Set up and clean up, just amazing. They finished yesterday and my shop was nice and cozy this morning with this cold spell today! And as a dog mom, they allowed me a few extra moments to finish the dogs routine outside before starting each morning and I cannot add how much that meant to me.
David West: Missouri Valley spray foam is the best. They bid the project in a very timely manner. They made a special trip out before I was scheduled to spray foam a wall so the plumber could place the shower. They showed up early in the morning which gave me the impression that they where eager to get to work. I was very impressed at the effort they went through to keep the job site clean. They took the time to put plastic down to keep overspray off other surfaces. After watching them work it was clear that they didn't have to be babysat. I wish all contractors took pride in their work like Missouri Valley Spray Foam did. They were efficient and communicated very well. I hadn't heard of them and wouldn't have gotten a bid from them if the drywall company wouldn't had said to call them. The drywallers came out to bid my project and just came off a job that Missouri Valley did and they said it was some of the best work they had seen. I was really impressed with their work.

Jacob Bounds: I typically don’t leave reviews but the service from Mo Valley Spray Foam is awesome. They are very professional and deliver a great product. It’s refreshing to deal with people who stand behind their work. I noticed a couple leaks years after initial installation and they quickly came out and patched them up. I will not hesitate to do business with them again.

Our crawl space was a wind tunnel into our basement walk out. The stairs were ice cold and the wall colder. Not anymore! They were on time, professional, tidy, and efficient. First of all it is tough to find honest quality work at a decent price and these guys delivered on all 3. From the bid to the finished product they were pros the whole way. I can't thank them enough for doing such a great job. If you're looking to get spray foam done just don't even waste your time looking elsewhere. Get it done right the first time with these guys! (by the way they did not ask me for a review I just felt they deserved one)

Jason Lindsey: You can not go wrong with this company. We are having a house built and decided to use closed cell spray foam insulation instead of batt insulation our builder had budgeted. We had a window of one week to get insulation done before sheet rock started the following Monday. Missouri Valley Spray crew experienced problems with electrical power to the house and weather delays during the week of insulation resulting in delay after delay none of which were their fault. The crew came in on Saturday and again on Sunday they worked from 6:00pm till 2:30 pm Monday afternoon to get the job done in time for sheet rock to begin on schedule. (The crew worked nights because of the extreme heat we were having in the area). Very professional and informative on the process. Highly recommended.

There was never any pressure or hard sales tactics, and when I was ready to have the work done, they were able to complete the job in a reasonable time frame. Jordan took care of the quote and all of the admin issues, and Josh and Glenn were the type of workmen that you want to invite into your house to do work. other account: For attic insulation, this company gave me a better price. The technician was very responsive, communicated positively and guided me through the whole process. They installed it on time and did a somewhat professional job.The only issue I had was with the baffles, they said they installed the baffles correctly but when I checked the attic they were missing in a few places. I have to pictures to show them that it was not done correctly. If I have not taken the step to verify the work I wouldn't have noticed. Also, they took the remaining foam boards instead of leaving it with me even though I paid for the materials as part of the insulation. Hopefully, they would do a better job next time.

Patrick Walsh: I worked with Christian to get some insulation added to my second floor attic and the attic above my garage. The process was very efficient from start to finish. He was able to get in and give me a quote within a day or two of me requesting one. He was very knowledgeable and was able to direct me to a cost effective solution for my insulation needs. He was not pushy and gave me a full run down of how much everything would cost up front with a detailed estimate. The installation itself was done by 2 men who seemed very experienced and did a great job. They gave me a quick run down of what they were going to do and how long it was going to take when they arrived, they set up some plastic over my stuff, got to work, and promptly cleaned up when they finished. Christian followed up within 20 minutes after they finished to make sure everything went okay. I did happen to find a very small amount of the sealing foam they used to air seal my attic that had made it through a gap in my ceiling, but Christian immediately came out to come clean it up for me the same day. I will be going back to them for any further insulation work I need. I had a great experience working with them.
Catherine E: We had attic insulation issues in our 40 year old home. I spoke with Christian Simpson for a complimentary bid - he was thorough and knowledgeable. Truly an expert leaving nothing to chance taking temperature readings, thermal imaging and pictures of the space. We hadn’t been up there in years. Lots of voids leaking valuable heating and cooling. The crew was respectful of our home making sure nothing came into the rooms and vacuumed. Next we received new images with a ruler showing depth of the blown insulation. Wow this company is a serious 5star business. Professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

