PerfectlyFL4W3D: It's a small one court gym. The basketball rims are so ran down and there's so much food and sugary drinks on the floor that there was 500 ants all over the floor, under the bleachers. One kid got hit in the face and had blood all over the court. The kid collecting money came over and wiped it up with a dry towel. He didn't bother spraying to disinfect it. It's was just gross here.

Shanell H: It was ok, single sided spectator bench but it goes the length of the court. No mask mandatory in this building though I think Independence is under a mandatory currently. We were there for a basketball tournament. They have a concessions stand but I didn't check the prices.

Rachel Bryant: Do NOT even waste your time let alone money with this organization. This by far the worst program I have ever been involved in. You are lucky to find a parking spot before you even enter the building. They don't know if you are home or away prior to the game and will change it just before game time so you have to change jerseys depending on what coach is friends is friends with what ref. The refs have different rules and don't even communicate during games so you would be lucky to have a fair game. I will do my absolute best to publicize my frustrations in Hope's no one wastes even one dollar or one minute of their time. Absolutely ridiculous. The fact that I even have to choose 1 star just to post how much of a waste this program is makes me hate it even more.

Dana: My kids have been taking classes here for a while and have not learned much of anything. Just a lot of rotations filled with less than basics. When one of my kids asked am I step toe for help with learning a skill, she was told to just do it, with no help or instruction.

Callee Botts: I was a gymnast here and when I wanted to tryout for team we got an email from one of the coaches that was supposed to go to my excel coach. That email said that the owner said that I can't even try out. Some of the coaches also were extremely rude and I could see and here all the mean stuff they were doing to the girls and making them cry all the time. I am now at a different gym Diamond academy gymnastics and love everything about it .

Essay Buddy: It’s just ok. My daughter was enrolled in gymnastic courses for 6 months prior to the pandemic. There are about 8 or so kids for each instructor, and they just aimlessly do free play at each station before rotating to the next station. Very little instruction and no improvement whatsoever. It’s just the same thing over and over each class. No direction from the young instructors that help the child actually progress
Tina Davis: So irritated with this place. Grandaughter was taking ballet classes here for almost 3 years. The teachers talked everyone into spending $300 more over the summer for dance camp. Told her how good she is and she will be on the dance team. One week before dance camp was to be done they dropped the whole ballet class. Now my granddaughter has no where else to go. And can't do what she looks ves to do. Shame on those teacher.

Amie Barrodale: The staff was aggressive with my son, pulling him around by the neck of his T-shirt and accusing him of being "mouthy." (He had just turned four years old, and had said, "No it's not!") After class, the teacher smiled at me, eyes sparkling meanly, and asked, "Is there a diagnosis?" When I dropped the f-bomb, she actually had the owner of the gym call me to tell me I wasn't welcome there anymore. I said that was all right, and told the gym owner what had happened, and she apologized.
Ashli Dale: Our daughter absolutely loves it at KC Gymnastics! We adore all of the staff. Not only do they push them to be better gymnast and also teach them important values to be respectful, responsible, independent & integrity.

Sailor Star14: We have hosted and attended many birthday parties here. Our kids absolutely love it, and have a blast. The rooms are a bit small for larger parties (15+), but they make up for it in spades! The staff has always been very friendly and accommodating. It's a fun, friendly environment that we will definitely be returning to!

The Staff was absolutely horrible and rude and prior to us getting kicked out one of the girls spent the whole time literally screaming at kids to “follow rules” they absolutely discriminated against my son and refused to make any exception to let him play even though other parents were aloud on the floor!!!!! This is the only open place I can take my daughter that doesn’t have a waitlist. Absolutely disgraceful. The owner must of died and nobody has been keeping up with it. There is no way you can own a place and not know the sanitary conditions of your facility. The men’s is identical, my husband used it the same day. If you’re restrooms look like this, you are cutting corners EVERYWHERE. What a joke. These are our children that have to use these filthy restrooms, it’s unbelievable. I’ll continue to share these pictures on social media until it’s fixed.
N. Hauser: Oh man, this place is amazing. I brought my 6 year old here for Open Play today, and she was in love. I’m always on the hunt for new places to take my kids. This place checks all my boxes: 1) Kid loves it, 2) Wears my kid out, 3) Good bang for your buck. I really appreciated that this place isn’t fancy, but rather VERY functional. A lot of thought was put into the layout of the play area, which really enhances the kids’ experience.

