jeanie “Sunshine” hendrix: This Hallmark is Awesome!! The shelves are FULL of everything you need or want. So many things are collectible- Especially all those amazing little ornaments. Wrapping paper, bags, tissue for wrapping, bows, tags, tons of Cards for every occasion, and so many great items for children & still lots more to see. It would take me, at minimum, a Few-Several Hours to see everything they have. This, by far, is one of the top Best Hallmarks I've been in and I'll be back often!!If you, your child or someone you know is a collector of "Peanuts" (Snoopy is prominent but there are more so no worries) then you must go! There are so many Great little gifts throughout the store!!It's across the street from Independence Center Mall, 2-3 store fronts east of Kohls. Wheelchair accessible and plenty of handicap parking spots.Go ahead and have a nice looksy around!! You Will Enjoy It 😉😊!Next time I go, which should be within a couple days,I will take pics & add to this review!

Alyce Williams: I truly enjoyed shopping here they have a wide variety their staff definitely knows the merchandise and they have awesome local merchandise there as well if you're needing something for the Chiefs or any of the local colleges this definitely a place you would want to look at. The staff are very friendly a great place to go and hang out and find unique pieces from women's clothing to household goods it's a fun place to shop I definitely must go to.

The staff were kind, calm, and soft spoken. The store had an inclusive feel. Both 🚪 were open welcoming customers to come and go as they pleased.

Sheila Bates: My daughter & I stopped by the store this evening, both ladies were awesome. Anna did me a huge favor. We're going to the Christmas Convention tomorrow to see the Hallmark stars & I couldn't find my Christmas Hallmark reusable bag. (Buried in my basement storage). Anna found one in the back for me! Deb is a pure delight! Anna also personally escorted my daughter to the Just Because card section, which shows that these two go above and beyond for their customers. We promised to return next Friday night to give them an update on the convention. We're definitely Team Friday Night Crew!

Not only did we find the exact card we wanted with the exact sentiment we wanted, but we also found about bought most of their newest LGBTQ+ line. I: only reason not rated 4 stars is that only a quarter of the store is stocked with cards - the rest is gifts, nik-naks, what-nots. but, the nice young lady who helped me was very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. she gets 5 stars.

Stephanie Petersen: Hallmark gift and card shop located in Creekwood Commons at N.Oak and Englewood Rd, on the SW end between T-Mobile and Diagnostic Imaging. I'm not what you call much of a Hallmark type, but I stopped in here to waste a little bit of time one evening and was pleasantly surprised. I was not upsold anything I didn't need, but instead ended up striking up a rather friendly conversation that kept me in the store browsing long enough to make a purchase that I would never would have made otherwise. Hunter and Teresa were both absolutely lovely, lovely people. They were friendly and chatted while I browsed (there was no one else in the store) and then I watched as a lovely young mother came in to purchase a gift for her daughter and Teresa was absolutely wonderful with her. I ended up with a couple of things that I just love. Frankly, I probably could have gotten something similar online for cheaper, but I wouldn't have had that experience. Consider me a Hallmark girl from now on.

Tara B: I was less than impressed with the customer service here. I have had the Hallmark rewards card for some time now but never took advantage of the free just because cards. I had received and email stated free card just for dad's day. So I thought why not. I went in, grabbed a father's day card for $2.99 and checked out. She rang up the card and put the card in a bag along with an envelope seal. The cashier then went to put the receipt in the bag when I mentioned that this was my first time ever using this reward, even though I had had the card for awhile, which she then proceeded to tell me she couldn't sell it to me because it was the wrong card. 🤦 So she then proceeded to show me where the "just because" cards are and I asked why the email said dad's day but none of the just because cards were for father's day and she said I don't know. She then tells me she is going to have to return the card she already sold me and that I can either pay the $2.99 or she can just void the transaction. I told her to just void it because I was trying to use the reward. She couldn't figure out how to void the transaction so she had to get the manager involved, who was in the back, to explain how to void the transaction. It wasn't the best customer service experience I have had and I definitely didn't feel valued as a customer.
RedBullKC: Great place to find a gift for the "difficult" person that has everything! From fun, to funny, or love to friendship, they have it all! Lots of clothing and accessories to household goods galore! Spectacular selection and worth the visit! The staff is helpful and knowledgeable about their stock! We've never been disappointed with anything purchased! The store is clean inside and out! Have fun and enjoy!

Martine Munoz: I’m pretty amazed that this location has 4 star review, I walk in there were two women at the cash wrap they did greet me. I walked around this entire store no one asked if I needed help are if I’m finding everything okay, the store was not busy. I go over to the cards I’m shopping for two cards, it was an employee with a Chiefs shirt on older lady working scanning cards with a cart. I came by her at least 4 different times not only did she not speak she didn’t ask if I needed help nor tried making the cart so I could look for cards. I finally found what I needed I went to the cash wrap to check out, I asked the other older lady was the lady wearing the Chiefs shirt a manager. She told me she was a key holder and did I need help, I told her no because I knew I was going to write this review. Long story short terrible customer service!! Will not be coming back it amazes me who we put in management roles.
