After my first appointment she booked me 3 weeks out to the day I was supposed to come back, didn’t ask me what time worked for me, just gave me a choice between 2 different times. I thought it was a little aggressive but I understood she was running her business. She never verbalized the cancellation fee in person nor did she mention a 100% policy for no shows (this is also not on her website). I have a new phone and unsaved numbers messages aren’t coming through for some reason. I was hoping to reschedule within the same week and tip for the inconvenience but after realizing she’s charged me for this situation I will not be going back. I’m certain I’m not the only one this happens to and it’s unfortunate because I was going to become a regular customer but when a business owner fails to make their policies clear and misunderstandings like this occur, it pushes me as a customer away. There has been new Lady's that I will not trust with my eyebrows from future experiences I called the (913 ) number that is listed for all stores, the lady doesn't speak Clear English and was not a help at all I understand Safely for the employees you can't release location but as customer service you could have got my number wrote it down reached out to Mina and asked if it was ok to give a location or phone number so I could get her services but instead she didn't help at all and didnt want to help bybthe sound of her voice Had a I dont care attitude, after letting her know multiple times I only trust her with my eyebrows the lady got mad and said go else where and texted my phone number that I was blocked and to not visit any of there locations well you have lost my business. Sabrina Napier: I set an appointment up to get my daughters hair relaxed. When I was trying to clear up the details of what I was wanting done I was told that we would discuss it when we got there. We showed up and the music was blaring so loud you couldn't hear a thing. I immediately asked if there was somewhere we could talk. I was directed around the corner slightly, not better but I'll try. She continues to ask what we were wanting done. As I explained I was told that I need an appointment they didn't do relaxers and I'm not entirely sure what all was said but it was repeated many times that I need an appointment. We had one then I was told that the lady was going to be there in like 10 minutes. They went and got who I believe is Lenny and when he came out I'm not entirely sure what he was saying but I explain that if I can't communicate with you then we're not going to be able to do this I can't hear and I got the wave of that's fine okay. That wasn't satisfying or helpful. I set up an appointment I showed up I explained that the music level was way too much it was like a club and then if I can't communicate what needs done on her hair then I can't gamble that it will be done right. Still have no idea how much it would have been. Very distraught and dissatisfied. I thought I was very unprofessional to have the music so loud that you can't communicate, have the lady that was supposed to be there for the appointment not be there, be told many times that I needed an appointment, and all around felt like there was no concern for our business. Okay, then it won't be a problem. However that was my time that was wasted and a high level of stress put on me to be in such a thunderous ly loud environment and try to communicate. Never got anything done, and I never will be back.
