Joey Lutes: Had some downtime while my vehicle had tire work done next door, so I stopped into Hy-Vee Market Grille for lunch. I was one of 3 people in the restaurant but the waitress was very attentive and took good care to make sure I enjoyed my visit. The burger I ordered was truly delicious - very well-cooked, fresh and juicy. I had ordered tots with it, but she returned to tell me they were out of Tots per the chef - no problem, fries were fine. A few minutes after my burger came, the chef came out with hot tots telling me she had found some.Delightful experience made possible by staff who very obviously take pride in their job. I'll be back!

Ivy Pellerito: My sister-in-law and I went for Sunday breakfast. We were told at the counter that the restaurant was full-service. I have worked in the food industry and give a lot of grace, but the service was awful, the food was mediocre after waiting about 40 minutes when the restaurant wasn't even busy. Watching the camera of the kitchen, it was apparent the cook was hustling the whole time we were there. It was disorganized from the time we sat down. Not really sure who are server was because we had to ask whoever was nearby anytime we needed something. We will not be back nor recommend it.

Crystal Henry: It has gone down hill. It had potential. It was better as a sit down restaurant with help specifically for the restaurant. They got rid of my favorite items on the menu and hiked the prices up a lot higher.
