WinterStone Golf Course: what do users think?
Chris Bolek: Good course. They take good care of it, full service pro shop, good views. Solid course.
Quentin Delgado: Great course
shaun hrncir: Course was in good shape!
Banner. A: Beautiful, love playing this course.
Bill Rice: Great conditions, really fun golf course
Hubble Hill (Hub): Nice course, folks running it are always easy going and informative. Greens are nice and well kept.
Charles Barney: Great course to play on just a little expensive
Lee Triggs: Always a Good Test and in Great Shape !
Zach Lebold: Update: amazing course. Lots of challenging holes and greens. Can't wait to come back in the summer to play it again.I'm going to be playing this course tomorrow for the first time, I'll update this review if it's not a good experience. but since there's no way to reply tk other reviews, I want to clarify some 1 star reviews that I'm seeing.Every course I have ever played at doesn't allow you to drive close to the greens. Even if courses are allowing you to drive on fairways, there's always a do not cross area of about 50 yards around the green. If you drive in that area, you're most likely going to damage that area and ruin the experience for others, so the staff is more than within their rights to tell you what to do or what not to do.Giving the course a one star review because you were rightly told to stay off areas around the green is absurd.
Tim Luckey: The landscape is beautiful. This is one of the best courses in Independence. A few holes are a bit challenging, but it is worth every penny.
Jeff Magel: Fantastic Facility
Brenda Scott: Great golf course
Adam Turner: Great course! One of my new faves
Gene: Course is always in great shape. Greens were very good 👍
Julian Froilan: We had our company tournament this weekend. After the shotgun start we played our way up to hole 8. A marshall drove up and said we were moving at a 7 hr pace and causing a back up. "We don't want you here all day so let's pick it up a bit." I didn't think we were that far behind being short a player anyway but ok we'll hurry it up. We didn't even finish that hole before he came back asking why we were playing off this ball and if we even knew how a 4 man scramble works. We spoke a bit more and he drove off. On the fairway of hole 9 we were asked to stop where we were, pick up and move to hole 13. We complied, skipping the group ahead of us. We finished out the couse from there. I didn't shoot two of the remaining holes we had just to move us along. We return to the clubhouse under the impression we were stragglers. We found out we had finished 5th and there were actually 8 more teams behind us. So why did we have to skip 3 entire holes? We waited at the clubhouse another 45 minutes and the rest of our teams still hadn't returned so we left.I enjoy the course itself and the staff is usually friendly. Just not very appreciative of how we were treated this time around.
Ken Halford: Fun course. Hilly and narrow in places. Quick greens. It's October and the fairways could use more water. Turning brown.
Josh Gage: I am relatively new to golf only ever played about 5 times in my life other than going to the driving range. The course is very attractive I'd say. I shot my first ever birdie here. Beyond sometimes waiting for a few groups I have no complaints and that can't be put on the course so all things considered this is a very nice place to play.
pyroplop: Pretty difficult, nice course
Derek S: Such a well designed, well maintained course. Absolutely worth every penny. A gem of a course in KC if i do say so myself!!
Kevin Treece: Nice set up
b l: Was good for holding a benefit tourney.

Drumm Farm Golf Club: what do users think?
Nick Becker: I thoroughly enjoyed playing this course. It’s pretty open which allows plenty of opportunities to hit driver. The conditions were above average with some of the better bunkers I’ve seen at similar courses in the metro. They definitely seemed pretty busy on the Saturday, and didn’t clean the carts between rounds
Jerry Bollinger: The course and club house were nice. I’d play it again. It could use a few more signs to direct you between holes, though.
Landon Rogers: Great experience today! Never backed up until 18 and that wasn’t even too bad. Not sure if you all made any changes but if you did it helped. Thanks!
Larry Bukovac: Signage at the course was very poor so that it was difficult at times to get to the next hole. The course itself was in good shape. Greens were all great. There were 4 or 5 tee boxes and the same number of fairways that needed some work. Great clubhouse
Jack Dillon: Great course! Very fun to play. Helpful and courteous staff. A GPS device definitely helps on this course.
