Jenni: I would not use Arreola Lawn and Landscape for ANYTHING! The owner is unprofessional, doesn’t go by his own contract in regards to payment. He held my job hostage until he was paid in full. He also added on additional charges because his salesperson didn’t write the contract correctly, so the owner says.The only and I mean only redeeming quality about this company is the employees. The guys working on the job showed more heart and cared more about the project. Because of his employees and him subcontracting part of the work out is the only reason I am happy with the job.But because of the owner I would not recommend this company for anything.

sandra randle: I hired Vivtor in 2020 to build me a retaining wall and to add dirt in it to build it up. In order to build it up, he had to remove two of my bushes and replace them. When replacing them he must not dug the hole dip enough because both of my bushes died. After notifying Vivtor in 2021 he come over and said he would replace them and gave me a time and date. He never came by nor called. I called Vivtor several times with him say I'm coming. As of today I have not heard from Vivtor. He is all about that dollar bill not the service he give. They left the section in front of my garage incomplete of gravel after I was told it need more. When I reminded them of the additional gravel I was given a flimsy excuse. I would not recommend this company for any work. Their pictures look great but they cut corners all the way.

Flex Conduit: It’s been 16 months since the work has been done, so this review is over due.By far the best investment we’ve ever made in our home was hiring Victor to hardscape our yard. It has transformed the appearance of the whole property, adding undeniable value to our home and beautifying the whole intersection of the neighborhood where our home sits. Some changes and additions were made while the project was underway by both Victor and myself that I was able to negotiate at a fair price on the spot. Mine ended up an expensive job but worth every penny! I met neighbors I had never talked to before who had nothing but compliments and wanted to know who the contractor was that I used. One guy a half block down even had his landscaper copy the way Victor edged around the trees in my yard! Spencer Snodgrass: I'll begin this by saying what Victor did, the work looks good, so he gets one star for that. Now we get to the bad. We asked for natural rock edging around our house. In talking with us he recommended using plastic edging, which based one every other quote from reputable companies, was substantially cheaper. The total on every other quote was roughly $1000.I called Victor several times and he only ever explained that he "bid the job, not the linear feet". I paid $1000 more just to get this crook off my property after he did work that we were over paying for. Do not use him.

Sandra Kilpatrick: They tore my yard up really bad, breaking one of my planters, breaking my fence, were supposed to put in a pond and instead dug a hole and filled it with rocks. I made them take that out, it was supposed to help with a water drainage problem. They decided to run a pipe to the back of the yard, it did not help, that cost me another 550.00, called him back out to show that it did not help at all, now wants to run pipe across two neighbors yards to side street at the cost of 350.00 more. The patio is getting water but not the flowerbed in back and flower needs in front are not getting water. I wish that I had went with another company.

Joe Nevels II: Joel, the owner of Morales Lawn and Landscape came out immediately to give an estimate. Joel listened to what I wanted and gave me an estimate the same day. They started the work on schedule and completed on schedule. Joel of Morales Lawn and Landscape did increase his price by $1,000 before starting the job, and yes, I tried to haggle the price down, but to no avail. His crew worked so meticulously, spending 10 minutes or more on each block, making sure that it was completely leveled, and fit perfectly. They worked in the pouring rain. They made sure that when they finished, there were no signs of them being here. They cleaned my porch and even swept the street. Although he increased his price by 1000k, I ended up feeling that I was had underpayed them. The work was better than I'd expected. In the end, I was compelled to tip an extra $500. I really appreciate the business of Joel and Morales Lawn and Landscape. I will be seeing them again to finish my back and other side of the house.

JoAnn Higgins: What can we say about Joel and his crew. They were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Joel just completed our landscaping job this week. He removed the dead bushes, replanted some bushes and plants to the backyard, buried a gutter, planted all new bushes, removed mulch and replaced it with rock all around the house. To top it all of Joel and his crew bordered the area with pavers. It looks amazing. It was truly way beyond our expectations. Lots if weeds and grubs, which means moles, and the people that mow do not not trim all sidewalks or driveways let alone blow grass clippings away. a: We were locked into using this company as part of new construction - the quality was terrible, some of our shrubs weren't even truly planted, they were just set under a layer of mulch. Communication was poor and we did NOT at all recieve the value for the prices charged. My husband and I have had to completely overhaul the work performed. The tree has died due to its not ever taking root and shallow planting. Very disappointing.

Jason Walton: I wouldn’t use these guys especially if they are working with your builder. I’ve been having problems getting grass to grow in part of my yard. Finally figured out that water isn’t even hitting the area from the sprinklers and there is no way to adjust the flow to get them to hit the area. They completely missed an area in the middle of my yard. It’s not like it’s at the back or to the side, it’s right near my house. Bone dry every time. They also don’t return phone calls, I would stay away.

Palmer employees immediately came over to fix my irrigation system when the fence company shredded the pipes. And, to give these gardens some color, he planted a variety of beautiful flowers in the rocks. (He also gave us instructions on how to keep those gardens looking nice.)Similarly, he put in rock gardens, with flowers, in the back of the house, on either side of our small patio exit.2) He planted similar flowers on the most-difficult north side of the house. The large oak tree provides plenty of shade, which it makes it difficult for anything else to grow there. And, we had plenty of erosion in the same area. A near-impossible area to make nearly perfect.He also turned our grass green, and made it difficult for weeds to grow there. Nice.When Jeff first began to work on our yard, I told him that if it turned out well, or "turned into a yard," he could take pictures to show others, and I would be glad to recommend him to others who need landscaping.
