Brandon Alexander: Bought kitchen appliances here, and every step of the process was painful and frustrating. We were notified of delivery times and they stood us up repeatedly. We would stay home to accept the delivery and NO ONE showed up or called. Each time, we made multiple attempts to speak with someone at the store only to be endlessly transferred, put on hold, and quite frequently hung up on. It was almost impossible to get in touch with someone willing to help.

Joe Oliphant: Terrible experience. I ordered a refrigerator and long story short it took four deliveries before I got one that wasn't dented. I had to drive to the job 20 minutes each way FOUR times on my days off over a three week span. I was told that I would get a little reimbursement for my time and fuel but have been passed around and around when I call to speak with a manager. I would get put on hold until the phone stopped ringing. I will never shop at your lowes again and will tell everyone I can to not shop there as well. Your customer is non existent in store and over the phone.

So even if they look up the stock and claim they have plenty of what you need, after you pay and go out back to get it, you'll find out they don't have it. And BEWARE when going back in for a refund because they'll try to refund you for only 1 of the item instead of the 100 you paid for and didn't get.

Janet Moore: I’m super disappointed in the quality of washing machines that Menards is not backing and just putting it off on the manufacturer. Expensive one!!! 2 DIFFERENT repair companies and the brand spanking new washing machine still takes ALL DAY to wash one simple load. It’s unbelievable that Menards/Whirlpool refuse to exchange this for something that works! Customer service has been a nightmare with the 2 companies. The one star is only so I could warn you all to do your research carefully because they will not back their washer.

Christi Hodill: I like shopping here whether I know what I'm after or poking around, I like the prices, and the staff are much more eager to help than the other big box stores. It is cleaner better organized than the other stores as wellI recently did a special order on interior stone and tile and was helped out by the manager. I have also returned a number of items and am impressed with how quickly they process it. Checkouts... again, are done properly and quickly, and call me crazy, almost cheerfully. Hard to imagine, but true. (they seem to have a younger and not so jaded crew)One quirk of the store to just look out for is the guards at the special order and bulk delivery gate entrance are very good at their job. When you exit, it feels like you are getting out on bond from a jail.

I heard the page go out and I waited then waited then waited. 15 minutes later no one still has not showed up. Asked for another page and waited 5 additional minutes with no hardware associates appearing. I’m trying buy hundreds in power tools. Locked the tools up and no employees to unlock it to make a sale. 🤦

I appreciate how she did it all, and I would give her a raise, she's worth keeping around. Also the girl at customer service, I didn't catch her name, but she was very kind and even said she'd help load it herself if she could leave her register. 10/10, I will be back, and if I was in charge I'd give both of these kids a raise. They helped me above and beyond what I'd expected or hoped for especially an hour before close. Both of them went above and beyond, if you want to keep them working for you, I'd be giving them raises. I don't work for your company, I don't know what you can do, but PLEASE do the best you can for those girls. Their kindness and help made a world of difference to me, and I hope you use it as grounds to make a difference for them.

He was extremely helpful though. He stands at the front door and helps people as soon as they come in the door. A huge 180 from big box hardware stores where I can never find an employee.

I'm the type of shopper that comes in and out for a handful of things and always fast..maybe I scared someone? Because the vibes I got were negative and the old lady cashier acted like she didn't want to talk to me I had to tell her I have a membership! and she was still very nasty. Next time I will be more alert and listen in but I never concern myself but the vibes impacted me enough to write all this even though they probably could've been watching a real thief it still made me very uncomfortable!On top of all that fearing the safety of the stock boys that would be ordered by management to act as security if such incident was to actually happen should be reprimanded.

John A.: The store was the same as most other Harbor freight stores, it's an evil candy store for people who like working on things.The really negative of this store, don't stand around insulting previous customers where everyone can hear you. Some old guy was checking out before me and was mistaken on a price so he went back to the shelf himself real fast to check because the clerk wouldn't check when he thought the item was priced wrong on the shelf. He was mistaken and still bought the thing in the end without any fuss. When he walked out the clerk insulted him to another clerk 30 feet away while I was still checking out. The second clerk then insulted the one helping me because he went to the back himself to help look for an item. That behavior is exceptionally rude, I get it sometimes you might have a bad day, and retail can be tough, but seriously that was two separate staff members openly insulting both customers and other staff right in front of other customers.

The store is decently kept and a helpful staff. I wish they had a better selection of some things, but it has 90% of anything you would need to build a house. Key cutting and knife sharpening is a nice touch.

Jet R: We went in to get a quality grounded ext. cord and after looking around at the entire stock & comparing all the specs we found a really great one. It was a 25ft med. duty grounded one marked at $16.99, GREAT, the others we liked were & 35+! I didn't think it was too odd since they had others (granted not quite as good) around the same price. At the register the cord rang up for $36.99 so the cashier checked it & YEP that was the price. I explained that was hanging with a few of the same cords on a peg marked with the low price then took an employee back to show them. The employee found I was right but soon discovered that almost all the cords were hanging on the wrong price hooks. I asked if they would be willing to honor the price b/c well that is where it was. They had the assist. manager come out & after watching both the employee & assist. manager go through everything to see how wrong the display was set up & looking to see what overrides they could do on the price I asked if they would be able to meet me in the middle of what the price said & what it should actually be - the assistant manager agreed and apologized for not being able to do the much lower price. Honestly I know some people will still think they should have done the lower price but the employees don't make the rules & there is only so much they can do without getting in trouble themselves PLUS they could have easily said "nope it's the price that the bar code reads".So thank you to the employees that were incredibly helpful & very fair Randy, Keyon & Mary (hope I got all the names right!)It's nice to shop somewhere the employees are helpful & do what they can to accommodate customers. It seems to happen less & less especially at big chain businesses.

Marie Stafford: Yesterday, Dana and Joe, from Westlake (6201 Independence Ave), helped getting a 2nd car key and fob, for our car! They did a great job! We really appreciated it and saved us money! Another Associate, Morgan, also helped me when paying with a my new card, but it was declined. I was about use my primary card, when Morgan said I entered a wrong pin number, but I couldn't remember it. She said try it again, and use it as credit, and it worked! 3 great Associates at this store!

John Shemwell: They had what I needed and it was reasonably priced. But, I came during rush hour and it was REALLY hard to leave due to the exit being along a main road with no light. I think I spent more time waiting to turn than I did shopping.
