Heather Barnes: Our dry ice supplier decided they were no longer going to supply us very last minute. We are a small clinic with a small lab and were not in need of a huge supply of dry ice. Everywhere I called had a min. required of way more than what we would need. I called CK and from the first person I spoke to all the way through the process of getting set up for deliveries was smooth. Everyone I spoke to has been very helpful, kind and professional. Justin is who I primarily communicate with and he has always been very responsive and professional. Our delivery guy Chris is always very nice each week when he drops our dry ice off and typically drops off within the same time frame each week as well. If I could give these guys more than 5 stars I definitely would !!

Alex Kottman: 3 weeks since our last delivery when we’re scheduled for every week. Just like all the other reviews terrible call support. The drivers are always nice though they get the single star I gave. Called on a Wednesday (our scheduled delivery day) to see where the delivery was and call support could only tell me that it’s “being put on a truck and an urgent mark on it” and said it would be delivered the following day. Well Thursday came and still no delivery so I called again and the person said the exact same thing. I replied well there should already be an urgent mark on it because I called yesterday and she said it would come today. To which they replied “well I can’t guarantee anything”. Then I asked to switch me to make a compliant and she said she just does that too. Honestly if a new ice company came in they could lock down the market within five years.Still not a great company. Someone please open a reputable ice company! Please!!!!

Jason Casebolt: Horrible place to work! They terminated my employment for no reason three years ago and still even today I get calls from truck drivers trying to get information for deliveries. I have tried to contact this company several times to have my contact information removed and I still got a call today from a truck driver wanting to know about pick up and delivery information. Horribly ran company, horrible management team, just horrible everywhere!

Diane West: This company has really gone downhill since it was bought out years back. Can't get delivery when needed and locations near me are always out. They have a monopoly on delivery service. Their equipment breaks down and takes weeks to fix or replace. They are terrible!
Khalen McCoy: In a time like the summer, there needs to be a demand to have ice delivered to stores. I have regularly scheduled deliveries every Monday and sometimes it's not even that. And the customer service is really bad. They never have enough people so I end up being on hold for many minutes.

J. Mohler: Obvious the rare 5 Star review you see for this place are all fake, just read then. This is absolutely the single worst ran company ive personally ever encountered. Emails left ignored time and time again. If you call and actually get ahold of someone they just agree with you and confirm your scheduled delivery and even verify the next yet nobody ever shows up. This happens time and time again. Multiple weeks will go by with no deliveries. Their app is just as worthless. The real frustrating thing is prior to them I have my own ice maker but they took my cooler when they initially brought theirs in. Why did you take my property and where TF is it?
Trevor McDowell: Very poor customer service. Unfortunately the only ice people in town. Needed my freezer we rent fixed because all our ice was melting. Was basically told we will get to it when we get to it. They don't care.
Diamond Liquors: Worst company I have ever dealt with. If it were not for their monopoly in the industry they would be out of business.

McKenna Stout: I hired Arctic Glacier for my wedding. We compared their prices vs. just buying bags of ice from Costco, and Arctic Glacier's prices are definitely higher, but we went with it because of the convenience. They were able to deliver all the ice with their refrigerated truck at the time we needed it! The only thing that isn't great is that they have a minimum number of bags you have to order for delivery, which I understand, but we ended up with way too much ice. But overall, it was a really easy process to order the ice and have it delivered!

muhammad qasim: Really Pathetic customer services and lame excuses from their call center. I requested for delivery since 4 days but they just give me timelines but not actual delivery. After 4 days, I spoke with call center Manager and she said they do not know when we get ice delievery. 👎 very disappointing and frustrating.

aaron armstrong: Delivery Drivers are excellent and very friendly. You can tell a lot of care and effort goes into their product and company. None of my stores are ever out of ice for too long. I enjoy doing business with them.

Tim Carrigan: Never had such an experience trying to buy something - the local 816 number forwards to a national customer service area who tells you someone from sales will call you back...then they never do. How much revenue are they leaving behind like this? In the meantime, both folks I talked to at their national customer service were somewhere between abrupt/coarse and flat rude.
Randy Seamans: Service and product have gone completely downhill in the last few years. Had problems with our freezer, smell of refrigerant, cocky young tech came out and told me it was fine and I didn't know what I was talking about. Two weeks later freezer goes out and we lose all our ice. Cocky young tech comes back out and says "must actually be broken this time." Taking our business elsewhere.
