Ellie Garrison: Very disappointed in their lack of communication. Additionally, I made an appointment via online. Not two minutes later, I decided to change the time thirty minutes earlier. I was charged $56.00 for the change. I understand that they have a 48 hour policy or they charge 50%, but changing the time within two minutes of booking and still being charged 50% is ridiculous. I emailed asking if I could get a refund, but no response.I called the day of to get confirm my appointment and no one called back or responded to my emails. I began reading reviews of employees who are not getting paid, an employees stating positive reviews are by the company's friends or family members. I canceled my appointment which cost me another $56. Will not be using or recommending this company.
James Ford: Positive:Quality,Responsiveness,ValueErrund does our office weekly cleans and have done a great job. No complains. The only improvement I would suggest is to try to send the same cleaners but then again who always send the same cleaners to the same price every single week.

Called customer service and they switched my cleaning to the morning at a small extra fee. well worth it since most places would not even be available at such short notice

She and Angie even cleaned my toilet tools. No joke.
