Sabrina Napier: I set an appointment up to get my daughters hair relaxed. When I was trying to clear up the details of what I was wanting done I was told that we would discuss it when we got there. We showed up and the music was blaring so loud you couldn't hear a thing. I immediately asked if there was somewhere we could talk. I was directed around the corner slightly, not better but I'll try. She continues to ask what we were wanting done. As I explained I was told that I need an appointment they didn't do relaxers and I'm not entirely sure what all was said but it was repeated many times that I need an appointment. We had one then I was told that the lady was going to be there in like 10 minutes. They went and got who I believe is Lenny and when he came out I'm not entirely sure what he was saying but I explain that if I can't communicate with you then we're not going to be able to do this I can't hear and I got the wave of that's fine okay. That wasn't satisfying or helpful. I set up an appointment I showed up I explained that the music level was way too much it was like a club and then if I can't communicate what needs done on her hair then I can't gamble that it will be done right. Still have no idea how much it would have been. Very distraught and dissatisfied. I thought I was very unprofessional to have the music so loud that you can't communicate, have the lady that was supposed to be there for the appointment not be there, be told many times that I needed an appointment, and all around felt like there was no concern for our business. Okay, then it won't be a problem. However that was my time that was wasted and a high level of stress put on me to be in such a thunderous ly loud environment and try to communicate. Never got anything done, and I never will be back.

Ally did not back up her work and was offended when my friend did not like the outcome of the color which wasn’t even close to what she had requested. Trust me, I’ve seen the pictures. Beware of this colorist. Burgundy is NOT copper. Terrible job and the fact that she wouldn’t correct it for free is bad business in my opinion. Proceed with caution when having her color your hair! My friend did not want to post anything negative because she’s just that way. However, I read reviews and wouldn’t want someone else to go though this. My friend is now having to spend even more money to find a specialist to correct the “chunky, choppy, wrong color” Ally turned her hair.

Debra Denti: I went here for the first…and last time, about 3 weeks ago. Deah thoroughly screwed up my hair. I have curly hair (permed..not at Allure) I just wanted my layers shorter. Deah assured me my layers would blend together…and they totally don’t. It’s choppy and uneven and it looks ridiculous. I have no clue how she made such a mess of it. All I can do at this point, is wait for it to grow out…and looks stupid until it does. I called Deah that day and told her how unhappy I was. I went back the next day, to show her how ridiculous it looked. As soon as I walked in the door, she rushed me to a room by the back door, so the other customers wouldn’t hear how unhappy I was. I will never recommend this place to anyone.Service:Haircut

Then she walked past me and went back and talked to a Stylist in the back giving a perm then came backthrough the lobby and I said hello and she kept her nose stuck up in the air and walked toward the front door and greeted two women coming in the door. They apparently had an appointment,at that point I walked out!! How RUDE! I suppose I just didn't look like someone that deserved to sit in her little preppy lobby.Very poor way to treat someone coming in to spend money!!! If I could rate her business at minus 10 I would!!

B Wise: Ten years ago I used to see Ashley fairly regularly for my haircuts. She did a great job with my blunt bang cut. I eventually started growing my bangs and hair out and no longer got many haircuts.I brought my 12 year old daughter, who is growing her hair out, for a trim a few months ago with Larissa. She did a great job of thinning her hair out and trimming split and damaged ends off while still keeping her length.I more recently went back to the salon with my 14 year old son and he had his hair cut by Olive. She did a great job and my son’s hair looked like the picture/model. My son wears glasses and didn’t bring them to his haircut to make sure he liked the style on himself when she got done. Once he got home there were a couple minor things he wanted changed. Olive was so sweet and gracious and let him come back the next day at no charge to trim his hair a little shorter.Highly recommend anyone at Blondie’s! She physically demonstrated how to apply under eye concealer. Emily spent over a half hour helping my choose suitable eyeshadow and contouring colors. Very pleasant atmosphere, especially considering the difficult times we are all facing with the current pandemic. Extremely clean area! Greeted very warmly upon my entrance and seated almost immediately. This is the only salon that I trust to properly deal with my hair. Their extensive knowledge and skill are truly unmatched. Aubrey Britt: Around seven months ago I came to this salon for a protective style. My hair was not “ate up” and was actually pretty healthy and the woman who had cut the dead from my ends even said so!During the process of the yarn being knotted throughout my hair I had severe pain. I was in so much pain that the woman even asked me if I was doing okay. Pulling with all of your strength on someone’s hair is incredibly painful. Painful to the point where I was wiping tears.When it was time to take the sew in out it was such a major struggle that I had to get my Mother to help me. My hair was so badly knotted and in some parts tied to yarn or tied to other parts of my hair. It took hours to untie and cut the sew in out of my hair.On the outside you obviously wouldn’t be able to tell how poorly the hair was done until you take the sew in out. I was never told that yarn was being put in my hair.Being disrespectful to my Mother in and outside the salon is definitely not appreciated and I will never use this salon again and wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone else who valuescustomer service, respect and their hair.**Response to DJI am not made to do anything. I can write a review about my experience especially when you are not being honest. You were disrespectful to my mom over the phone when she called to discuss you wanting to cut my hair short. You were arguing with people in the salon too. You are not a happy person at all. So please make it make sense. No one said you were rude before service. We talked to your staff before service and they were nice to my mom and my mom liked them. No issues until you were rude to my mom over the phone but when she came to the back you changed. Then after service you were trying to get my mom to come back by giving me a student discount. My mom did not thank you at all and she told you she was not going to tip. If someone is happy with service then they tip. If We eat at a restaurant we have to pay for the food but we do not have to tip if the service is bad right? I’m sure if my mom hadn’t paid the $400.00 you charged, you would have reported it. If you had given her the option to not pay I’m sure she wouldn’t have paid. It was painful and I was not sure what was good or bad for getting a sew-in. I did the video as you wanted me to and from the outside my hair looked fine it was the pain and what me and my mom saw during the takedown that was poor quality. I hope you stop being disrespectful to people. The world doesn’t need that, the world needs kindness and understanding.
