I came in a couple of times over the last 7 months and she was always the first person to greet me and ask if there was anything that I needed. She has a very positive attitude. When the time came to upgrade, I went to Worth first.Purchased my new ride last week. The Sales rep, Phil Carpenter, was very patient during the whole process. Phil was very knowledgeable and friendly. The entire team at Worth Harley Davidson was very inviting and at no point did I find myself alone asking where a rep was. The entire team from Services, Merchandise, Sales, and Finance were all great to be around during the arduous buying process, went by in a flash.After purchasing Worth Harley-Davidson even offered to come pick up the bike from my house to install the upgrades included in the purchase.If you are looking at buying your first or upgrading, stop by and see what they can do. I was not disappointed!

Seth was first person we ran into Monday 5 June in the parking lot, we explained our issue. Seth introduced us to service personnel BRANDON and JOHN, they sugested technition Don Repair the bike.They Proved ice for our coolers to keep our food cold for the trip while we waited.Larry serviced the 22 softail, since it had been driven on some really rough hiways the last two days .We were back on the road after Don made the repair to the throttle, we drove the bike over 400 miles.Sales, Service and parts personal are knowledgeable. Steven McCall: I wish I could pick no stars. This dealer and staff are rude not customer friendly and only want to sell new versus what a customer wants. Sales person more interested in talking and helping a grade school child versus supporting a customer that wants to buy a bike. They even encourage the customers to go see Indian and buy before they will assist in talking about a price. This dealer gives Harley a bad taste and an overstated ego of the sales people at rawhide

Steven Lindsay: I visited Rawhide Harley-Davidson looking to buy my first motorcyle in May. Everyone was awesome. Seth went over what i was looking for and gave me a few options that would fit my style of riding. I chose a 2023 Breakout. Seth went over everything about the bike including controls and tips for riding this type of bike. It was a great experience, i didn't feel any pressure to make any sort of decision that day and was comfortable asking a bunch of questions.After deciding to make the purchase i got a great tour of the dealership. Stopped by the clothes and riding gear department and Lydia helped me choose a helmet and made sure the fit was correct, and my free tshirt. From there we stopped by the parts department where Levi went over the full catalog and showed me how to look up parts and accessories for my particular bike. After that we visited the service department where Randy went over the maintenance schedual and setup delivery for the same day to my house. Overall it was a amazing experience and a awesome day. Everyone made me feel welcomed and i felt very informed about everything before i left the dealership.

Clarence Adams: Parts department 100% They had what I needed in stock and reasonably priced great job for the parts department. Sales Department (Mike) that's a different story. Not only did he refuse to send me a sales order for a used course bike for my wife, he also wanted to charge an additional $999 for a used vehicle service that is added to all used motorcycles. I am an understanding guy, but this motorcycle was used for 5 years on a course for new riders. (Probably their own course) this bike should have been maintained by the shop while it was being used to train new riders, one would believe, so why charge a buyer for a service that should have been completed time and time again over their usage?