Ryan Branstetter (Personal): Good course, nice layout, and good pace of play. Greens were very sandy but that's probably just timing.
Don Myers: Slow play. Took almost 5 hrs to complete round. Saw the Marshall once during our whole round. Other than the slow play it was a good round of golf and beautiful day to play. Will play again.
Edward Mckinney: Great course and awesome staff
Keith Menard: Early in the year. Greens are great, all the people there are really friendly. Another 2 weeks and the fairways will be perfect. I would come back and play again.
Jacki Kendall: Course getting dry and forward tee boxes need help. Don't see much improvement as promised to course.
Josiah Candillo: GOLF!
Richard DeBusk: We play the executive course regularly. In general, the tee boxes are in terrible shape. Rest of the course is in good condition.
stephen sampsell: The only reason it's not 5 stars is because of pace of play. Teed off at 8:52 am. The group in front of looked to have two of the four players that might struggle. We meet them on every tee box. They were really slow on the green. They really slowed down on the greens. It became a bit frustrating! We finished in 4 hours and 20 minutes. I know that's a good pace of play. Only thing is, it could have been 3 1/2 hour round. They never got on the correct placement on every hole! By the end they were probably a hole and half behind. It was backing up behind us before we got to the back nine. The marshall came out 3 times. By the second or third meeting with them and noticing how behind they were and how backed up it's getting, he should tell them to pick-up and move to move the tee. Tell them to keep pace with the group ahead.Have not played DF for a number of years. The course was in excellent shape and the greens ran fast!Well come out more often! Thanks and take care!
Dennis Cato: Was going to play the executive course. As I was paying, schools came into play. It seemed to be a surprise. I went on out and played the first two holes. Soon a large group of students was on every hole. I was unable to finish. I went into the pro shop to let them know. I was told there would be some sort of help for my next round. I was in yesterday and no one seemed to know anything about this. It is hoped when you pay it would be to play.
Chris Pernicci: Back nine start. On the 14th hole we were approached by the lady at the front counter, not the Marshall about playing slow. I was in a twosome and confused about the approach since there was 2 foursomes in front of us and a foursome behind us. I ask the lady if it made since that the twosome would be in the middle of the pack would cause slow play. She just said it was the group behind us. We confronted the group behind us and found it it was a Marshall who worked there playing but his day off with friends. - not a classy way to approach the situation. Won’t be back
Scott - Tish Johnson: This is my home course. The course is average. Nothing special. The staff is great. Melanie is the best bar maid on the planet. She makes the great life members feel welcome. Great life has killed the value for us members but for the rest of the golfers. It's just an average golf course. Par 3 course is a good warm spot as well. The practice facilities are unwhelming, to say the least.
John G.: A great lay out & always a fun place to play!
Bill Fields: The course and the greens are in great shape for this time of the year.
Tylar Reeder: Pretty solid staff. Check in was a breeze and carts where in good condition. They just aerated the beginning of the week but they had it posted on their site when I booked so I went in knowing and was able to adjust my game. The grounds crew did a pretty good job keeping the fairways up through the winter. This was my first time playing this course in 10 years, and I'll definitely be coming back.
Lyle n Roxy Wittrock: Staff seemed to appreciate our business. Will golf it again.
Ben Davis: Very friendly staff, greens rolled nice and 90 degree rule was nice rather than cartpath only

Stone Canyon Golf Club: what do users think?
George Russell: One of the BEST in Missouri. Very scenic. Make sure not to play Tips, unless you can BOOM your drives with accuracy. More of a "Links course" Very few tees, but the rough is deadly...lightening fast greens with tough pin placements. Make sure to get TEE time a in advance It was tough course all around... ✌️
David Hoelzel: Great track... tough but beautiful. Fairways, greens, and tees are in perfect condition. A must play in the KC area.
Connor Gorman: Great course. Worth the drive. Will test the amateur golfer without a doubt.