They were very quick and cleaned up very well after. I have been waiting for hot weather to provide a review. Hot weather is here and the job they did is amazing. In my own opinion,the only downside (which also may be the case with other companies) is if they have to cut into the drywall, you have to repair it yourself or use another contractor.Sean and his crew were courteous, professional, and friendly. Now, the whole house has equalized due to the new insulation in the house (attic). GIC cleaned up nicely and it looked like they were never there. They sprayed in basement as well. The young man went above and beyond spraying all the nooks and crannies in our 1909 drafty home. They will not disappoint!!! After GIC left, we were nice and cozy for the winter. Amin Wakas: We used green improvement for an energy audit and then contracted them to do the recommended insulation work. They brought in a fan to do the air sealing test and an infrared camera to show us where all the cold air was coming in (it was below freezing at the time). Sean was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions directly. They ended up doing a lot of work including attic insulation, knee wall insulation, air sealing, spray foam in the basement and crawl space. All of the employees were respectful, knowledgeable, and did a great job.Would highly recommend them to anyone else that needs insulation work.

GIC handled all of the rebates, making the process less complicated. The air sealing and insulating was done competently in a timely manner. It would have been helpful if the pictures taken of the work had been shared on site with a brief comment about each. The report of the results of the energy audit was overall very comprehensive. I could have benefited from additional and more specific information about the air leaks not in the attic of my house when they determined the rate of my house leakage. I appreciate the quality of the work done and would readily recommend GIC.

Darcy Quick: Energy audit was fine. Poor communication. Attic insulation gets everywhere getting in and out to service the AC unit in the attic.
Jessica Myers: Called them to get a quote for adding insulation to address a hot spot/section on my knee wall. The guy on the phone was extremely rude, and told me they wouldn’t come to my house to bid any work without the *mandatory* $1000 home energy audit. If we went with them for the work after the $1000 audit, they would credit $500 for the work. This is a predatory marketing strategy so they “get” you. I think home audits are nice but I know where the issue is, so it was extremely strange they wouldn’t bid out the work to insulate those spots.

He was patient with my crazy schedule and showed us different ways to address the energy issues in our very old home. Colton Grasher: Richard and the Koala team were great. polite and great to work with.Very thorough in explaining all the problems and things needing addressed in the attic. Was even able to put some covers on a junction box and install a solar vent. A different company I had come give and estimate was not able to provide those services. I was happy I was able to get all things done by koala rather than outsourcing to other companies for different needs. Lastly they provided wisetack a system used for payments which really helped me and my family out.

Jonathan Miller: Koala North was great to work with for my blower door test. They coordinated the work with Koala South (who was doing the insulation work) to ensure it was a smooth process for me. Koala North was on time, had clear and timely communication, and was very professional. One thing I really liked about working with Koala is the automatic notifications they sent me about when the job was scheduled, when the technician was on their way, and when work was complete.

Mark Bainter: I brought Koala in to do a complete rework of my attic insulation, as well as to seal it. I had previously done a blower door test with a third party, and I had significant air leakage as a result. This wasn't a surprise, as we had terrible temp regulation issues.Koala made a series of recommendations, and I discussed them over a period of time with them. They were extremely patient, and wiling to explain their methods and the rational for their recommendations and clearly had real expertise they were drawing on.After the work, I am thrilled with the results. They were courteous, quick and they took precautious to minimize mess and cleaned up after. Most importantly, as our temps have plummeted our temperatures have stayed steady upstairs, and a subsequent blower-door test should a near-miraculous drop in air leakage.I would unhesitatingly recommend Koala to others.

Mark Walter: Koala helped with efficiency work on an older home we just moved into. They installed attic insulation, attic vents, and a solar powered attic fan. They are CLEARLY knowledgeable, effective, and quick. My only critique is that they took a couple of weeks once they visited to send me an estimate and then schedule the work, which was a bit frustrating. Anthony Evangelista: The entire team was quick clean and efficient they installed the solar powered attic vent and added and additional 10 inches of blown in fiberglass insulation bringing the entire attic up to a R49 rating. So hopefully now with that solar powered attic vent helping to keep my 1600 sq. ft. shallow attic cool as it automatically kicks on when it gets above 80 degrees or over 75% humidity. alyssa jaime: Hi! Let me tell you about this company. They came to our house approximately two weeks ago for possible insulation issues. They blew some insulation in our attic, put some framing around our doors and installed a new bathroom fan. They looked around for possible issues and then tighten stuff up as they repaired other things. I have not made a comment since then because I’ve been waiting to see what happened. Well in the past two weeks we’ve only had to use our air conditioner maybe two or three times and not even for a 24 hour. Probably not even for a 12 hour. That’s how well our house is now insulated. They were incredibly friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and went out of their way to explain everything and help in other areas that they did not have to. I cannot thank these guys enough. Scott Ziebell: I actually had a squeegie that was given to me by Steve Gaylord who installed my glass door in 2019 that we use often in my shower. He had his number on it , which is the only way I would have known who to call after 4 years. Jeff Cline answered and was amazing to work with. He communicated often and was very professional.
