person will give such a bad review on an experience that was only bad because they made it that way. This office is AMAZING and I would recommend it to anyone. You won't find care like this anywhere else!!

Debbie Epperson: This place is a joke. My husband has followed Pollema around ever since his doctor retired. She just kind of took over like she's a doctor. She's worked at 3 places now. Of course she ends up back at an HCA dumphole. He had a normal check up and told her he was having pain in one leg. She said call and come back if it got worse. Well it did and he did. He waited 3 days for someone to call him back. He went back in. They do an xray and say we will call you next week. I exploded on them and one of the lazies in there wants to act like my mom and scold me. I told her don't you dare speak to me that way. You're a nobody to me. Not too mention the elevator was broke down and there were poor elderly women with canes trying to climb the stairs. I took my husband to an ER, and no not an HCA ER, and he had a blood clot in his leg. I've found my husband a private practice doctor and he WILL NOT be back to the nurse trying to play doctor. What a joke.MY REPLY TO YOU: NO THANKS. WE HAVE A GREAT DOCTOR NOW. IM NOT WASTING MY TIME OR MY BREATH.
Dareyn Worley: I went to the dr a month ago to get my prescription refilled and they assured me they would send it to the pharmacy and when I needed to pick it up the pharmacy had nothing from the dr office. I had to call them again and wait on hold for 20 minutes to get anyone to answer and help me.
Doris: I think these reviews are bogus. I'm not a new patient, and I have been told to see my doctor, who I have been seeing for 13 years, I would have to wait almost a year. Had to go to urgent care. I guess the care of long-time patients doesn't matter.
Edward Daly (Skippy): It was probably the quickest visit I've had in a couple of years. Of course, I didn't have anything "new" to report. And the N.P. was still very thorough and didn't feel that a blood draw was necessary.
Stacey Owens: Doctor maven and doctor rotundo are very compassionate they listen to their patients and do the best care that they can they are very knowledgeable and answer very many questions that you ask they are so caring that they will Hug or bump your elbow during covid I recommend them to everybody

C.K. C.K.: I am not sure how this doctors office has such a high rating. The staff is not very knowledgeable. They claim their doctors are not taking any new patients and insist that you make an appointment with one of their nurses. The nurse I see is not knowledgeable on certain medical conditions and tends to have an attitude when I make an appointment to be seen.As well as, the person who does the blood draws; I’m not sure why she is still there. She does not seem to enjoy her job whatsoever and also has an attitude and is extremely rude.They also tell me every single time I go in that I do not owe anything and that my insurance covers me. However, I got a letter in the mail saying I owe $20 for a co-pay from this doctor office. They told me I could just pay it when I go in for my next appointment. My next appointment was not for a few months and they sent the request for $20 co-pay to collections and now it shows up on my credit report. They will screw you over time and time again.I definitely would not recommend.
Marie Westphal: Dr. Maben is very knowledgeable, and listens carefully to all of your questions and concerns. She and her staff are caring and courteous. It's easy to get a timely appointment, and there is never a long wait to see her.
Joe Spicer: My husband and I love Dr Maben, she always puts you at ease, she listens attentively to everything you have to say and she explains things in words and terms that you can easily understand,She's very friendly very thorough and she sincerely cares about the well-being of her patients

She always answers questions and is instrumental in keeping any tests scheduled and following up with any information I might need. I have followed her from office to office and will continue to do so. She's the Best!

Amy Ramses: Found the reason for the issues I have been complaining about for 15 years, offers health, diet and life coaching. Not your usual doctor office and love that she has her dog in the office, and not your usual Insurance racket. Highly recommended.
Mark Rounds: I have been a patient of Dr. Voss for the past year. She has been extremely effective in treating my medical issues with her whole body and mind approach to patient care. She is a very caring physician and person who is so easy to talk to and takes the time to listen carefully while being open and honest about specific ways to help me improve my overall health. Tonya Hamp: His office was overpaid for services rendered to my aunt. My aunt paid them, and then her insurance company paid them for the same service.We bought this to the attention of the practice manager, Brenden, and he gave us the run around for two months. Same excuses and blaming it on another department and the same excuses over and over again, and still no reimbursement to my aunt claiming he didn’t know where the funds were applied.Messy.
Chris Sheets: Great Doctor! Listens and cares about his patients. Trust me, I’m not easy to deal with in the Doctor patient setting but Dr. Connolly is the unequivocal best Doctor I’ve had in my 52 years. Set a Appt. , you won’t be disappointed.