Augster O: This is a true gem of a course in the KC area. You basically need a cart because there are lots of extreme hills and some long drives between holes, but that’s the only negative. This course is awesome. So many unique and cool holes, I can’t wait to go back and try again. Great conditions. Something for everyone.I was enjoying playing the holes so much, I didn’t even take any pictures. Pictures don’t really capture what you see with your eyes due to all the topography. Forced carries. Point to point shots. Risk/reward shots. The course has it all.I could play Stone Canyon again and again and I doubt I’d ever get tired of it. It’s not just one of my favorite KC courses, it’s one of my favorite courses I’ve ever played. Probably top 10 of the 500+ courses I’ve played. I’d have to think about it, but it’d be up there.Great job Stone Canyon. So much fun I can’t wait to play again.
Mike Deering: Very nice folks, pro, and course is always in good shape. Call ahead, as they randomly close the range (so before your round, if you need to warm up, call).
Derek Lewis: I would rate it a zero if I could. I will not be back after todays experience with Kellen or whoever the opener was. Extremely rude both on the phone and in person. Turned away the entire foursome based on the experience with him.
RYAN SPEARS: Same 9 guys play 5 hours every weekend with the first tee time and with no regard for golf etiquette. Some how they get carts pulled out play 5 and let no one threw.
Rick Mongold: The course was a lot better than I was
Ritch Nigh: Course is in decent shape, some of the bunkers are in pretty bad shape with grass growing in them and the liner showing in places but overall the fairways are pretty good and the greens are pretty good.
Dennis Collins: Course was in great shape!
Brian Sterling: What a beautiful golf course it must be one of the best in KC area
Ron Woods: Another beautiful track to make sure you play. Has a number of challenging holes. Played the Bronze tees as a 12 handicap. 6200 yards. Next time will play the White Bronze combo at 6000 yards. Much friendlier distance in my opinion. Conditions were impeccable. Greens were fast but run true. Alot of undulating greens. GPS on carts is a plus as well. It is a must play.
David Scheerer: Rude staff
Eamonn MacLachlan: Course was in great shape, our pace of play was excellent as well. Felt like we had the course almost to ourselves. The greens are very challenging and were in great shape. Short game needs to be on or you can find yourself rolling off on into a more challenging part. The Marshall was also very nice, doing his job, and helpful
Derek S: Top 5 golf course in KC. Always in amazing shape, plush fairways and pristine greens. Highly recommend this course to anyone and everyone playing in KC!
Joe Fernandez: Top notch, huge selection in food and beverages, staff is great. Got to go back!
Austin Kautzer: The course is actually quite nice for what they charge, but the deal breaker is the atrocious pace of play. 5 hours and 15 minutes and the course has holes open all over the place. Foursome in front of us with a bunch of hackers waiting for the group in front of them to clear the green on short par 4s, then proceeds to duff 50 yard shots off the tee. Rangers and pro shop guy ineffective at doing anything to reprimand the jokers slowing down the whole course.
Todd Hare: Challenging course for us hacks, but beautiful to drive.
Chris Bolek: Gorgeous backdrops, interesting hole designs, really tough greens and pin positions. This is one of the nicest places I’ve ever played. Went during fall so the landscape was incredible.
Josepb Wilkins: One of my top places to play golf,
Doug Stone: One of the most unpleasant golf experiences in my life. It does rate above having my catalytic converter stolen at Blue River Golf Course parking lot in Swope Park, but otherwise...ridiculous pin placements, course played over 200 yards more than the card yardage do to almost every pin being placed at the back of the greens with most of them perched on a mound so that hitting a shot near the pin was near impossible. Also the single stupidest par five I've ever played. #15 playing some 580 yards with after hitting a 260 yard drive one needs to hit a 3 wood nearly 230 to carry a creek guarding the green. Otherwise you lay up with a 4 iron or so and then hit a 150 yard shot to the green. Basically a par 6 from the two back teens. Glad I played it, beautiful and well manicured, but now I know it's not worth the drive.

William Yates Sprint Disc Golf Course: what do users think?
Rj Kelly: Course changed quite a bit, still same short holes but a lot of pin placements on the hill and/or out of view. Much more challenging course especially on a windy day.
Tangy Gleets: I'm new to the game, and I am really starting to love it. But I think this course is kinda weird to follow. Any other local course I walk into, and understand how to play. I think it could use improvements, just like my game 🤣!
