sal arello: Easy place to deliver. As of 12/9/20 they aren't doing inside deliveries. Just ring the bell by the door and they will receive their items or come out to unload you.

Chad Hall: Terrible Terrible place. Extremely poor business. If you’re a driver, do NOT TAKE A LOAD FROM THIS PLACE!!!Ran 2.5hrs to pickup an oversized load and made pre-call 2hrs out and arrived at this poor excuse for a plant to be told load was cancelled by the agent, after setting for more than 30mins. Tried to call Stephen, which was point of contact and he wouldn’t even answer the phone! Talk about sorry excuse and childish business practice!So now, who’s going to pay for my fuel, my permits, and the loss of time!That’s right ME ME ME ME!!!! Stay far away!!!! Another example of the drivers and owner operator gets the screws!

Jim Oswalt: Receiving office by door 22. Got there about 9 for a 10:00 appt. Got me right in and unloaded promptly. Found out when i arrived that they were closing at 10. Good thing I was early. Appointment seemed to be not relevant.

Brandon Thrasher: Easy to check in, easy to get to. Only downside is they’re sort of FCFS even though they require an appointment. That’s good for drivers with early appointments or that can arrive early. Kind of a downside for drivers that get loaded at 4pm the day before 500 miles away. They do unload quickly, so no big deal to wait for a couple extra trucks, I reckon.

Wayne Campbell Jr: I called to check on overnight parking. I had an 0:300 appt. They told me what door I could park in when I got there at 20:00. Shipping is in front. Receiving is in back by door 22. Checked in at 0:300. Out at 0:330.

Shane Leavins: When my mother asked what to get me this year for Christmas I recommended getting a knife sharpener. When my mother received the product, it had every sign of being a “used product” because the box was ripped open and taped back together. Not only was it taped back together, but the tape and the box were dirty. It is important to note that I’m talking about the actual product box, not the shipping box. So, she called and told them about it and wanted to get it exchanged or returned. They told her she would have to pay for return shipping, but first suggested that it would be a better idea for her to go buy another box. After much complaining and being moved to a person at a higher level, they finally, sent her a return shipping label. Then after receiving a delivery confirmation “left on loading dock” she waited a week for a charge back. Only after calling them (again) did they “find it on the loading dock.” So, if you can avoid this company, do so, they are fine with selling a used and open product. Then they think you should pay for return shipping. And by the way, they only refunded my mother the cost of the products, not the original shipping charge. They have a customer service attitude that is completely against the customer service standards of their own customer base.

Rodney Carthel: I had a 0900 appointment, I arrived at 0100 got unloaded and 0300. They let me say at my door until I got my time back. 👍👍

Michael Campbell: Hands down the best customer service!! These guys and gals go above and beyond to make sure your taken care of.They have what the big processors need along with everything the backyard butcher needs!!

Thomas farms Deer processing: They have the products you need for the meat trades. We have had ups and downs with them on orders and products the past few years but they have always made good on them. Just hate to have to hassle with it.

Ty Fleshman: Staff was really nice even at 3am, had me unloaded in less than a hour.. Very pleasant told me to be safe out there... A lot of places won't even say have a good day let alone a hello

Pops Fassett: I have ordered and received many items from Bunzl Processor division, as had my dad, owner of Fassett's Quality Foods as far back as 1946! Knives, meat dollies and trucks, smokehouses, brine pumps, netting, ham stockinette, and many, many hundreds of other items, and they have always delivered or made it right! They are the personification of "Happy Customer = Fantastic Customer Service!" A great company!
