Vianca Mizener: Just came to this Starbucks which I have been coming for the last 2 years or so and the manager Frank was a complete AH to me in my husband when the only thing I told him that the app wasn’t working since I usually order it online, he proceeded to brush me off of what I was saying and just wanted me to order. In addition he even seemed annoyed that my order was so “complicated” dude!! Smh the personal here is usually awesome but this dude was a no! Next time I will very well wait for the others to be able to order my “complicated” drink

Rena Annette Jones: Parking: The parking is free, but the drive-thru line can make parking a bit tricky at times. Just be patient when pulling in/out and park on the west side if the front of the store parking is full, plus there is overflow parking in the back, behind the dumpsters if you are planning to stay awhile and go inside and have some good coffee, food and utilize the stores free wifi and hang out and get some great coffee aromatherapy.

Brant Fillpot: First time trying boba tea. I got the tigers milk tea with boba. Definitely different, but tasty. Staff was friendly and very quick. I was the only person in the store and got my drink in what seemed like less than a minute.
Jamie Ojeda: How hard is it to make a boba tea? I stood there as the girl messed up multiple times. And over overfilled my cup so when I went to put the straw in, you knew it was going to go everywhere. Absolutely will not return. No one offered help either when my smoothie spilled.
NexGen: Worst bubble tea shop I have ever been to. First of all, poor service, very disrespectful staffs, seems like they purposely make your drink bad when you don't leave them a tip. Secondly the place is not clean. It's dusty and my smoothie had a chunk of ice with black mold on it. It doesn't seem like they clean the ice machine often. The horrible burnt smell is also an issue. This place screams health violation. Lastly, this place is overpriced for dirty and nasty drinks. This place cost more than Starbucks.Reading previous review, it seems like the owner tolerates the workers and doesn't train them into providing better service. I wouldn't waste my time supporting this business. This place has a LOT of developing to do.

After a while one of them looked at me and asked if I was ready to order. Dang talk about short attention spans. Gave two stars because the drink was great.

Aaron Robison: This is a daily stop for my fiance and I, we place our order online and by the time we get in its fresh and ready. The staff are amazing, and work together really well and the community knows it. The only downside is that if you do wait in the drive through line you'll be waiting a hot minute because of how popular this location is. A huge shout out to the baristas who know my fiance by our order, learning your frequent customers is a huge task but can be worth it.