Alex Duey: Ive played here for a very long time sense it was built actually, and its the only place i'll take beginners if your wanting a highly competive course that the prose play at then this isnt it. but for a fun technical short distance course that beginner friendly its perfect.
Maxwell Krem: Interesting 18-hole disc golf course arrayed around the perimeter of an elementary school. Roughly the first 2/3 of the course play through fairly dense forest, and the holes make up for the short distance with lots of obstacles and out of bounds areas. The remainder of the holes are fairly wide open. I generally like the layout, with a variety of different types of doglegs and uphill/downhill.Downsides: layout can be a little bit confusing, and basket placement can sometimes differ drastically from how the holes are marked (-1 star). When I finished hole 17, I found that the gates allowing me to proceed to hole 18 were locked (-1 star), and I had to retrace my steps around the school to go back and finish.
Samantha Zelenka: Super fun course! And best for evening play as it includes the campus of the elementary. Its got some good challenge and a variety with some trees and open field. It took us a few visits to really learn the holes because the course isnt the best marked but its also flexible enough to shorten (we bring our toddler). No public bathrooms so go before you throw and have fun!
DF Disc Golf: Great course for all ages! Bring UDisc with you to follow the course and current layout. I really enjoy this course it has ace runs for more advanced players but also has sum very tight lines as well!
Yasmin Mustic: Needs more work. Poison ivy and tall grass everywhere. The signage is pretty vague or missing as well.
Adam McRill: It goes through and around an elementary school so it may not all be accessible during school hours.
Emmanuel Dorn: Good course, some box/baskets were a bit confusing, however this was first time family and I played this course.
ANGRY MAMA: Let me preface this review with a statement: I love any opportunity to play disc!! It's my favorite thing to do⛳ However, this course is not inviting or organized 😭😢 Holes are every which way, no flow to the course whatsoever. You have to guess where to go to the next hole. Take a look at my map!! Holes 1-12 have terribly short tee pads. The other holes (that I was able to find) have amazing tee pads. I maybe got in 12 holes or so due to not being able to find the tee pads or figure out which way to go. There are no trash cans or benches either. I will not be returning and I wouldn't recommend this course to anyone until there's a major overhaul and a cleaned up course.
stephen kelsey: It's so much fun.... Well not because we're disc golfing cause it snowed and the hills here are amazing to sled on......!!
Dan Riggs: This is a really fun course with the new layout. It will be a lot better o ce they get the tee pads in.
James Schultz (Legendary): Easy course there are no tees past hole 12. So I stopped there. Still a few unnumbered baskets to play around with after that. About 150' per hole all par 3.
Anthony Seng: Paths are overgrown and in need of some maintenance. Lots of trees and bushes to lose disks. I also think the last 6 holes have been removed but hopefully that means they are rebuilding.
Dustin Klamm: Fun fun fun
Kyle Hanner: First time. Just passing through. Fun smaller course. Shot -5. So it kinda makes you feel good
Kyle Blaylock: Don’t go here if you are expecting any kind of challenge. I used to play 4 times a week at Rosedale, now I only play about once or twice a year. Im no pro but this is clearly a course setup for kids and beginners. I came here because I moved to the area and thought I would check it out. No trash cans at any of the holes. Poor driving pads. Average hole of 140’. I only used my mid a couple of times, other than that, all putter.
ryan heinlein: Amazing course
Alexander Vallar: My family and I wanted to get out the house and participate in a physical activity before Thanksgiving dinner.  We decided to check out this discs golf course for fun. It was my first time playing in a while and the course was great for rusting players/beginners. I can't wait to visit the William Yates Elementary course again!
McKenzie Robbins: Wish there were more trash cans that were empty
Stephanie Spillars: Very Good course! One of my favorites. Worth traveling to

Blue Springs Country Club: what do users think?
K C: The staff were exceptionally nice. I have played here several times this year. This was my First year playing here. I would recommend this club to my friends and family.
Rick Ammons: enjoy the golfing - sad the 19th hole is never open
George Russell: EXTREMELY TIGHT. Small greens, but in Great shape. The rough was thick, Not tall, but very THICK. Distance is never huge problem, but you have to be accurate. Greens can be tricky and very slick, depending on the day .Very affordable, with excellent staff. The cart woman was on it. She could remember your order from your past purchase. That was an incredible round. TOP 5 in KCMO.
