Zane Adams: We made a reservation in January, 2023. 5 Days before arrival I received an automated email saying they were looking forward to our stay.Upon arrival on Saturday afternoon we were told they couldn't honor our reservation for a room with two beds. Blamed remodel construction, told us they tried to call ( I have zero record of such a call or voice mail)We were forced to drive around town and find another room.Not good at all.

Ronnie Sturdevant: I’ve been here 2 months. The people working here are very nice and helpful. My car was stolen last night. I always locked my car and took my keys with me to my room. Not the first car to be stolen here. Not management’s fault of course. If you ever stay here disable your battery or put an Apple tracker in it.

Tina Stout: Never ended up staying there after being there less than 10 minutes. We got there and first impression was bad with a cop being behind the counter with the young lady. We got checked in with no problem, but when we went to go to room the outside was pretty bad and elevator had a bad smell and made some noises. The room was not clean with dirty and stained sheets. The cabinets, dresser, and bathroom was definitely need of repair. Who knows what else we would’ve encountered if we would’ve stayed any longer. I made my kids grab their things and get out to the car. I took keys back to front desk and told her we wouldn’t be staying here. She offered another room, but I was already decided that this place definitely isn’t a good place and probably needs to be looked into for many accounts of cleanliness and safety. My kids were really thankful that we didn’t stay there as it was nasty and felt very unsafe. My recommendation is 0%. I’ve never had to walk out of hotel like that before… Holiday Inn it is from now on out!

Henry ugui: Water bursted form my celing awaking me from my rest which cause me to get out of bed and slip and fall because of the water in the floor this happend 7/5 and still no one has been in contact with me but that’s fine cause I’m taking legal action if I could post the pictures and videos of it I would just horrible do no go here it’s nasty and awful like you smell the building soon as you get out of your car not a place for kids stairs on the property and falling apart the elevator sounds like it’s in it’s last metal string

April McKinney: When we got to the hotel and checked in (we had 2 rooms reserved) we schedule couple went to their rooms to check it out. Immediately upon entering the room we noticed stains on the bedding, broken or missing smoke detectors and stains on the floor. In one room the ceiling was falling in, there was mold under the sinks, the wires from the smoke detectors were hanging down and not capped off or taped off. The bathroom door in one room would not even close. There were burn holes in the mattresses and the bedding. When we brought our concerns to the front desk we were told where the ceiling was falling in “ we are aware but it’s not leaking or anything it’s only cosmetic” it obviously leaked at one point to cause it so the chance of mold growing in the ceiling was high. The sprinkler heads in the rooms were taped off as well which is totally not safe. The girl at the front desk took us to one more room which had the same issues as we had seen in the other rooms. We asked for a refund and booked somewhere else but were denied a refund since they “tried to accommodate us”. The front desk girl (Brittany) thought we should follow her around from room to room until we found one that suited us. I asked to speak to a manager and was denied the chance. This property is not up to fire code and is unsafe and unhealthy. Would not send my worst enemy to stay here.

Vaniya J: WORST PLACE EVER!!! We were looking for a place to stay that has a kitchen and we stumbled upon this place. When they say that look can be deceiving! It look so legit online! When we got here there were trash at every corner and in front of doors. People high all over the place. I don’t know how they keep this place up. And the worst thing happened on the 2nd day someone broke into our car and they messed it up. The key wouldn’t work only the drivers door was open. They tried to steal it was so messed up. We told the front seat they wouldn’t do nothing they said they not responsible for anything that happened to the car. We had to pay for it to get towed and get a new car. Also we called the police and they said that it’s a bad neighborhood so BEWARE!!

Kelly Smith: Looks are deceiving, This place I wouldn't send my worst enemy. Dirty inside and out. Bed fell apart due to screws missing on frame the lights quit working, the lock on the door we has to fix. No remote to TV. Outlets are exposed, bathtub caved in. Ac well the pix speaks for itself. Worst $200 I ever spent will NEVER go back there!!! Health Dept. Needs to come check it out for real!!! Trash everywhere worst stay EVER!!!

Ron Holloway: The 2 double bed rooms we reserved were not available. Cherise Williams was able to get us 4 single bed rooms and we did appreciate her. The floors in the rooms were dirty, the tvs did not work, there wasn't a drink cup even though they had large refrigerator and 2 burner stove top No silverward, dishes or pots and pans. Our rooms were scattered from 3rd floor to 1st. You could not call the elevator to go down from the 3rd floor. The door to the bathroom in one of the rooms did not have a latch to keep the door closed or even locked. Sarah Allen: Horrible dirty rooms booked in advance and they didn’t even assign a room number the only good thing was the poor lady at 3Am to 4:30am that had to deal with me and help me find a room that was still so nasty I refused to allow my family to stay there and had to book a different hotel at 4:30 in the morning when I had to have my 8year old daughter to brain surgery the next morning Will never come back there and this place should be shut down

Vicky Welsh: You don't even get what you pay for. I felt safe enough in the area, but the first room we got had someone in it and the second one was uncleaned after the last people (pillows and blankets askew, trash on the dining table and in the bathroom, and towels wadded up everywhere).

Harmony Howard: This place was absolutely disgusting. Floors were dirty, trash in the corner of the rooms. I was afraid we were going to leave with bed bugs or something. Air conditioning or heater did not work in the room when I advised the lady at the front desk she just shrugged her shoulders. I would rate this place a 0 and they should be refunding their guest for staying here. We booked for 2 nights and only stayed for one because it was so gross. DO NOT STAY I don’t know how any one would give this place a good rating and this hotel should be shut down for how disgusting it is!!!

Keeyahna Boston: I have been many places. This was one of the top three worst places I've stayed at. It was nothing like I thought it will be because of the name. The only thing good about it is that you're able to cook. Guests were loud all night, kicking doors. Slamming doors. Trash Infront of doors, you have to begg of more towels sets. Someone throw wet tissue over my windshield and after asking them to view the camera nothing was done.Rooms: TERRIBLE.

William west: Well I think the biggest problem with this place is then you stop running to local people. I think the property manager has really given up on this place. It is dirty very sketching. But I feel like a lot of red roof are in sketchy areas anyways some are not. Rooms are not maintenance really well like I actually had to bring up a can of lube to lube the lock on my door because it was sticking hot water is a joke The pressure is a joke. It wouldn't surprise me this place isn't shut down the next 2-3 years if things don't change. I will be letting my company know to blacklist this hotel.Rooms: Really needs to be updated. Ejector Seat Coasters: Do not stay here if you are going to Worlds of Fun. When I went into the room, it reeked with smoke like the last person who stayed in our room broke the rules and decided to smoke weed. Plus there were other major problems such as a broken lock, holes in the wall, broken drawers, and a missing shower curtain. Not to mention that people are super loud at midnight when I’m trying to get some sleep and there were several trash bags under every stairwell. Would not recommend.