Alicia Walsh: We sent our daughter here for a couple months and had two main concerns: communication and safety. It’s nearly impossible to get ahold of someone with questions. We emailed multiple times and called about different lessons for our daughter and never got a response. Even when we asked in person we were assured someone would get back to us, and no one ever did.Second, and more importantly, there don’t seem to be any sort of enforced ratios for my daughters class, which is 4-5 year old beginners. Sometimes there would be 10+ kids with one teacher. It was impossible for the teacher to safely supervise the kids. Classes are very chaotic.
Hope Johnson: The renovated space downstairs is a great set up for younger gymnasts. The upstairs was not and the watch windows were so dirty you could barely see through them. Otherwise, the coaches were very young, never smiled, and didn’t have any interest in being there. They were grouchy and didn’t care about the little ones there. The little gymnasts never smiled either or looked like they were having any fun. Unkind behavior was tolerated between the gymnasts, mostly because the coaches truly didn’t care to deal with it. It was not a happy place. I would try somewhere else for a new gymnast. My daughter was tested on her skills and despite not knowing what she was doing, was graded as passing almost all skills. None of the little girls knew what they were doing and the coaches did not care. It was alarming to watch. I’m assuming she was passed so she could move along and keep attending classes. You’d think it would be a fun, high energy, learning space— it was not.
Josh Stevens: Our daughter has practiced competitively with Integrity for more than 3 years. She loves the gym, her coaches, and her friends here. Has also been great for her fitness and work ethic. On our part the gym is conveniently located and won't break the bank with fees.
Michele Markham: My daughter started here in recreational gymnastics, moved to the competitive team and has advanced to optionals. I cannot say enough good things about our experience at this gym. The owners, coaches, athletes at all levels and parents are forever friendships/family. The training, teamwork and integrity of their program have set a foundation for my daughter in gymnastics as well as life skills. Thank you Integrity!
Mastan Madina: I enrolled my 4 year old into this , facility is good it is huge it has lot of space and equipment but coaches are either high school kids or college freshers they don’t have any genuine interest in teaching the kids, most of the times my daughter don't know what she is doing as there is no proper guidance. Overall it is an average facility.

I have a daughter in each and have been nothing but impressed with the level of professionalism of the staff and coaches, the cleanliness of the gym and the variety of equipment and safety measures taken to keep the children safe. We have also attended birthday parties and camps here and have been very pleased with the quality and professionalism. Their coaches are all very experienced and the kids adore them all. I would strongly recommend this gym to anyone looking for gymnastics classes at any level, camps, birthday parties or special events. Definitely a well run business that cares deeply for their gymnasts.

Lee Fehr: I am not going to sign up for my kids any more. it was wasted my time and money. the teacher who teach my sons on today (05/09/23)is the bad teacher I ever see. he always being meant to my older son and always ignoring him. my son ask him the questions he never answer him. he tell my younger son jump on the tall monkey bar ( he not even can reach it) and he is not near by him to help at allafter the class finished they tell all the kids go outside play the bubbles. he let all the kids have a chance to play with the bubble gun except my older son(he stand right in front him and ask him for three times and he still didn't let him get a chance)what is wrong with you??? huh...... I pay money for you to teach my kids and you are not doing your job to teach them (they are the kids and when they don't know how to do and you not even show them how to make it)you should go some where to learn how to being a good couch before you get the job

Hannah Kelm: We attended open gym with our toddler today and, quite frankly, are surprised that this gym could operate with athletes in the condition it is. It’s incredibly dirty - the floors, the walls, the air. A very pungent and musty smell greets guests upon entrance. Dust coats the walls and cobwebs are found everywhere. The mats are old, some are split and exposing foam. The floors are filthy. The gym is, simply put, unkept.Two staff members are not nearly adequate to control the chaos of the max capacity crowd, especially when there are grown men-sized teenagers bouncing around one and two year olds. Parents are lackadaisical and inattentive, which honestly poses a danger to the littlest guests.We won’t be back, and parents who care about sanitation and safety shouldn’t either.

Well my schedule changed I called about getting a refund said someone would call me back no one did. I’ve called a few times and no response. One time I called they said it showed my daughter as showing up to a class before and she never went. So not impressed. Sad I wasted money on this location.

Jessica Holton: My daughter has been in class here for about 8 weeks. She enjoys it especially because one of her classmates from school is in her class but the whole place is an unorganized mess. Her class has WAY too many kids in it for them to be able to properly learn anything. A few weeks ago a little girl in her class split her head open and the instructors didn't even know because there are way too many kids for them to keep an eye on them properly. This poor girl walked through the gym all the way to her dad with blood pouring down her face and no one noticed. When we started we had no idea where to go or where she needed to be to join her classmates. No one spoke to us. We don't even know her coaches names. We were there for 8 weeks before they even knew who I was to have me sign the registration paperwork and safety wavers. I really wanted to like this gym and my daughter really loves gymnastics but I think we may need to find somewhere else.

Peggy Dickerson: I enjoyed watching my granddaughter in her first gymnastics meet. The meet was very organized and kids recognized nicely
Shaw 132: Within the first 10 minutes I wanted to leave. The young instructors were confused & didn’t provide any guidance for her. She was just standing there & ended up joining a random group. The teachers were uninterested & acted like they’d rather be somewhere else. At the end they stamped the kiddos hands and joined together in a circle. My little girl was the last to get stamped & missed the group huddle before all of the kids dismissed to leave. She ran to me sobbing. She cried the whole way home & doesn’t want to ever do gymnastics again. This was her first experience & I’m livid. I wouldn’t recommend anyone bring their child here.