Gary Schamberger: The course is in good shape. Friendly staff.
bobby bonner: Great service, challenging course, greens are super
paul howard: Great life has invested in upgrades with the bunkers and greens. Course is a joy and challenge to play.
Mike Deering: It depends on the time of year, on the course and ratings. It's beat up in places, and in golf you get what you pay for.
Derek Hileman: Need additional staff ASAP, two people can’t run a Saturday full of golfers…
Gerald Vick: Riley is outstanding
Colton Campebll: Always overbooked on the weekends. Make sure you add at least an hour to your tee time because there won’t be enough carts to go around. We got through 9 holes in 4 hours because the course was so backed up before we just decided to just leave. Should be criminal to charge 50 whatever dollars for morning times in the middle of winter especially with the course in this condition.
J R: Left over 4 voice mail messages, still haven't received a returned call. Can't imagine holding any type of event here. Sure hoped to.
Jerry Brokaw: Just joined the fitness center today. Looks like a overall nice facility. Looking forward to using it often.
Mick Craven: Fun course. Nice people.
Charles Cox: Paid $60 and the course was in bad shape. Charge $40 when the course is in that shape. Won’t play it again at that price.
Austin Allen: Not well taken care of
martin sustaita: His will taking care of it's real nice golf course
Jonathan Mings: It was a beautiful Golf Course
Steve Karwoski: Some of the greens could be in better shape. Overall not a bad course
Randy Smith: Very disappointed in the course. Rates are higher than many of the better tracks in town and certainly not worth the price. New sand, not one bunker was racked and the left over sand must have been put on the majority of the tee boxes.
William Whitworth: Played today, very disappointed at the cost, $61, told the cost increase was due to throwing some sand in the bunkers, also no walking green fee is disappointing, won't be back
Jeannette Warren: Great place for golf!

Our Guests KEPT saying: "This place is SO amazing, it must have cost a fortune!" AND IT DIDN'T! ALL of our guest were amazed. The beautiful lighting, the windows that showed the water and course, The tables and linens, I could just go on and on, but you'll have to see it with your own eyes.My wife and I will 1000% be telling everyone that is looking to book an event, to go here! The staff... so kind!! They let us use their TV screens for our pictures, and provided the speaker system for our music. They put together out dance floor, etc.I can't say this enough.. if your looking for an event center.. just go speak to them! Royal Meadows Golf Club: what do users think?
Tim Liberty: Beautiful greens great personel
Mark Yendrek: Fairways are about 50/50 dirt, grass. Greens have alot of grass but are the slowest I've seen.
Evan: The head guy who owns the place really cares about the course (he gave us ball retrievers in case we hit any in the water) LOL thanks again! And a lady that drives around on a cart ensures good course conditions (pace of play, no trash around, etc). It's a very fun track in KC and the tee time price is equal to what you get out there.
Marshall Wethington: Short course but fun
aidan kullot: Garbage course
Tom L: The coarse was nice. The staff and how they run it we're terrible! Well overbooked first of all. Many people In wait to tee off. Had a 2:46 tee time didn't tee off till 3:30 staff continued to say they were on time. Staff was very rude and had no food ready after 9. Took 3 and a half hours to play 13 holes. Had to stop because daylight was gone. Never again
Wesley: Friendly staff. Wide open course.
John Stoner: Best 2 balls I hit was when I stepped on the rake.
Gene: Course should only be charging 20 during the week and 35 on weekends. Boxes were horrible, fairways were horrible, and greens were just as bad. My teenager could take better care of the grass than these guys. Will not go back
Garek Peters: Recently played in a corporate event here and I was thoroughly impressed. Course is very wide open with OB around the perimeter. For the drought we are in, greens and tee boxes are in great shape! Check this course out if you’re looking for a course to play with players of all levels! Par 3s are very short for the most part
Logan Fortney: Great course. Always availability
Ernie Ellermann: This course is on the Great Life track of death. Dead grass in fairways, busted cart paths and no 9 hole of or late day rates. It was barely worth the under hand cash only deal (that the clubhouse guy) put in HIS till.
