L L: There were several men who delivered my baby grand. They all introduced themselves. They put out blankets on the floors and a bumper pad on the doorways as to not dent them. The piano and every part to it was securely wrapped as well. They explained everything they were doing as they did it. All of them were very professional and it was obvious they had done this many times before. This isn’t your untrained group of men.
DAR Strategies: Positive:Professionalism,QualityZach, Jake and Brandon are a three man wrecking crew! We have insanely heavy furniture and they made it look like child's play. On time, advance call with eta, wrapped up a large move for us 30 minutes early. Highly recommend these guys.

They did get our giant impossible to move mattress dirty, but explained that they tried their best to lift it. Angie St John: Rooms were clean and comfortable. Met family for a mini vacation and had a great experience with all of the staff, especially Josh who was on the evening shift. We were able to meet downstairs to socialize and play board games with the kids and not have to cram 8 people into one of the rooms and possibly bother other guests. Thank you for a great weekend!!Nearby activities: Close to the sports stadiums, and easy access to downtown, Crown Centre and casinosSafety: Security onsite was nice as well as the front needing a key card to enter after 11p.m.Walkability: Close to some shopping, although we were there for a concert and talking the kids to Worlds of Fun, Science City @ Union Station and so was not able to walk the trail behind the hotel.Food & drinks: Wonderful food choices in the area, LOVED Black Bear Diner, a MUST if anyone wants great food!

Mentoria Moments: I give them no rate! I’ve had my reservations for weeks I have even called to check on my reservation. I paid for it in cash upfront just to be told they do service the community around them because people have brought things and people that wasn’t supposed to. I’m still trying to figure out how that had anything to do with me I’ve never had a room there and wouldn’t dare give them a dime now. PUT ON YOUR WEBSITE YOU DON’T WANT LOCAL BUSINESS.
