Gail Boyson: I ordered glasses for work. My work paperwork is about 2ft from my face and my computer is around 4ft away. I was able to order glasses in the past that meets my work setup. They told me to rearrange my office to accommodate the glasses they made where the paperwork is 18 inches and the computer is 2ft away. That’s impossible with my work setup. I know it’s possible to get glasses to meet my needs but they aren’t willing to work with the unusual. Very disappointed. I purchased 3 pairs of glasses and will be returning all of them!I found another office that was happy to accommodate my needs. Very frustrating that Optical Options wasn't willing to even try. Staff was NOT helpful.

Tom Rollins: I understand there is a shortage of help but I have use this company several times and was surprise their service call person is on the verge of completely incompetent . The front desk person needs an attitude change and should be fired ASAP. Its one thing to do your job, but to make excuses to a long term customer why your not doing your job with an attitude "I really don't care" is flat ridiculous. My advice to you is "FIND ANOTHER COMPANY". Things have changed for the worst here and this one will leave you hanging and flat doesn't care.

Alan Hickman: Sante Fe Glass sent Josh out to look at our picture window problem for an estimate. To our surprise, and honestly our delight, Josh identified and fixed the leak no charge. His professional integrity and service-oriented approach earns this business 10 stars! This is the second time we've worked with Santa Fe, they replaced the glass in two old Rolox windows with ease and expertise. Water leaking inside, destroying sheetrock and framing, is a BIG headache and we can't say enough good things about how Santa Fe made the worries disappear.

Darren Causey: Don't shop here. I gave them a window frame to have the glass replaced. A week later I called to find out where my window was because it was estimated to be done. They confessed that a large order got put in line in front of me and they would try to have it done in a week. That would put my project out an additional week! Then the icing on this unethical cake is they said it still might not be ready then! So unless you have the most money and the biggest account don't go here. If you do you should expect what you get. The founders Santa Fe Glass would be ashamed I'm sure.

Domonic Hurst: Good service if you’re not in a hurry. I have 96 units in a 35 year old complex. As time goes by the ground shifts and it becomes nigh impossible to remove the sliding glass doors without causing damage to the framing and finish. The guys at Binswanger are the only company that was willing to replace the double paned glass while it was still inside the frame of the doorway and at a reasonable price. Would be 5 star review if they were a bit faster to replace custom glass. All the windows are double paned and oddball sized. It takes them a while to come get measurements and then the shipping time when they order the glass is tedious. Round trip think 2-3 weeks on a custom job. Still, they have a good crew and they’re willing to work, which seems like something special these days.

They were ready for me as soon as I got there and they were done exactly when they said they would be. A place to sit. They have coffee and a drink machine. Highly impressed.

Yrrah Hnid: I was involved in a car accident where the air bags deployed. Glasses were knocked off and it became apparent that it was damaged. Frame was bent and not to mention the left lens fell off. I got home and attempted to fix it but when I realize that I couldn't, I started doing research to see what places were open and did eyeglass repairs. Keep in mind that this was around 3 in the afternoon on a Saturday, so the options were slim. Optical Innovations popped up and I rushed over there based on other good reviews. I managed to arrive about 10 to 15 minutes before closing and the kind lady who took care of me was able to get it fixed within a few minutes! I am grateful because I am blind as heck and cannot see without these glasses. Thanks!
John Bones: Best customer service! I went to romanelli optix to try and get my sun glasses fixed but they didn’t even bother trying to fix them. They told me they couldn’t do anything about it, i then came into optical innovations and the gentleman was able to fix my glasses like new! He fixed them perfectly, gave me free lense cleaner and a new cloth for free! I will definitely be coming back for any future purchases or repairs :).Thank you so much, i really appreciate you guys!
