Tatum Pineiro: We went for an ultrasound today at 16 weeks with Ms Melissa. The store was very clean and the ultrasound room was very cozy and comfortable. Melissa was very friendly and educational. Images were great and prices are more than fair. Love that they send you all pics and the entire session video digitally instantly. We will definitely be back for a 3d/4d later in the pregnancy. I highly recommend!
Frazier Taylor: Quick and friendly. The lady that did the ultrasound was awesome, although I don't think she caught on that I was the baby's grandfather not father . This is my daughter's first baby so that's why it was so cool to see. Spoiler alert the images are very clear

Crystal Rodriguez: I was not fond of my experience. It was very uncomfortable and the ultrasound technologist seemed overwhelmed and tired. Which I totally understand but if you need to take a break that is ok. My daughter (big sister) was hushed when the DVD recording was being done, however, she did not communicate that this was in process. Communication is key and it’s also ethical to do so on a very important day for any family. The lady even told me that I looked uncomfortable because I really was. She was pushing hard on my stomach and slapping it to be able to see the baby at 32 weeks. I stayed just to get pictures for (Big sister) which begged us to see the baby. I have been at another 3D ultrasound and my experience was a lot more comfortable and peaceful. I decided to give this place a try but I will not be returning.

MonaBrissa: I had to come on here and say this place is supper friendly!! The lady who did my ultrasound, I’m not sure her name, but she was super nice and didn’t make the ultrasound wierd at all!! She made it fun, I have 0 complaints but to say I 100% recommend this place. If your baby isn’t in the view she makes sure to wait it up! And I used the online coupon so make sure to use it to save some money.

Fairly priced, it was nice being able to bring my kids with Covid going on. even some cool 3D shots of the face as well. As for confirmation of the gender the tech as nice as she was didn’t seem all that sure, just said that she thought it was a boy. The photo she took is a toss up...
Chyna Turner: My wife is 16 weeks pregnant and we were told we cant get an ultrasound until she was 20 weeks. She was understandably too anxious to wait so i looked some places up and just so happen to come across this one. Im glad i did because starting at $75.00 this was unbeatable. 1. The room in which we recieved our ultrasound was nice. A larger room with a real comfy feel to it. Plenty of seats for large groups or families. 2. They have a projector for you to view as they give the ultrasound which made it very easy to see exactly what we werw viewing. The staff is knowledgeable and very proffesional. I am very impressed. They were able to sex our baby quickly and easily.

Haylee Jo: We've used Belly Image for both of our pregnancies. They go above and beyond to make sure you get some good pictures of your baby, even if your baby is being especially difficult. Both of mine were less than cooperative. Trust me!
DNA Morphosis: My first baby boy! came in from Topeka it was well worth it! Very nice feel and great video projector, great 3D images and we had to move him a little but she did well at bugging him to move. Recommend!

Mike: Billing department is terrible. They submitted a claim to my insurance and didn't receive a response so they billed me instead of contacting the insurance to ask why their claim went unresponsive. Lazy billing practicesEDIT: your response to this review is the same as the other review responses. It seems that this IS your normal procedure for patients. And yes I've talked to 2 of your reps today that both said the same thing. Im not calling back a 3rd time.2nd EDIT: I work in medical billing. Nice try. You can resubmit, especially when the claim you submitted had a user error resulting in the claim denial. Not my fault. Not my job either, that's yours. Pathetic response that's naturally expected from a place like this.
Bailee Matthews: I have had similar problems with this company. I never received a bill from this company and had no idea that I owed them anything, my insurance was also paying 100% at this time. I found out about this bill when I received a call from a collection agency.Update: Company contacted me to work it out and removed from collection while insurance sorts it out
Angie Mendez: Only received one bill and called them to submit again to my secondary insurance. They did not do that, and sent my bill straight to collections without another bill sent to me. Very poor business practice.
Kasey Haverkamp: Similar to others, I received no bill from this imaging company but did receive a notice from a debt collector. I paid the United Imaging directly after getting that notice and I’m told the timing wont lead to anything adverse on my credit report but they need an overhaul of their billing process. I have no bill from UIC. I always pay my bills on time so I’m very unhappy about this mixup.

David Johnson: even though for united imaging consultants billing department the review is a 1 star. after reading other reviews and having to call in and speak to June myself, She is a rock star. not only did she assist in getting my bill taken care of she also called me back with an update that she was able to get the collection agency to get it removed from my credit report. All this over a $106 bill that i was never aware of till it showed up on my credit report.

