Jessica Barton: I know Dakota personally and have always been very impressed in the kindness, professionalism, and knowledge he has in general, but especially Massage Therapy. He has never shown me any reason to have concern with getting a massage, especially with all the different kinds he offers. Dakota has always strived to take into consideration what is best option for the client and what might not be the best option. He works with the body to help heal itself and works with you personally, unlike other specialists who try to give meds upon meds or other treatments, just for the money.
Jennifer Dayley - The Little Homestead Co.: I've had 4 Massage Therapists over the years, and Dakota does a WONDERFUL job. My other 3 were women, and I know to some people, it can feel a little awkward to go to a male MT. But aside from being kind, he is purely professional, very discreet, and has pressure/therapy skills that I haven't experienced with my female therapists. There is *nothing* awkward about Dakota at all. He gives amazing massages, and he even took thought to roll my hair up in a towel, so it didn't get oily. None of my other MT's ever did that The office & rooms are very calming. & peaceful, with a sense of healing. I came out feeling both relaxed & energized. I also love the fact that clients can also get adjusted in the chiropractic clinic that shares their office at the same time, if they want! I HIGHLY recommend. :)
Tristan Sherman: This clinic took over 600 worth of certificates I bought for my husband and myself as Christmas presents, since our daily lives did not allow for any down time or healing relaxation, and refused to refund them when the practice changed hands and I was very uncomfortable with the impatient young man who massaged me. The treatment I received from the chiropractor there was scary abrupt and impersonal, as I have degenerative arthritis. I would not recommend this practice to anyone
Sarah: I had a decent massage but very disappointed with my experience here. My massage was cut about 10 mins short and was not what I asked for. When I asked Dakota about it he said I had alot of tension some where else but I specifically told him before we started I didnt wanna focus in any one area I wanted an all over body massage and I didnt get it. I love that a treat to myself for my birthday turned into not getting what I want and leaving unhappy. I wish you would have done better you are so close to me!

In addition to doing a great job, his prices are reasonable and he offers packages and monthly plans similar to what some of the chain places do. He is going to replace the chain as my regular massage therapist.

The gal did a wonderful job cutting and styling my hair into something I wanted. The manicure wasn't perfect; the edge of the nails still were missing polish. All in all though, I would recommend.

Kathy Swearngin: I had an appointment yesterday for gel nails. The lady who did the gel nails was very nice. But she did not do a good job my cuticles look horrible and The polish does not cover my nails on the sides. It was not a nice relaxing spa environment. I do realize you’re under construction you probably shouldn’t be doing those type of things when you’re under construction there was no noise it just was not a nice experience. Very disappointed!! This was a gift from my boyfriend I have had a horrible year healthwise this was supposed to be nice and relaxing. Will not return !!

Katy Yearton: Andy gave me the best chair massage of my life. While my feet soaked in hot water I laid back in a soft reclining chair and he massaged my neck and shoulders. He used hot stones on my feet and really worked them good. He also did helpful stretches in my legs and arms. I was fully clothed and very comfortable. They took my temperature when I came in and had me sanitize my hands. Everything was clean and professional. I will 100% revisit. For my first time I chose the 60 min foot reflexology. Next time I will do a table massage.

I am know walking better and off medication. I feel the tense ban starting to ease up and im so happy with everything Shanna has done. chig fg: a couple weeks ago me and my friend came here and were sketched out as soon as we got into the place. tried charging her over $100 but her card declined, but sadly mine went through. i got a chair massage, and my back STILL hurts. i have chronic pain, and it was doing just fine but i wanted to get a massage to loosen up my neck/shoulder areas and he went way too hard even after politely asking to be more gentle. i’m still struggling with laying down, sitting, bending, and lifting stuff
Samantha Cossyleon: We booked a 90 minute couple's message online and when we got there she said the online system messed up and we could only do an hour. So we did that but they rushed everything. We didn't do a questionnaire. I had the guy and he was alright but my husband had the woman. He said she did it like she was rushing and she kept hitting his spine. Then they seemed to abruptly stop, said they were done and just walked out. We both felt worse the next day. Definitely would not recommend.

Daniel Rose: Had some serious neck pain, stiffness and tingling that my doctor and chiropractor couldn’t alleviate, so I came here for two 30-minute chair massages over a week. Fantastic massages and I’m now pain-free. Masseuse used a warm towel to cover where he was massaging so my fear of COVID was minimized. Shop was exceptionally clean and calming. I plan on returning regularly for chair massages but they offer many other types of treatments that I may try as well. Highly recommend Healthy Massage.

When he turned my head to massage my neck, it was like forcing a jar lid off a jar. There was no ease or gentle motion.. it's my friggin neck dude. Will never be back and would not recommend. Room was stuffy as well and since there were 2 of us and 2 of them, if a customer came in the woman would have to leave tend to customer then come back in the room. Nothing more relaxing the hearing the door open and shut ever few minutes in an hours worth of time that was paid for.

John knows how to really work out the tough spots you have without even having to ask! The massages were a mix of deep tissue, hot stone, and reflexology. John is very polite and made sure I was okay with the amount of pressure and the temperature of the stones. I would not recommend getting a massage from the front desk woman- she is a little abrasive in her demeanor and not as good of a massage therapist as John! Also, for those that are offended by being asked to pay ahead of time- this is pretty typical for Asian spas in other areas.

This is a place where real work is done on your body. These folks know what they're doing. Very glad I found this place.
Nathan Wood: My 60 min. foot reflexology was amazing! The practitioner who did my treatment had a low access of English, but was completely professional, and was able to communicate everything necessary for the treatment. I would say %50 of the treatment was working on my feet and lower legs, and %50 was on back and neck (which, makes sense, seeing as the entire spinal system starts at the feet and moves upwards) but was never explained in advance. The practitioners low English access means you really just need to just follow directions and do your best to relax. I have had a long history of pressure point massage, so it was not a problem for me, but if you are new to massage I can see how it might be disconcerting, however, remember to breathe, drink lots of water before, and after, and, when the pain gets intense, know that there will be huge future benefit, and just focus on breathing, and relaxing the muscles involved. I would classify this as a therapy, more than a massage. I sleep like a baby tonight, thanks to the excellent care I received. Note, this may be too intense for first time massage recipients, but if you know you are looking for therapeutic massage, and reflexology, you are absolutely in the right place.I should note: My ex, of 25 years, who is an excellent massage therapist, gave me as good a massage (after learning the ins and outs of my pressure points, and sensitivities over all those years) as I received in my first treatment here at U-Wellness. If I was not clear, this massage is worth easily 2x the price they are currently charging. Tip well, friends.
