Jesse Rowe: One of the best Asian buffets I've ever had usually not huge on Asian food, but all the food is fresh and constantly being changed. You literally want to try everything that they have. We always try local cuisines when out of town and this is top 5 when visiting kc area. Staff is prompt and friendly as well. No complaints at all. They even have party rooms as well as a huge dining area.Dietary restrictions: There's something for everybody.

Crab Rangoon bottom was soggy and top crispy part was beyond the stale. Had to wait 30 min for this. Ate here because Mandarin house is closed on Tuesday. Next time I'll wait. Gold Lion Chinese Restaurant worker claimed customers could not wash their hands as no customer facilities were offered. I really wanted to like this place but I'm honestly leaning towards avoiding a second chance. And yes... that a toy dispenser that only has empty balls...

I paid $12:00 for the meal and a bottle of water .Because the fountain drinks were out! I tried getting hot sauce from a container by the register and it was a nasty sticky mess! Corey Dye: Grill "has been broken", nothing but fried chicken. I asked to get one of the only non fried items at the regular cost since they didn't have any sort of grilled chicken. I was denied the cost reduction of $1.25 so I left without buying anything. If you don't want to make up for your shortcomings and make a good customer experience you should just close the location. I will avoid this location in the future and let everyone I know that enjoys panda to also avoid this location. ZERO STARS. ZERO STARS. ZERO STARS.
Tracy Renay: I have tried 6 different Panda Expresses. THIS PLACE GETS ADDED TO THE VERY LONG LIST OF PANDA EXPRESSES TO AVOID. What a shame, as this location WAS the absolute only one who’s food tasted good. I no longer live in the area but was passing through and decided to stop since I have yet to find any other Panda Express who’s food tastes even half way decent. Well...fair warning to all...they no longer offer most food options. They said they no longer have the “capability” to cook most of the Panda Express food options, because they no longer have the equipment needed. WHAT? Seriously? Evidently, the owner has decided to no longer provide the essential cooking implements needed in order to cook the food.

If they saw that the risotto had been refilled, people were just stepped right in because they had been waiting. Unlike their brunch we were used to, there was no selection of desserts. In fact, our server told us desserts were included as we asked for a check. The cheesecake we received was warm. Seriously… Warm. Our server was very nice and we didn’t ask for a manager to complain because who wants to be that person on Mother’s Day. But we will never ever go back.
Elizabeth Mitchell: Not a good experience. Went for Mother’s Day, it’s like they didn’t plan for it to be busy. The hostess was rude rude rude. We had to wait for her to stop and yell at the kitchen staff as we passed. I watched them make an elderly lady struggle up a step to her table. Like they can’t accommodate handicap/elderly people..? It was SO hot. It was supposed to be a brunch but there was nothing breakfast related..? The food that was there was okay but it was a buffet and they weren’t keeping up with changing out the empty dishes. A huge fight was happening behind the bar. The staff were screaming at each other and dropping fbombs. So unprofessional. The cheesecake was warm. 48 dollars a plate not worth that at all. Our waiter was stretched between too many tables and he was trying to keep the peace between the staff that were fighting. He was hurrying but everything he did took 10-15 minutes. We were there for two plus hours. When he brought the check he didn’t give us a pen. I had a small child and did not have anymore time to wait for a pen. I went to ask the hateful hostess but she wasn’t there. The line of people waiting to be seated was out the door. I just reached behind the host stand and signed my bill with a crayon. You can tell by the lack of owner interaction on their Facebook and google review pages that the owner obviously does not care. You could not pay me to go back. What a waste of a Mother’s Day.
Danny Smith: We went for Mother's Day brunch. Several problems: They've raised the price to the brunch drastically. And food lacked seasoning. Example: the polenta, risotto, corn, and shrimp and grits( lacked shrimp) were all seasonless. The chicken was something you'd make at hm. The ceaser salad was turning brown. The back room was warm. The live music was too loud. Dessert was also scarce and only 1 per guest- so much for a buffet. You could tell the brownie was frozen. Plus the brownies wasn't even uniformed.

Micheal Salmon: Went to eat at 2:30 so there was no rush. It took 20 minutes for us to get sat although there was no wait. Then it took us 50 minutes to get our food, When I asked for a second order to go that order finished before my main order. Then they placed both into a to go Box and that's how I was served. No adjustments to bill, only blame on the kitchen.
Andrea Scott: We went here for dinner yesterday and had the soup, salad and breadsticks. I had the Chicken & Gnocchi soup. Everything tasted pretty good. However, when I was eating the soup at the bottom of the bowl, I felt something hard in my mouth. I thought it might be a piece of bone that had somehow gotten into the soup. I pulled it out of my mouth and it was shiny. It was a metal shaving that was about an inch long. We informed them of this and they were very nonchalant like it happens every day. The waitress asked me did I think it came off the bag of soup. How would I even know that? The first manager we talked to only said that it wasn't supposed to be in there. Yeah, no s**t. They offered me another bowl like I was supposed to have any confidence eating their soup after that. They did make sure to get rid of the evidence quickly. Due to their lack of true concern, I have no confidence that they got rid of that batch of soup. Needless to say but I was very upset and disappointed in this experience. I will not be going back to this Olive Garden because most of them have no real concern for their customers.
