Ilma Taylor: Went in for biometrics appointment this morning. Everything went well, the USCIS officers were nice. Except the security guards. They were borderline rude and unfriendly to people with colored skin. At first I thought they were just trying to be professional until I saw them being super friendly to someone with lighter skin. Never thought that I would ever have to point this out but I just think a racist or an immigrant hater shouldn’t have any business being there.

Ya pasó mucho tiempo de eso y no veía ningún resultado. Decidí buscar una segunda opinión con otro abogado y si no fuera por el no se que estaría pasando en este momento con mi caso. Encontró no uno o dos errores. Fueron mas de 15 errores y graves. Uno de los cuales era que ella le dijo a migración que mi esposa estaba dispuesta a salir de Estados Unidos cuando nunca nos dijo eso a nosotros. Cuando queríamos hablar con ella nos daba una cita para a última hora cancelarla por que no estaría en la oficina. En fin. Esta abogada gasta mas tiempo en estar saliendo en Facebook y otras actividades que de verdad estar trabajando en los casos. Mucha publicidad a esta firma de abogados. No se los recomiendo para nada. Ya es de preocuparse decido hablar a migración yo personalmente y me dicen que mi número de recibo es un error.. Y hasta la fecha estoy esperando los 90 días.. la abogada denise cobra demasiado para que no pase nada... NO GASTEN SU DINERO AQUI..

Ana Londoño: Yo tuve una muy mala experiencia con esta abogada. Ella nunca mostró interés en mi caso, siempre fue casi imposible hablar con ella. Cuando podía hacerlo siempre me decía cosas diferentes sobre mi caso, eran solo excusas porque al final me di cuenta que no estaba haciendo nada sobre mi proceso. Al final ya no quería responder a mis llamadas ni recados, siempre me dejaban esperando en el teléfono hasta que me colgaban. Estuve esperando más de 6 meses para que ella trabajara en mi proceso y no lo hizo, entonces busqué otro abogado y él hizo en 2 semanas lo que ella no hizo en 6 meses. No la recomiendo PARA NADA! No volveré a creer en todo lo que se ofrece en televisión.

My document is approved as a permanent resident. Which took about two(2) months ten(10) days of processing time. This office is really fast with their processing time once you follow all of the instructions and submit all of the required documents that are needed to make your case easier. Everyday Life: I was advised to see this attorney by the office of immigration in Kansas city. I made an appointment but due to issues with my job, I'm a landscaper, I had to reschedule twice. They send you a text message 24 hours before your appointment and it tells you that if you need to reschedule or cancel please do so at that time. I followed their directions both times so I didn't really see an issue with it. After all, they are the one offering to do it. Fast forward to today. I had an appointment tomorrow morning at 9:00 a.m. I got the text message this morning confirming the appointment and I didn't need to reschedule or cancel so I dismissed it. It does not advise other action to actually confirm you will be there, only if you needed to reschedule or cancel. Being a landscaper, I did not have my phone with me. It's very rigorous work and I don't walk around with my phone in my arse all day long like most people. I left work about 20 minutes ago and turned on my phone. I was greeted with a text message from what I can assume was his personal cell phone. He had a very unprofessional condescending attitude. He first accused me of rescheduling three times. I only rescheduled twice and if your law firm's policies upset you, change them moron. Then he was demanding to know if I would be there because he had a waiting list that he would give that spot away to somebody else. Followed by a second text message demanding that I respond to him right now. Naturally I gave him a few choice words and advised him never to come at me with that attitude again. I have resources he can only dream of. I also advised him to practice a little more professionalism in the future and that he could happily give away my spot as I would happily find someone more professional.I will be reporting his unprofessional conduct to the Missouri bar as I do have all of the messages and communications. More than likely nothing would come out of it but it would start a paper trail if he continues to treat perspective or current clients in this manner. Get your act together.
