He was slamming things around on the counters, and his attitude was really sour. The woman working was pleasant and friendly and if not for her would probably be a 0 star experience. They keep commenting how busy they were when there was our family and two other customers for 45 min.

Miranda Martinez: I’m giving this two stars because the staff were very nice, and the place is spotless! Unfortunately, the chili dog I ordered was awful. I literally ate two bites and tossed it. The chili it’s self is what ruined it, for me. I may go again, and try another item, but for now I’m not impressed with the food.

J. A.: My family has been going here since I was a kid, which is a longer time than I care to admit. The zip burgers have always been and still are my favorite. The onion rings are fantastic. The wife loves the Buffalo dogs and deep fried burritos. I try to take my friends here whenever they are in town. Once you've had Mugs-up, a Maid-right loose meat doesn't come close. A great local place with quick service and friendly carhops. Give it a try.

Gwen: We order on the app and this is the third time that we waited for +10 minutes only for them to call us over the comes and tell us they didn't have what we ordered and we would have to call the app customer service to refund it.They always want us to go through drive through cause they're lazy. And there's no way their shake machine has been down for weeks. They just don’t want to make the drinks if you ask me. It's costing them my business for sure. I'm done ordering from here.

75 816: Chicken sandwiches tasted like dirty grease and over fried. Tater tots were the same, not appealing. Employee was outside smoking cigarette when I pulled up. Had window down to view order board for a few minutes. Just as I pushed the button, the lady outside says on her headset that they are low on employees so carhop was closed and drive thru was open.Only reason We stopped was because there was nothing else open besides QuikTrip, whose kitchen was closed. Waited for my ice cream 30 minutes they bring it out and said oh it was sitting there we didn’t know you were here while we logged into the app and rang the button. They gave us the excuse they were short staffed but they had ten people in there and two of the employees came outside when the manger came out to talk to us. Shut it down or figure your stuff out.

Kathy Hopkins: I attempted to get food from this location via the drive thru on Sunday 4/9/23 at 9:30 AM, and again on Thursday 4/13/23 at 7:30 AM and the restaurant was not open. No lights on inside and no cars in the lot. I didn't think much of it on Sunday because it was Easter, but Thursday? Pretty disappointed twice in 1 week. I will find somewhere more reliable to visit.