John Vaughn: Fairways are filling in nicely. Greens were mowed and putted fairly consistently. Staff is friendly and welcoming.
Ronald Bates: Price right
Dr Robert Boles: Good place need a job there
Michael Mixon: The most improved golf course good tee boxes good fairways and improved greens it's a golf friendly course. Management is great growns keepers do a very good job.We are now in October and i will say this is a diamond in the rough the fairways are very nice and the greens are awesome you guys have done a wonderful job putting this golf course back i appreciate all the work that has put back into this course we the members and golfers around the area thank you.
Cindy Sue: Fun little par 70 course, friendly staff!
John Barszczak: Decent course lots of bare spots and greens were in pretty good condition
Owen Sloan: Good golf course getting a little dry. Has enough holes to challenge the average golfer.
David DeCamp: When we got there the first thing I was told is they were at least 15 minutes behind on tee times. We had a 2:45 so I really wasn’t surprised or worried much at this time of day. Thankfully our twosome was matched up with another or else I might have gone crazy. The pace of play was horrific. We waited 29minutes on the 5th tee box for two foursomes in front also waiting on the tee box. From there on out it was a 5 minute wait per shot minimum. 3 hours 11 minutes for nine holes. Two groups ahead of us left at the turn. That out us two groups behind the problem. We noticed three groups ahead had a par 5 and par 4 ahead of them completely empty. One Marshall on the entire course, never came close enough to ask why he wasn’t doing anything about it.90 degrees and the water jugs were all empty. There was a beverage cart with wonderfully melted candy bars for 2.50.55$ for a round was not even remotely worth it. The greens were so slow and long. The bumps on them are unreal, and there were more than three different lengths on them. Whoever cut them has no business doing it.
Douglas Attebery: Premium price with nothing about the course, carts or clubhouse that are close to premium

Prehistoric Putt: what do users think?
Peggy Bollin: Very interesting at a fair price
Jack Patrick: It's a fun place for anyone of any age. It's not crazy expensive either. I've been there at leased 6 time since they opened. I will most likely be going back again to beat my best score.
Ryan Griswold: So much fun! The perfect place to go on a double date or hang with friends! We loved it!
lucinda brown: Had such a great time!
Kyle S: Tons of fun, went with the wife and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. 2 fun 18 hole courses, both requiring a touch of skill and a pinch of good luck to make par. They also have a course for those 21 and over, and they sell alcohol. All in all a good time.
Brenda Morgan: Young lady at front desk was very friendly and informative. Clean, fun, friendly atmosphere.
Paul Bussell: Great place to play mini golf me and my daughter had a blast
Dylan Engel: The best putt putt in the city hands down!
Bethany Benham: So much fun! Extra challenges and fun tee-off alternatives. I haven’t don’t the adult course yet but it looks like a lot of fun to do with a group
Melissa Sterne: Great place to take family. Indoor putt putt golf. Good time
Candice “Momma B” Barlow: This was such a fun family night. We knew it was mini golf, but.... We had no clue it would be such a fun adventure! This is a fair priced attraction for the whole family!
Rose Henry: Fantastic mini-golf. Very creative courses and a lot of fun. Expect lots of children and noise.
Garrison Smith: Fun and challenging. Friendly, helpful staff. Highly recommend.
Chris Ellis: We came here with one other family and had a great time playing golf. Definitely worth the money and time spent with my family.
lisa ramos: Great family fun for all ages. Cool challenging courses and reasonably priced.
Michael Young: So much fun, variety and the staff is phenomenal…must stop and play. They have 2 18 hole courses and a 9 hole adult course with beverage service!
sara farall: It was so fun!! We tried the harder one. But the easy one lookes so fun too! We will definitely be back and try the adult one! It looked so funnnn!
Peachiz Malone: Not crowded, We had the party room, it was well stocked ,clean & enough space, staff was awesome!!!
Jake Young: The golf is so fun, but this place waaayyy too crowded pretty quickly. It's loud madness.
