Denise Iverson: Office is clean, warm and inviting. Sam was very knowledgeable and listens to you which is needed when you have hearing issues. He doesn't try to sell you something you don't need. The receptionist is super friendly and helpful. Wish I could remember her name. I highly recommend this office for your hearing aid needs.

Joyce Whittle: Week 2:Went for my check up on the hearing aids. They were really bothering me as far as iching terribly and making my ears very sore. He gave me something for that and also made modes of my ears to get a better fit so they don't move so much. Hoping my insurance will cover it. He did testing and set the aids up to the next level for another week. I'm still upset my insurance didn't cover the best hearing aids he had because I was told by my insurance company that they did. Even though the pair I've gotten is the next level down from the best they are still not the ones I wanted. Also, after hearing a sample of the best before I got these because Mr. Buchanan was showing me the difference in having hearing aids altogether, made me upset even more that my insurance company told me I'd qualify for the best they had, but then I didn't get the. Because now having a comparison of those in the beginning and now the ones I have is a big difference to me.As far as Mr. Buchanan and Beltone, great place, professional and show a human side of caring, if you know what I mean. The place I recommend going for your hearing aidsWeek 1:Mr. Buchanan at Beltone did more test then any hearing center I’ve been to. I just couldn’t believe how much care, patients and the overall concern Mr. Buchanan showed me. He is great at his job and knew exactly what to do, what I needed for better hearing. I was so impressed I have told my family and friends how happy I was going to Mr. Buchanan at Beltone and don’t plan on going anywhere else for my hearing. I also wanted and did call my insurance UHC and inform them they made the perfect choice in choosing Mr. Buchanan at Beltone and they should never use any other hearing center.Thanks

Renay Andrews: So I will admit I almost did not go to appointment at first. I mean this things are expensive and with my ears and the constant ringing, what was this place going to do to help me. First thing I noticed walking in was okay staff is extremely down to earth and nice, so what the catch. Get in there and do all the test and see the results. Dang I can’t hear fs or ps that good. Oh wait hear comes the asking for money part. But before they asked for that they place hearing aid devices in my ear and adjust them. About 5 minutes into talking, I had to stop Brian, the ringing in my ears which where constantly for last 10 years had stopped completely. I don’t mean it got lower, it mean it totally disappeared. I almost started crying it was that emotional for me and I don’t cry. That sold me right there and I knew this place knew what they were talking about. I did not care what amount they costed I was sold. They do have financing if needed.Staff was great, product was great, experience was great, and the service they offer for them down the road is great. I can’t wait until they come in on Thursday to get them.

She answered all my questions and set up the appointment for the same week. At the appointment she made sure we were comfortable and answered any questions we had about the paperwork. Ken Kidd did an excellent job explaining (with a 3d model) the working of the ear/drum/canal and how it affects our hearing. Throughout the process he did an amazing job communicating and explaining what he was doing as he tested. He answered all the questions me and mother had. Meghan Badder: I accompanied my 96 year old grandma to her appointments with at the Independence miracle ear center to get new hearing aids. I was SO impressed at the professionalism Ken showed in explaining the results my grandmas hearing loss as well as recommending the specific hearing aids he thought would work best for her. Throughout the whole precess he did an amazing job answering my grandmas questions and teaching us how to use her new hearing aids effectively. He had a great strong voice and explained things slowly and clearly to make sure my grandma understood everything. Couldn’t recommend him more!!! And Rebecca in the reception was very welcoming as well, offering us coffee and water while we waited for our appointment. All around such a great experience and I am so excited for my grandma to have her new hearing aids so she can hear better!!!

Connecting to my IPhone means I have control over the adjustments, but it is so cool to be able to do audio books, music, and other things that normal hearing people can just use ear buds for… but with hearing aids I had not been able to do until now. I hear words in songs that I have never understood, and the ability to filter out background noise means I can go to places I only dreamed of hearing the people I’m with.

Especially as a classical musician I was afraid that a problem would be discovered, and that I would need a hearing aid - and that life (and especially music) would sound like a video game from the 90's. I thought my days as a musician would be over. I couldn't have been more wrong. My experience with this office and Dr Travis have been nothing but stellar. I feel like I now have a little supercomputer hanging on my ear, and I can hear everything so much better - especially detailed, complex music! Dr Travis was kind and attentive and was very clear what would meet my needs and what wouldn't, and was always happy to explain his reasoning. He and Nicole helped turn what started as a profoundly stressful experience into a distinctly positive one.The whole experience has completely changed my perception of hearing aids and hearing loss in a very good way. I feel more connected with my family, and as a musician I now hear dynamics, tone quality, ensemble, etc far better than I can ever remember in the past. I can't recommend this place enough.

He shared all our options and my husband thought for the last 40 years that he had tinnitus that was progressively getting worse and found out that it was due to the inner ear bones trying to decipher sounds that weren't there due to hearing loss. Hearing aids with charger $1799 and 5 year warranty. So, go to Costco. Top notch hearing aids and great price. Saved about $4000.