HazelAnn Barkie-Cox: I required medical treatment for a CT scan, MRI and pending an MRI yet and have had trouble with the patient accounts/billing department. The number they list on there statement to call with questions or concerns about your bill is a number you will never reach a human being no matter how long you stay on the line and all the queuing for other departments. The automated attendant phone number 24 hours a day is not one I would recommend as it is of no help if you have questions about your bill and especially when the bill is in accurateAfter numerous attempts and finally getting a phone number from the hospital where I had my testing done I called that number and had a very delightful and helpful lady by the name of Jeannette . She listened to my concerns and then shared with me she would need to forward my concerns to the business office patients accounts manager whose name is June.ICannot say enough kind words about June and her professionalism as well as the way she listened and was able to correct the concern I had and moved forward with getting my correct payment processed and also correct in billing to my insurance company.Every company should have wonderful employees like Jeanett in June and they need to be recognized.Thank you both for helping me through this process and not sending an incorrect bill onto collections.

Bill that somehow my insurance had overlooked from 2 years ago.After our conversation we got it all worked out and I really appreciated her mannerism & her ability to work with me on getting it all settled. Her name was June and these companies would all be better off with more Junes!

Chuck Taylor: PATIENT BE WARE. Just had my credit decimated due to United Imaging Consultants using information that is 8 years old and that I didn't not give them. When a patient gives you their current information, perhaps that is what you should use to send them a bill - ding dong.
JJ Follis: Sat on hold for over an hour, still didn't talk to anyone. Account is in collections for a bill with the wrong address according to the collection department, but convenient enough no one answers the phone to dispute it. Scam!
Andrew Winkler: My experience was like everyone else's. I received a bill a full year after my surgery that didn't go through insurance. I added insurance on their website so they could file a claim but received a voicemail my account was going to go to collections. It's not much money but I'm paying it out of pocket when I shouldn't just because they can't bill timely or through insurance and it's not worth anymore hassle. I don't think these reviews matter to them since the hospital hired them but given the overall feedback here I'd say if you have a choice of where to go I'd read these reviews and make a decision.
Eric Wilhelm: This is the first negative feedback I have ever given. Usually I just bite my tongue if service is less than desirable. United Imaging Consulants has the most inept billing department I have ever encountered. They billed me for $52 and sent the bill to my previous address where I lived 4 years ago. My employer, insurance company, and doctors know where I live, yet UIC does not. There is plenty of paperwork to support this claim. UIC should have the phone number that we have had for nearly 20 years. A courtesy call to inquire about payment would be the logical and respectful thing to do, but UIC would prefer to threaten collections via mail instead. The ONLY reason why I know I had a bill was due to a phone call from the people who bought our previous home. We asked them to open the envelop to see if it was junk mail. It read in short, "Final notice before referring to a licensed collection agency, due upon receipt." I have never, not even one time, had a bill go to collections. I love the fact that the Health Care industry is changing. UIC clearly needs competition with a 1.2 star rating and 50 reviews.
Maggie Schmidt: We're all sounding like broken records here!!!!!!!!!!!!! Somehow I keep getting billed for procedures done in 2017, and they just keep showing up. Scratch that. Not even showing up at my house, in the mail, they are showing up on my CREDIT! One after the other. No letters, no warnings, NO BILLS! I can name at least 5 people in my employer that is dealing with the same B.S.
Laurie Jennifer: Like many others, they filed my claim with the wrong insurance company, and several months after services received. When I called to correct it, they confirmed they already had my updated insurance all along, apologized for the error, and would resubmit it. They did, but my provider rightly denied the claim due to "untimely filing." When I called my insurance company about the denial, they explained the billing company just had to fax over "proof of timely filing" and show they did attempt to file sooner, but with the incorrect information. I called UIC to request this be done and they refused! Said it was up to me to file any disputes and they wouldn't deal with the insurance company any more. As far as they were concerned, I was now responsible for the full amount. I was threatened with collections if I didn't agree to a payment plan. You can't come after me for your billing error! It was denied by insurance only because of their billing mistakes! I file claims for a living. This place... Man. Gross incompetence. It's telling that one of the first directory choices when calling their billing department is "If you are a lawyer, press..." No wonder so many lawyers call.

Rhonda Phillips: Customer Service and the billing department are lazy and incompetent. Threatened to disconnect my call because they could not resolve the issue! Statement clearly shows they billed incorrect insurance. Turns me over to collection because of their incompetent and clear mistake. This company clearly needs to educate their team on basic customer service skills and how to handle disputes. By the way don’t bother emailing your issue they do not respond to that either.