Maddy T: Fantastic activity for all ages. You're never too old for minigolf, especially with dinos!
Erin Miller: Great course with very inventive and artistic holes. Indoor means you can go on any weather! Cost is $10 per 18 hole course and the holes are a bit short, but we had fun with all of the interactive components. If you purchase two courses, you can play the second for $5 per adultThere is an adult course that allows purchase of adult beverages. My teenagers were hoping to do the basketball hole, but access to this one was adults only.

Heart of America Golf Course: what do users think?
Chris Mayer: Great course for the price. Lots of variety and will definitely be back for more practice.
Richard Freiburghouse: My first time here. Looks like there are 2 9-hole courses and a driving range. Unfortunately the Executive Course (much nicer one) somehow was closed though I saw people playing on it. Instead, I had to play the dinky-do walking course which is OK as I like to use a push cart. All the holes are really short. OK experience but the maintenance is lacking with several of the tee-off hole markers down on the ground. Also, there are all these orange hole flags intertwined with the regular hole flags which makes it kind of annoying. Soccer players play some sort of soccer golf at the same time as the real golfers which is a recipe for disaster. A couple of kids kept running in front of us kicking a soccer ball when we were teeing off. Who would allow this? Hello, someone is going to get killed.
Steve Whalen: Priced right. Good place to get a quick 9 in. Friendly staff!
Chris Bolek: I love this course. 9 holes that can be played in a thin 2 hours on most days.
Charlie Cravens: I want to play the part 3 it's a great little course and the staff is very friendly
Matthew beaverson: I would not recommend this course to my worst enemy first time out here and I Got nothing but harassed by club officials
T Mack (Tmack): We went out to find the driving range closed for maintenance so my gf and I played the 9 hole par 3 with a cart. It was the perfect solution!Check out the par 3 and take a friend it's fun. There's flat holes and on one hole you tee off from the side of a bluff. All well manicured greens that roll smooth.
Sharon Larsen: Very nice. My family and I enjoyed it.
Tom L: Fun place/and 9 hole course that does a lot to promote the game in great ways
Nate Chastain: Whether you're just starting out with the game of golf or you've played for decades, HOA does a really nice job for the public. The 9-hole River course is very scenic with lots of water features, and a good balance of distance (two par 3s, six par 4s, and a par 5). If you're out early enough, you can finish in 2 hours! The staff is friendly and they do a really nice job of keeping greens in shape, given the amount of traffic there. The par 3 course is also a fantastic, underrated option if you want to get practice with your irons! This is one of my favorite places in the city and arguably the most affordable option out there!
Mixon Media: Great course, great people. What more can I say.
Doug Stone: Hit golf balls on the driving range and practiced. Nice facility.
Joe Saviano: Friendly folks, great location and wonderful facilities.
tgraham7r: Really enjoy how affordable this place is to play. The pro shop staff as well as the marshals have been very welcoming and friendly as well.
Jason Pope: Fun inexpensive course, that has some challenges and interesting set ups on both the front 9 and par 3
ronaduna01 Dunavant: Best place to enjoy a round of golf. Great staff that are very helpful and friendly. Ron
Charles Heflin: Nice par 3 course. Nice greens.
Darren Rippee: The driving range is currently rough grass, which is great for a realistic iron play. Also you can use tees for your driver. It's a very pretty location, with friendly staff. It is a bit of a walk to the driving range form the clubhouse currently, so not great for the movement disabled.
Willie Thomas: Excellent golf course and training areas. Staff is also very friendly and helpful...
jason ruhnke: Great place for golf. Price is very fair.
Mike Sharon: Course in excellent shape. It's a very busy place.

Swope Memorial Golf Course: what do users think?
