Jake Taylor: Purpose Driven Designs have truly blessed Maywood Baptist Church. Last Year they remodeled our old library space into a great coffee and welcome area (see before/after photos). Simone Hollins: I worked with Will Brown Interiors during the height of the pandemic. He was willing to come to my house (fully masked) and worked with me to create a stunning room refresh with minor cosmetic changes. He offers creative ideas and leaves no detail out! He spoke with me and my husband at the beginning of the project to get a feel for our personality and what we were trying to achieve. He then brought the vision! Even with furniture delays (due to COVID-19) he was able to seamlessly put together a room refresh which I marvel at each day. Sadly during this time, I lost my mother and inherited some interesting African art...Will was able incorporate these pieces after the fact as if it had always been part of the vision. We could not be more satisfied!Of course they hit all the 5 stars for the key factors:- quality- price- service- timeliness- communicationBut where these guys stand out is the level of care. They genuinely want their clients to be satisfied. This shows up in the after-market care and attention.Don't be put out by the low level of reviews. These guys are busy and doing well because of direct word of mouth around LV. But if you do use them and have a great result like we did, do them a favor and put up a good review. They don't ask for it but they 100% deserve it.

Eva Vieira: I own a business and have roller shades that needed repair. I called Dreamhouse shades and Brent came out and was immediately able to fix one of the shades. He order the parts for the second shade and came to finish the repairs a few days later. He saw the work that needed to get done and did it right… he DID IT RIGHT! This is after numerous other shade business either didn’t show up or came and didn’t fix it or quoted some exorbitant amount to repair… some even said we had to outright replace. No Brent… he saw the problem, fixed it and done. He was conscientious of the customers in the lobby area and did his work with minimal interference to operations… I can’t stress enough how much I appreciate that and how rare it is.

Mary-Iris Taylor: I was fortunate to walk into Timeless Interiors when the owner, Holly, was there. We just bought a new home and needed a lot of furniture. Holly literally spent a couple of hours with me, asking questions in an effort to understand my taste, suggesting various pieces in her huge showroom, etc. She even voluntarily refinished/reupholstered items so they would work with my décor. She's very knowledgeable, and will give you her honest opinion - which I really appreciated. We couldn't be more pleased.
Jennifer Hubner: Very disorganized and smelly place. The smell of old furniture is overwhelming. Don’t get me wrong, there is a huge selection but it is all piled on top of each other and it is hard to see what is what.There are rows of different furniture to choose from but it is all over-priced. For instance- i saw a picture frame i bought in Home Goods for 5.99 and it was for sale here for like $35! The most bothersome thing was the huge and multiple signs that stated “all sales final and no refunds”AS SOON AS YOU WALK IN
Jennifer Harris: DO NOT GO HERE! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! Paid 1800 for a sofa that they claimed was from Restoration Hardware. I looked it up and it’s definitely not. Not only did they lie but they never delivered the couch. So when I called to cancel because they had not delivered my product yet, they stated they would only do store credit. When I purchased the sofa they did not say or hand me anything at all stating I could not cancel my order and receive my money back. Scam artists. Total scam artists. Also paid 200 bucks a piece for 3 painting that I found on Wayfair for 75 bucks a piece.

Margaret: If you are coming here to find something you better come prepared with moving equipment. This place is packed to the gills of furniture. We were looking for a bed set and nothing is laid out for you to see. It’s all tucked into different places. Really weird. If we wanted to see the bed frames and what nots we would have to ask someone to pulled them out and if we didn’t like it ask again to have something else pulled out. No one wants to deal with that. The organization style is not to be organized! Their furniture is literally stacked to the ceiling.To make matters worse, I was walking by the sales reps and they were looking someone up online and talking about how she “had money to spend.” I instantly felt uncomfortable to be there. I won’t be back. Cannot find anything anywhere.

Nina Gibbs: We bought and couch and asked them to hold it till a certain date for us to pick up with our moving truck to take to our new house. We have the date of pick up. Rented the truck and called to let them know we were coming and they said they had no paperwork on us coming by and we could not pick it up because it was in the warehouse and it was a liability.They said they would deliver it on the following Monday. Monday came and no one came. I called and the lady was rude and tried to blame me for the mistake then she said it would be delivered the next day and also I ya e to pay for delivery. Of course I had no choice so, I paid for delivery they delivered it on Thursday and forgot to bring all the pieces so we got part of a couch. Ow I have to wait again till the next day to get the rest of my couch. This place is ridiculous!

Dale Cooney: Place is a disaster. Totally disorganized and unprofessional. Met with them six weeks before closing in order to have crucial items (bed, sofa, chairs, etc.) ready to go on love in date. Six weeks later, I have one bar stool, despite six weeks of emails trying to chase down details. Lots of excuses, but no furniture. Some things supposedly ordered, but, no clue what, or when it may be delivered. When they disclosed that my sofa was an 8 to 10 week delivery item (from now, not six weeks ago), told them it didn’t work, and they committed to come back with “options”. In the meantime, I found what I needed in stock at Coastal Home today (completely different atmosphere there), and now they tell me the couch was already ordered and they were going to try to stick me with it. Filing a complaint with the BBB, and litigation likely.
Liana Teller: My husband and I visited Timeless Interiors today and were quite impressed with the amount and quality of furniture. They have everything! Sofas, chairs, lamps, tables, shelving units, decor and much more.The pieces are high quality and ecclectic. We were lucky enough to be there when owner Holly was in. We enjoyed her kind, friendly and positive personality. She is very knowledgeable about her inventory and furniture in general. She gave us a generous discount on a sofa that was worth all of what the ticketed price was. We will, for sure, be shopping there again soon. Thank you, Holly.
