Markks: Went to Airgas today with an CO2 bottle labeled for Nitrogen. Couldn't refill it as of codes and aluminum bottles. They traded me into a Legal Nitrogen bottle and went really out of their way to find someone who would fill my old bottle. Really nice friendly people to deal with. Will definitely be back again! Thanks! Mark

Johnny Timberland: Had my wife stop to get our CO2 replaced with a new cylinder. The guy she spoke to was not only rude but clearly not very knowledgeable as he gave her a bunch of excuses on why he couldn't replace it, meanwhile I have gotten it replaced and refilled several times. Took it down the road to another place and they laughed at his excuses and replaced it for us with no questions.

Ian Caswell: Horrible customer service bought a plasma cutter from them for 2750.failure out the box there sending it in get fixed after I called hypertherm and they said if it's within 90 days I should get a new one not my problem it doesn't work. They won't refund money and also told me they would call rmo get me new one. Hypertherm said most distributor will act stupid and send it to there guys to get fixed but I should get new one. Last time I buy anything from them.

Bradford Dabbs: Came in to swap a 5# CO2 tank that came with a kegerator for larger 20# tank, which should save me a lot of money in the long-term on refills. I was a bit skeptical as to how helpful they would be to a walk-in private customer, as I've had pretty hit and miss experiences with companies that primarily serve commercial accounts. They were very friendly and were able to get me into a larger tank at a very fair price!

RJ's Bob-Be-Que: Driver asking for money during our lunch rush. Explained my wife had sent a check. They then wanted a check # & amount this is 12:19 lunch rush. Explained my wife was on her way after visiting her 95 year old mother to give them check #. Talked with owner Robert Mclain who said how many times he has herd the check is in the Mail. We have been doing business with them for 15 years! My word is not any good after 15 years!

Steve B: I get all the gas (CO2 & Nitrogen/CO2 blend) for my homebrew here. They have several different beer gas blends as well. Staff is always very friendly and helpful and the service is super fast. They usually see me pull up and have a bottle ready to go. I'd recommend them to anyone that homebrews or has a need for gas.
Joshua Godwin: A great spot to get gas for your kegerator. They have both CO2 and Nitrogen blends for Guinness, etc.

jason ruhnke: Had what I needed.
Brad Chirnside: Air gas was hired. Came into our building. Grabbed our nitrogen oxygen and acetylene from us.Then started renting our own bottles. Then when we terminated services they couldn’t tell us how many bottles of ours they started filling.We refused to pay 8600 and now a trade alley sued us.Nothing left to say other than a 15 year old hvac company that owned so many bottles already and got no credit. Corporate crooks