Jackson Staszak: Solid average public course but if u are walking, never get the push carts, they are awful.Visited on Weekday Wait time No wait Reservation recommended Not sure …More
Dale Vestal: Swope Memorial is a cool golf course with a great staff! We had a 144 player tournament, and it was smooth sailing the entire day! Golf carts are equipped with USB ports as well. Give this course a try!Visited on Weekday …More
William Young: Very relaxing placeVisited on Weekday Wait time No wait Price for adult entry Free …More
Austin Bailey: Played Swope Memorial this past week with a buddy during a trip to KC.The positives: Unique course with a cool history (there is a picture inside of Walt Disney playing), great views, well maintained, nice selection of drinks/snacks at the clubhouse. The negatives: Pace of play was the primary drawback. We arrived 30 minutes prior to our tee time but the tee box was so backed up we went off 20 minutes late. From there we were waiting on just about every hole and the round took close to 5 hours. It seems that the rough being fairly thick (making it sometimes difficult to find wayward tee shots) and greens rolling so fast (with tough pin locations) likely contributed. Also didn't see a refreshment cart all round and there is no driving range on site (however this is one nearby).Overall I'd recommend Swope Memorial but leave yourself some extra time, I was surprised how backed it up it was on a weekday afternoon.
Lakeisha Johnson: I have never been to this place and I received alerts for cash app purchase there 4/19/2023 @ 2:00am…. I Guess someone is scamming!! And knows that they will get away with it here. So I am giving 1 ⭐️
Bruce Collinsworth: It's in very good condition especially considering the lack of rain. Great course that stands the test of time.
Jesse Rocha: One of KC's finest golf courses. Challenge for golfers of all skills ! Beautiful views of downtown skyline.
Augster O: An awesome Tillinghast course right in the city. It’s a smaller course because of it’s age and design, but it’s a really cool layout. Very good, and memorable, holes that will make you want to play it again and again.Greens were great. No houses on the course. The ONLY negative is that it is a hilly course. If you’re going to take a cart, no problem. If you walk it, you’ve been warned. All the holes are named. I think Tillinghast does this for all his designs. We played 7 rounds in KC, and this was the only course we played twice. It’s so original, and fun, I could play it again and again and not get bored. The parking is really weird and there isn’t much of it, but other than that, great Course, great location, great layout. We walked and got around in about 3:45 on a busy day.I’ll definitely be playing Swope the next time I’m in KC!
eric christensen: This place could be a private club!
Benjie Lewis: One of KC's best courses. Tillinghast design. 100+ years old. Doesn't get much better. Fun for scratch golfers and guys that shoot 105+
Kyle Mead: This is a fun and challenging public course. Great staff and atmosphere. Do not over look Swope Memorial Golf Course.
Delores Robinson: Course in great shape, greens could have been better, still had a great time. Very friendly staff!
nathaniel lewis: Nice course. Very challenging. Plus, plenty of room to hit. Also, the greens were in decent condition.
Mary Ann Hall: We played in a tournament at Swope Memorial yesterday. The staff was absolutely great, from food and beverage to the marshalls. So friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our day!
John Rosa: Very hilly course; making it the most difficult I've played. Staff required us to play in groups of four and the course marshal could've been nicer. Otherwise, an enjoyable golf course.
InfiNiteDraUght: Looking forward to a relaxing day at the course with an early tee time. It was my first time here and overall it was a nice course, pretty decent shape overall and a challenge to play. However, at hole 9 we were visited by the marshal who was not very pleasant to be quite honest, shaking his head and telling us to move along as we were holding up play etc. We were already playing best ball and there was a group in front of us we were waiting on. I didn’t think our pace, nor the groups in front of us was overly slow. We finished 18 holes in 3.5 hours. At any rate, after being visited by the marshal on three occasions (while people are directly in front of us on the fairway) and telling us to move along, it made us just want to leave. Will not be back. Unfortunate.
Scott Coble: Great public course. No outside alcohol is allowed, and you can’t bring coolers with you. The tee boxes were a little sandy, but that’s understandable when it’s 100 degrees out in July. Greens were maintained pretty well. Even with all that said, this is much better than sitting in an office all day. Would golf here again.
Brian Yoksh: Course was in really good condition. It's hilly and challenging and a relatively narrow course.
Nik Rule: Historic and fun. This course is a blast from the past, in excellent shape and feels very prestigious when you show up.
Dave HARPER: Great muni, lot of history at this course
Steve Beene: Played on a hot July day and the course was in great shape and all the staff acted like they enjoyed being there. Fun course.