Howard: Note that many of the five-star reviews here are from staff members!There are some very dedicated coaches at this gym and in the first few years we have some great experiences.However at the team level, the leadership is really *not great*. Communication is a real failure -- the coaches at the team meeting this year told the parents that "gossiping" was against team policy. Then about three minutes later several coaches and the owner, Heather, started gossiping during the meeting -- about another coach who was not present -- in front of all of the parents. Including giggling. *sigh*As a parent, if you speak up, you will be "blacklisted," and coach leaders will send you rude texts and emails. Or they will be rude to you in person and ignore texts.This is not an untrue account of what happens in this gym -- feel free to speak to other parents about it. After the previous team coach left, parents starting commenting about lack of communication. We were told that the previous coach "over communicated." New staff members struggled to even send emails to the right parents.I'm really sad that this gym continues to embrace this toxic culture and cannot see its own problems. It's a lot of money to spend to be treated this way.

Jason Ballou: You should be ashamed of yourselves. You managed to send a little kid home devastated and balling as I loaded her on the car. Good job. We showed up at 9:25 for the 9:30 sample class and checked in. The person working the counter introduced my daughter to the instructor, who told us that they would call her when the class begins. She had her remove her shoes & socks and take a seat. We did so, 20 feet away and right in the front. We sat there waiting for someone to call her for 25 minutes while one regular class after another started. No one called her, no one said anything about a sample class. The instructor never approached us or said anything else to us as I reined my daughter in for 25 minutes while she watched the other kids get to jump and play. As she was boiling over I decided to go up to the desk to see when her sample class was going to begin and was informed that she was supposed to be with the first class to start... 25 minutes ago. No one called her, as we were told that they would, and the response to the situation was that we could join the nearly finished class or we could try again next week. I get that most of the people working here are extremely young so it's easy to blame them but the fault here lies entirely with the management and their clear lack of a process for this.

Jack Tilton: We've been taking our daughter here for a few years now and are very happy with both the staff and her progress with her gymnastics. She really started to grow and expand on her skill set once we started at Xtreme. The facility itself is very well put together and clean. I definitely recommend trying it out!!
Lily Schuette: Very fun place sometimes you can snuggle but they don't care they will help you your way up don't give up at all times never say you can never do it because one day you will be able to do it it's an amazing place

Mark Martin: Very clean Gymnastics faculty! Expert staff that takes good care of the kids. Clean restrooms, great seating for parents.

Olivia Rohlfing: Went for a birthday party and my kiddo loved it. The lady that was helping was super good with the kids she was nice yet firm when they did something they weren’t supposed to. Now my kid wants a birthday party there!

Ashley Ann: Went here for my nieces birthday party yesterday and the party host little Miss Peppy Patty (unsure of her name) was just a bit too much. When my niece was opening her presents she began to pull the stuff out of the bags for her while her mother was standing right there. There was no reason for her to touch the gifts the way that she was. Then she kept telling my niece to tell everyone thank you for her gifts. Again both her parents were there so it was not necessary for her to grab things out of gift bags and trying to be the parent at the party. I do not recommend this place for birthday parties.

Aubrey Anderson: Came here many years ago for a church youth activity. There is quite a bit of gymnastics equipment allowed for folks to use. I have had several friends who bring their kids here and enjoy it. I think it is neat groups can come here for events (parties, etc) and that the gym can still cater to the needs of their students. Maybe one day this gym will produce the next Simone Biles 😄

LJ Verm: Everything seems decent here. Coaches were coaching. Gymnasts were doing gymnastics. Seating wasn't bad but could always be better. Building area is nice. Would recommend a look if you're looking for a gymnastics studio.

Travis Millaudon: Our daughter goes to a preschool program here and absolutely loves it. The teacher is fantastic and she keeps us well informed. I highly recommended her program if you have preschool age children.
JL Marin: Very organized, clean facility. My daughter goes for the unstructured playtime so I couldn’t speak as to the lessons (they are always full!), but the staff is great, the enrollment process is easy, and the COVID precautions (like the drop-off/pick-up process they’ve adopted in the last year) are an example of how they go above and beyond to take care of families. My daughter absolutely loves going to Mercury!

Benjamin Gonzalez: A great place to keep your kids busy. Big facility with lots of stuff to do on open gym nights. But if your looking to build your child’s skill set not so much. Our daughter was on a competitive team in Florida but was told she had to do recreational first. They said they would talk to the parents once a month but we have not heard any feedback. They put the kids through the same course every class to the point my daughter said she doesn’t want to go anymore because she is not being challenged and is not learning anything new. The instructors are high school kids who seem to just be going through the motions. My child craves a challenge and wants to learn more but this place has not talked at all about progression. We will be putting in our notice that we are leaving and looking for a new gym to get her into. Like I said before we will be back on PTA nights for open gym but she wants to go somewhere else to further her skills.
Sara Hawk: The staff was so rude and bossy. We will never attend another party there. Just a smile, please and thank you goes along way.
