Samantha Cooper: Only posting 1star so I can leave a review.I booked this room because there were no other options.. now I see why!You totally get catfished with their online pictures.No refrigerator, no microwave, no towels, smoke detector hanging off the ceiling, no smoking but the entire place smells like cigarette smoke, cigarette burn marks on the sink, shower didn’t work, water smelt like sewage.Definitely not worth the 100$ I spent for one night.Whoever comments on the reviews…Please don’t comment with an apology and saying you’re going to do better because you clearly are lying.

Betty Morgret: Its really funny how they have been responding with the same BS for years!! The "guest relations" person responds with "your comments will be sent to housekeeping and the owners!" Obviously, the owner could care less about the conditions!! They need a thrashing! This place should be condemned!!!!! I can't give it a low enough rating!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cristal Koehly: I don't even know where to begin with this rathole. We booked online, the pictures looked nice. All the other hotels were full. Well, I had a bad feeling as soon as we got there. Walking in was dirty, things were broken, etc. I opened the door to my room to a smell. I started looking around at the paint stains everywhere, holes in the walls, outlets with no covers, dirty bathtub, broken toilet lid, BUT the Final Straw was when I lifted the corner of the blanket and the entire corner on the box springs was covered in MOLD, I mean growing green MOLD! There is absolutely NO WAY a person could put a sheet on the mattress and not notice it! I don't think I've ever been more grossed out. I went to the front desk to tell them and get a different room. (we didn't have a lot of time before the concert we were going to, or would have switched hotels) I showed the lady at the front desk my mold picture, she didn't even act surprised! No apologies or anything, acted like it was putting her out to move me to a different room. The second room was just a bad, minus the moldy box spring. No comforter and no fridge. I didn't touch anything I didn't have to, and slept on a small part of the bed. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING NEAR THIS PLACE! The pics on the website are NOT accurate at all!!!! And, I have pics if I need to show proof!

Teresa Christner: This is the most disgusting hotel room I have ever stayed in. The moment we opened the door, a strong odor of urine and cigarettes was very apparent despite their poor attempts to cover it with Febreeze or air fresheners. No amount of air freshener is going to cover up the stench when the curtain is literally covered in very obvious urine stains. The bathroom was filthy. One swipe of a washcloth and it picked up so much grime and gunk I am fairly sure that is the most it had been cleaned in quite some time. The floor was also gross. No alarm clock, the phone wasn't even plugged in and I couldn't find a place to plug it in to call the front office to complain about all of the things that were wrong. We got exactly one pillow each on a bed that is hard as a rock. The outlets are hanging off the wall and cords everywhere. Oh and let's not forget the broken lock and the smoke detector that was just sitting on the desk instead of on the wall. Sooooo many things wrong here. Run away. Stay literally ANYWHERE else.

Alex Riley: I would give it 0 stars if possible. RUN from this place. Absolutely filthy! Floors looked matted. Shower head fell apart while showering. First towel I grabbed had big brown stain, second looked refolded from last occupant and put back as clean, was also stained. People hanging around parking lot all hours of night. Sketchy place and sketchy people. Moved to a much nicer hotel and for less money!

Miguel Cubero: This place is horrible. We were forced to check-in because we didn't have any options available about 3:30 AM on a Saturday and we totally regretted. First, the place was dirty as hell, stunk like cigarettes, customer service guy looks high. Second, we rented 3 bedrooms and all of them were nasty dirty, carpet was dingy, bathroom mirrors were also unclean, the showers were extremelly dirty, bedrooms reeked like cigarettesand more, bedsheets were nasty and had holes, pillows were uncomfortable, the heat didn't work in one of the rooms and finally three of my friends got bedbugs bites. I would not recommend this place to anybody, it's to worst motel I've ever been in my life.

Joseph dye: Jody @ sales helped our whole fam out when we had to fly in for a funeral...great rates & gift bags! Mike @ check-in was awesome; as was Quashanda @ check-out. Ron in the Kitchen kept us full. Cleaning crew kept it spotless.Facility could use a little TLC/facelift.

Angie St John: Rooms were clean and comfortable. Met family for a mini vacation and had a great experience with all of the staff, especially Josh who was on the evening shift. We were able to meet downstairs to socialize and play board games with the kids and not have to cram 8 people into one of the rooms and possibly bother other guests. Thank you for a great weekend!!Nearby activities: Close to the sports stadiums, and easy access to downtown, Crown Centre and casinosSafety: Security onsite was nice as well as the front needing a key card to enter after 11p.m.Walkability: Close to some shopping, although we were there for a concert and talking the kids to Worlds of Fun, Science City @ Union Station and so was not able to walk the trail behind the hotel.Food & drinks: Wonderful food choices in the area, LOVED Black Bear Diner, a MUST if anyone wants great food!
